Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种从复印机或打印机的传送带上接受印页、将印页成组对齐,由邻近的订书机装订并将订完的印页向前传送至输出盘的装置。更确切地说,本发明是涉及一种将加工好的成组印页提供给输出盘的一种小型廉价的精整装置。
对复印机提供的印页进行装订,已有多种尝试。例如,美国专利4,073,391公开了一种能将印页码好对齐成捆,需要时也可装订的闯页机,该闯页装置包括固定在一辊轴上的两个相隔的辊子,且两辊子部分地通过支承装置并在其上方延伸。此外,一个订书台固定在闯页机右侧的下端。在美国专利4,134,672中表示了一种复印机的精整机,它可以收集印页、订书(如果需要),并可将印页按交错位移或直线方式堆叠在输出盘中,该精整机包括一个倾斜的印页集合盘和一个装在盘的上部由一压力杆操纵的订书机。美国专利4,227,275公布了一种整理、码齐和将印页装订成册的装置,该装置包含有一个连续振动的闯页台,它与水平面构成一约为45°至90°的角度,该闯页台包含一场内传送带,传送带将印页输送到该装置右下角的订书机处。在美国专利4,424,936中公开了一种紧凑的单料斗精整机,它将文件汇集成组并将其装订成册子,收集装置和订书机相对于输出盘以一偏移的位置配置。在美国专利4,497,478中表示了一种能使印页齐整、订合和码放成册的印页分类装置,
该装置包含一个与复印机相邻接的壳体,壳体包括一个由复印机向下倾斜的上板以接收印页和一个与上板邻接的固定台式订书机。美国专利4,595,187表示了一个与电子照相机一起使用的马鞍式订书机,在一边对齐的印页由中心折页,在两处装订并向前送入堆叠盘。美国专利4,376,529提出了一种精整装置,可以将最初的多页组进行单页汇集和分捡,按成组印页的棱角对齐并用订书机装订成册。这些精整机都不能完全令人感到满意,主要由于它的体积、复杂和成本高的缘故。
然而,这里展示的是一种用以装订成书的小型复印机用的低成本的精整机,印页送进并下滑到一倾斜盘上,被两个简单的弹性挡板将印页压向后档纸规进行定位。侧挡板迫使印页移至侧挡纸规定位,而后进入装订口。印页装订后送入输出盘,在另一个实施方案中,印页的前边缘被一整体弹簧板闯齐。
虽然本发明将在下文中联系一最佳实施方案来描述,但应理解本发明并不仅局限于此实施方案,相反地,它也包括由本发明附属权利要求所限定的精神与范围内的一切替代、变型和等效方案。

现在请看图1,小型廉价的精整机10从一个常规的打印机或复印机(图内未示)接收单张和分散的印页,将其按组装订,然后将每一组向前输送到另一部位汇集,精整机10接收从打印机或复印机出来的经过导向板12和14进入并通过一套软质挤压辊16和18的第一印页,软质挤压辊16和18使该印页呈波纹状且使其与辊子成6°角向下输送,当印页进入盘时,它是处在一个中心导向板(未示出)之下,导板使印页在控制下保持波形,而后印页与装在轴57上的两个下倾的定位杆或弹簧元件58接触,平衡锤59使定位杆或弹簧件58平衡在直立位置,当送入的印页进入盘后,定位杆被向后偏压,而当送入的印页的动量消失后,定位杆58的回弹偏压将印页回推至后挡纸规28,旋转螺线管40经励磁后,用臂45将印页推过约1.5英寸靠向侧挡规38而到达普通订书机90的装订口或头部位置,这个动作将持续到预定页数全部汇集在订书机口为止。然后订书机起动并使印页装订成册。当下一组的第一页开始进入精整机进行下一册装订时,由普通电机按逆时针方向驱动传动辊36来带动从动辊35及传送带25,将装订完的书册经过支架19传递收集盘(未示出)。当传送带驶过弹簧元件或定位杆58时,印页堆靠向定位杆的冲力将杆压入槽56中,从而使印页堆滑过已退入凹槽内的定位杆,当成组印页通过槽口56后,平衡锤59和弹簧的回弹力使弹簧从槽口弹出并摆动至挡纸位置,以便使下一册的第一页偏压到后挡纸规28。
图3至图5表示了本发明的另一实施方案。它包括一个弯成U形状的金属丝,它使进入精整机10的所有印页都能与金属丝的区段相接触。如图3所示,整根金属丝60缠绕在轴55上,轴55装在一个印页金属结构架20上,构架20的两端有侧挡板30,如图4和图5所示侧
挡板30位于精整机10的支承部分下面,金属丝60的水平部分61安置在支承构架20的切口内,并对金属丝或弹簧60的直立定位杆起平衡作用,一旦支承构架20如图4所示位于精整机10的支承面之下,定位杆62就处在输入印页通道内并被印页向着部件19内的槽(未示出)偏转,这与图1内定位杆58为印页所偏转的方式极其相似。当每一页离开由辊子16和18所构成的带斜形波纹的辊的间隙之后,弹簧挡纸杆62将印页偏转至后挡规28,每一印页还要被旋转螺线管40的侧挡元件或臂45推到侧挡规38定位对齐,而后,成组堆叠的印页就由订书机90装订。当下一册的第一印页通过带斜形波纹的辊的间隙时,传动辊36按逆时针方向转动,从而使传送带25将装订好的成组印页移离精整机送到输出盘(未示出),此时,下一册第一页的后定位及侧定位过程重新开始。这一过程持续到所有成组印页成册或成书为止。
显然,这里公开了一种能够装订成书的廉价精整机,它包括一个从输入纸方向向下斜倾的盘,以使印页进入盘内时能与弹性挡杆接触,迫使印页后退向下至盘的印页支承面并靠在盘的后挡壁定位,然后印页被压向测向定位元件,在订书机订头处定位对齐并装订成册,最后由盘内的传送装置将装订的书册送至输出盘。
Claims (4)
1、一种适于装订及由此传递堆叠好的印页的精整装置,其具有一个安装在一支承面上接受印页的盘,该盘相对印页送入方向以斜坡形状呈锐角向后倾斜,其上方装有带斜形波纹的辊子且辊子适于将印页送入所述盘上,一订书机设置在邻近由支承面和一后壁的交叉处形成的盘的一角,用于装订印页,侧挡规用于将每个印页逐张移入订书机,以便由订书机将印页装订成册,所述盘包括一个适于将装订成册的印页送出所述盘的驱动装置,而由带斜形波纹的辊子将下一册印页的第一张印页送入所述盘中,
其特征在于:多个有弹性偏压的前端闯齐装置适于与印页的前端逐个接触,并在印页进入所述盘时被印页沿印页的运动方向推动,继而驱使印页向与印页进入方向相反的方向靠向所述盘的后挡纸壁。
2、按照权利要求1的精整装置,其中所述的多个闯齐装置与印页的前端接触并包括金属丝装置。
3、按照权利要求2的精整装置,其中所述的金属丝安装在一个支承所述的驱动装置的轴上,该驱动装置将装订好的印页从上述盘中输送出去。
4、按照权利要求3的精整装置,其中所述的将装订好的印页从所述盘输出的驱动装置,该装置包括绕以传送带装置的驱动辊和从动辊,传送带装置位于所述盘的印页支承面的稍高位置。
