技术领域
本发明在于用于制备饮料的设备领域，该设备通过提取包含在冲剂筒内的诸如研磨咖啡的一份剂量来制备饮料。
背景技术
按照上述原理操作的设备已经存在了很多年。
专利US 2899886、US 2968560、US 3403617和US 3607297描述了这些设备，在这些设备中，首先在多个位置上给冲剂筒打孔，接着使受压的水通过冲剂筒。
专利CH 605293或专利EP 0242556B1中所描述的冲剂筒在其下部具有隔膜。首先，受压的水进入冲剂筒的上部，从而使得冲剂筒膨胀，主要是在隔膜处膨胀。超过一定压力，隔膜破裂，并因而使水和咖啡的混合物流出。

发明内容
本发明相对于现有技术的设备具有改进。特别地，它由一种在使用之后使冲剂筒更容易卸除的机械装置构成。
为此，本发明首先涉及一种用于制备饮料的设备，该设备通过提取包含在冲剂筒内的诸如研磨咖啡的一定剂量来制备饮料，该冲剂筒装配有提取膜，所述设备包括进水口、冲剂筒支撑件、冲剂筒罩、夹紧装置和通过隔膜提取所述饮料的装置，特征在于冲剂筒罩包括冲剂筒喷射装置。
根据本发明的第一实施例，喷射装置包括弹簧。
喷射装置可包括用于穿透冲剂筒上表面的元件。
可选地，喷射装置不具有穿透冲剂筒的元件。
根据本发明的另一变型，该设备包括相对于冲剂筒罩以可移动方式安装的夹紧柱塞。
在又一变型中，用于提取所述饮料的装置是尖状物。
有利地是，尖状物相对于冲剂筒支撑件以可移动方式安装。
优选地，该设备包括用于将可移动的尖状物紧固到柱塞的机械装置。

具体实施方式
图1到4中所示的设备包括冲剂筒罩3，冲剂筒罩3在其上部包括进水口5，进水口5与水箱(未示出)连接并与泵(未示出)连接。冲剂筒罩3也固定到该设备的上部单元15。
该设备还包括夹紧柱塞4和上部弹簧16，夹紧柱塞4以滑动方式相对于冲剂筒罩3和上部单元15所形成的组件安装，上部弹簧16位于在上部单元15的内壁和夹紧柱塞4的上表面之间形成的空间内。罩3的内部包含用于容纳冲剂筒1的空间，该冲剂筒1在其下部具有柔性膜7。罩3的下部14被设计成与冲剂筒1的边缘12接触。喷射部件17位于罩3的上部内并且相对于罩3以滑动的方式安装。喷射部件17的下部包括用于穿透冲剂筒1的上表面的尖状物9。膨胀空间10形成在罩3的外部的上表面和夹紧柱塞4的内部的上壁之间。在下文中将对膨胀空间10的变形进行讨论。
冲剂筒支撑件2主要由有孔的水平板形成，其位于设备的下部。一组尖状物6固定到冲剂筒支撑件2下方的支架8上，相对于冲剂筒支撑件2以可移动的方式安装通过冲剂筒支撑件2中的齿孔。
设备运行如下：
首先，将冲剂筒1置入罩3内(图1)。
接着，降低由上部单元15、夹紧柱塞4和罩3组成的组件，并使它们达到一个中间位置(图2)，该中间位置的特征在于夹紧柱塞4的下端13和尖状物支架8之间的接触。应该注意，因为隔膜7具有一定的柔韧性，此外，受压的水还没有被引入到到冲剂筒1内，所以在这个阶段，尖状物6稍微露出冲剂筒支撑件2，但是并没有穿透隔膜7。
由上部单元15、夹紧柱塞4和罩3组成的组件持续降低，直到设备位于启动位置(图3)。设备的这种移动具有以下效果：使尖状物支架8和尖状物6向下移动，从而使得尖状物6退回到冲剂筒支撑件2内。此时，罩3的下部14顶住冲剂筒1的凸缘12，于是确保冲剂筒1和罩2内部之间的最优密封。
此外，还应该注意，在这个启动位置，喷射部件17已经退回到位于罩3上部的外壳内，从而具有一个压缩喷射弹簧18的效果，喷射弹簧18位于喷射部件17和外壳的内壁之间。
接着，将受压的水引入到设备内(图4)。尤其是通过填满膨胀空间10，这样就具有将夹紧柱塞4向上驱动的效果。此时，水进入冲剂筒1。这导致冲剂筒内部压力增加，并导致隔膜7绷紧。
夹紧柱塞4的向上移动还将向上驱动尖状物支架8。
尖状物6露出冲剂筒支撑件2穿透隔膜7。于是，水和冲剂筒1内容纳物(例如咖啡)的混合物流出饮料出孔11。
一旦提取操作完成，由上部单元15、夹紧柱塞4和罩3组成的组件就上升。喷射弹簧18放松，从而将喷射部件17向下驱动。这样的移动具有使冲剂筒1更容易与设备分离的效果。
不用说，本发明并不限于图1至4所图示的设备。本发明也涵盖权利要求书所描述的任何机械装置。
对于喷射装置，可以想到任何合适的形式。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于制备饮料的设备，该设备通过提取包含在冲剂筒(1)内的诸如研磨咖啡的一定剂量来制备饮料，该冲剂筒(1)装配有提取膜(7)，所述设备包括进水口(5)、冲剂筒支撑件(2)、冲剂筒罩(3)、夹紧装置和通过提取膜(7)提取所述饮料的装置，其特征在于冲剂筒罩(3)包括冲剂筒喷射装置(17，18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备，其中所述喷射装置(17)包括弹簧(18)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备，其中所述喷射装置(17)包括用于穿透冲剂筒(1)的上表面的元件。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备，其中所述喷射装置(17)不具有用于穿透冲剂筒(1)的元件。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备，包括相对于罩以可移动方式安装的夹紧柱塞(4)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备，其中用于提取所述饮料的装置是尖状物(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备，其中所述尖状物(6)相对于冲剂筒支撑件(2)以可移动方式安装。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备，包括用于将可移动的尖状物(6)紧固到柱塞(4)的机械装置。
