技术领域
本发明涉及离子交换树脂的制备工艺,具体地说,是一种WDVB12树脂的制备方法。 
背景技术
交换树脂主要用于纯水、高纯水制备、废水处理、生化制品提取、稀有金属提取、湿法冶金中钨、钼、钒等的提取,具有机械强度好、耐热性高等特点。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种WDVB12树脂的制备方法。 
本发明目的是通过如下技术手段实现的: 
1、投料量:苯乙烯556.4kg,二乙烯苯43.6kg,200#汽油180kg,甲酰6kg。 
2、操作步骤: 
(1)按规定配好水相,升温至40℃~50℃,充分搅拌均匀; 
(2)停止搅拌,将混合好的单体加入开机搅拌,视粒度情况调好转速; 
(3)以5℃~6℃/10min的升温速率升温至79±1℃,保温定型4小时; 
(4)在0.5小时内将温度升高至95℃,保温6小时; 
(5)用热水洗白球数遍至水清为止; 
(6)用蒸汽吹尽汽油,烘干; 
(7)烘干的白球加入稀硫酸升温至120℃,搅拌保温12小时; 
(8)抽调母液,水洗至中性; 
(9)抽干,包装。 
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步描述,但并非用以限定本发明。 
按照如下方法制备WDVB12树脂: 
1、投料量:苯乙烯556.4kg,二乙烯苯43.6kg,200#汽油180kg,甲酰6kg。 
2、操作步骤: 
(1)按规定配好水相,升温至40℃~50℃,充分搅拌均匀; 
(2)停止搅拌,将混合好的单体加入开机搅拌,视粒度情况调好转速; 
(3)以5℃~6℃/10min的升温速率升温至79±1℃,保温定型4小时; 
(4)在0.5小时内将温度升高至95℃,保温6小时;

(8)抽调母液,水洗至中性;

1.一种WDVB12树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)投料量:苯乙烯556.4kg,二乙烯苯43.6kg,200#汽油180kg,甲酰6kg;
(2)操作步骤:
①按规定配好水相,升温至40℃~50℃,充分搅拌均匀;
②停止搅拌,将混合好的单体加入开机搅拌,视粒度情况调好转速;
③以5℃~6℃/10min的升温速率升温至79±1℃,保温定型4小时;
④在0.5小时内将温度升高至95℃,保温6小时;
