技术领域
本发明涉及一种甜菊糖生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,公知的是用水40倍浸泡,后加氧化钙,三氯化铁复盐,板框压滤,再进树脂柱脱盐,脱色,吸附,酸洗,碱洗,醇洗,酒精解脱,浓缩,干燥。提取时用水量大,复盐时污染大损耗大,用酸量大,成本上升。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种工序简单、污染小的甜菊糖生产工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明在甜叶菊浸泡时加入阻止剂。
所述阻止剂为醋酸。
所述醋酸浓度为1-3%。
本发明按照以下步骤进行:先用浓度为1.5%的醋酸水浸泡,共四次,每次为甜叶菊重量的6倍,浸泡完毕后,提取浸提液经纳滤膜过滤,纳滤出液反复套用,纳滤后纳滤截留液进入脱色柱脱色、然后进行吸附、碱洗、醇洗、酒精解脱、浓缩、干燥而成。
本发明的有益效果是:是在浸泡提取时加入阻止剂,阻止了在浸泡时鞣质的浸出,减少了后半部对鞣质及酸中溶解物的处理;本发明的阻止剂优先选用醋酸,因醋酸是有机弱酸,的酸性适中,污染小,阻止性能好
具体实施方式
实施例一
本发明先加入浓度为1.5%的醋酸水,每公斤料加六公斤水,浸泡1小时,反复四次。浸泡完毕后,提取浸提液经纳滤膜过滤,纳滤出液反复套用,纳滤截留液进入脱色柱脱色、然后进行吸附、碱洗、醇洗、酒精解脱、浓缩、干燥而成。
实施例二
本发明同样可加入浓度为1.5%的盐酸水,其它步骤同实施例一。

1.甜菊糖生产工艺,其特征在于,甜叶菊浸泡时加入阻止剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甜菊糖生产工艺,其特征在于,所述阻止剂为醋酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的甜菊糖生产工艺,其特征在于,所述醋酸浓度为1-3%。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的甜菊糖生产工艺,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:先用浓度为1.5%的醋酸水浸泡,浸泡完毕后,提取浸提液经纳滤膜纳滤,纳滤出液反复套用,纳滤截留液进入脱色柱脱色、然后进行吸附、碱洗、醇洗、酒精解脱、浓缩、干燥而成。
