技术领域
本发明涉及一种在配备混合动力驱动装置的车辆中用于提早开始追加启动(Zustart)内燃机的方法。
背景技术
目前,已经有各种设计方案的配备混合动力驱动装置之车辆投入使用,以减少排放和油耗,其中,该混合动力驱动装置包括至少一个电力驱动单元和一个内燃机。在此,依据车辆的实际运行条件,将求得的理论驱动力矩如此地分配给两个驱动单元,使得车辆能够以利于节能的运行状态和/或以利于减排的运行状态运行。
由于电力驱动单元在传统的操控当中与内燃机相比能够明显更快地对所要求的负载变化做出反应,已知有用于达到内燃机力矩要求同样快速反应的各种方法,以提高行驶舒适性。DE 10 2005 060 858 A1便公开了一种混合动力车辆的运行方法,其中,以未过滤的总额理论扭矩作为基础,用来分配到不同的驱动单元上,使该分配为内燃机的较缓慢的过程提供一种超前理论力矩。由此达到了较高的驱动动力。该方法是特别针对于两驱动单元均运行时或者至少内燃机运行时的动力改善而设计。电力驱动单元单独运行时的操作方式则未予公开和启示。
按现有技术,在电力驱动单元单独运行的情况下,通常只有在电力驱动单元的理论驱动力矩或者求得的总理论驱动力矩(因为只有电力驱动单元在起作用)超出电力驱动单元的最大可能的可供使用的驱动力矩的情况下,才接通内燃机。

在电力驱动单元单独运行时,只要求电力驱动单元的(总的-)理论驱动力矩Mdk_soll。只有当在电力驱动单元的控制单元中认识到该电力驱动单元无法达到或者提供所要求的理论驱动力矩Mdk_soll时,才要求追加启动内燃机。这样就会产生一个响应损失,因为驱动***起初缺乏必要的加速力矩。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,依此方法,在电力驱动单元单独运行的情况下当需要追加启动内燃机时,不会产生不必要的响应损失。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种在配备混合动力驱动装置的车辆中用于提早开始追加启动内燃机的方法,该混合动力驱动装置包括至少一个电力驱动单元和一个内燃机,其中,在电力驱动单独运行的情况下,最迟在求得的所要求的理论驱动力矩超出电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩时内燃机才被追加启动,其中,所要求的理论驱动力矩是依据一种求得的经过滤的驾驶员期望力矩被求得;其特征在于:对尚未过滤的驾驶员期望力矩或者一种限定的驾驶员期望力矩进行分析处理,从而,在求得的理论驱动力矩还没有达到或者超过电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩之时,已经能够预知追加启动内燃机的必要性和开始采取相应的措施,以便在所要求的理论驱动力矩达到或者超过电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩之前提早开始追加启动内燃机。

本发明的方法在配备混合动力驱动装置的车辆中用于提早开始追加启动内燃机,该混合动力驱动装置包括至少一个电力驱动单元和一个内燃机;其中,原则上当由经过过滤的驾驶员期望力矩求得的理论驱动力矩达到或者超出在此时刻电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩时,才追加启动内燃机;该方法的特征在于:对尚未过滤的驾驶员期望力矩或者一种限定的驾驶员期望力矩进行分析处理,以便在达到或者超过电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩之前就开始追加启动内燃机。通过对该未过滤的驾驶员期望力矩的分析处理,已经能够提早地判定(总的-)理论驱动力矩,并且由此迅速地开始采取用以接通内燃机的措施。
在此,电力驱动单元的最大可能的或者说可供使用的驱动力矩至少依据为电力驱动单元供应能源的电池单元的充电状态和/或该电池单元的运行温度被预先确定。另外,对此还可以考虑其他相关的重要参数。
有利的是,对求得的未过滤的驾驶员期望力矩这样地进行分析处理,即,将该驾驶员期望力矩或者由于存在恒久作用的力矩限制器而被限定的驾驶员期望力矩与电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩进行比较。如果未过滤的驾驶员期望力矩或者所述限定的驾驶员期望力矩达到或者超过电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩的话,便开始采取用以追加启动内燃机的措施。
为了防止过早地追加启动内燃机,按本发明的一种有利设计,当求得的驾驶员期望力矩达到或超过电力驱动单元的最大可能的驱动力矩时,或者是限定的驾驶员期望力矩达到或超过了,能够阻止采取用以追加启动内燃机的措施或者先在时间上使之延迟。特别是,在阻止条件或者迟延条件具备或者被满足的情况下,才可以阻止或者在时间上延迟采取该措施。例如,若基于外部和/或内部功率请求器的实际运行条件而要求至少在一给定的时间间隔内限制驾驶员期望力矩,则阻止条件或迟延条件可能存在或者说才会存在。
