技术领域

背景技术
在要求光滑的表面光洁度和其中使用具有多个切削镶嵌物(insert)的铣刀的金属切削操作中,切削镶嵌物尤其是在轴向方向上必须用最大可能的精确度定位。切削镶嵌物的不精确轴向定位导致产生很差的表面光洁度的轴向跳动和缩短切削镶嵌物的使用寿命。

发明内容

本发明举例说明了用于切削镶嵌物的位置的轴向调节。然而,对调节的方向没有固有的限制。因此,调节螺钉54能被例如如此定向,以使调节螺钉54的螺钉旋转轴线B处于径向方向,因此产生一双向调节机构来调节切削镶嵌物40的径向位置。同样,调节螺钉54能被例如如此定向,以使调节螺钉54的螺钉旋转轴线B处于轴向方向和径向方向之间的任何规定的中间方向上,因此产生一双向调节机构在规定的中间方向上调节切削镶嵌物40的位置。一般而言,本发明涉及具有用于调节切削镶嵌物的位置的调节机构的刀具,在该调节机构中调节螺钉54朝向调节的方向。因此,例如,对轴向调节来说,调节螺钉54朝向轴向方向,而对径向调节来说,调节螺钉54朝向径向方向。很显然,槽36也必须合适地朝向径向方向且突起72的位置必须合适地进行修改。同样,在紧固螺母48和紧固螺母凹处34的位置和方向上必须进行显著的修改。
尽管本发明已经参照一个或多个具体的实施例进行了说明,但该说明旨在作为一个整体进行举例说明而不打算把本发明限于所示的实施例。应该理解,对该领域的技术人员来说,各种不同的修改都可以发生,这些修改尽管在本文中未具体表明,但它们都是在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种刀具(10),包括:
具有至少一个卡盘凹处(14)的刀体(12),卡盘(18)可松开式被保持在上述卡盘凹处(14)中;
具有螺钉旋转轴线(B)并包括环形凹槽(60)和带螺纹部分(68)的调节螺钉(54);
从卡盘(18)伸出的突起(72),突起(72)紧密配合在环形凹槽(60)中从而把调节螺钉(54)结合到卡盘(18)上,调节螺钉(54)用螺纹与刀体(12)相联,因而调节螺钉(54)绕螺钉旋转轴线(B)朝相反方向的螺钉旋转产生在螺钉旋转轴线(B)的方向上卡盘(18)的位置的双向调节;
其中卡盘凹处(14)包括底表面(26),第一侧表面(28)和第二侧表面(30),第一和第二侧表面(28,30)相互并与底表面(26)横向取向,槽(36),被底表面(26)和第二侧表面(30)邻接并朝向卡盘凹处(14)张开,其中调节螺钉(54)至少部分地位于槽(36)中;以及
底表面(26)设有与紧固螺母凹处(34)相通的卡盘凹处贯穿孔(32),卡盘(18)具有一卡盘贯穿孔(42),其特征在于
卡盘(18)被卡盘衬套(44)紧固到卡盘凹处(14)上,该卡盘衬套(44)位于卡盘贯穿孔(42)中并用螺纹容纳在位于紧固螺母凹处(34)内的紧固螺母(48)的螺母螺孔(46)中;和
其中切削镶嵌物(40)被保持在切削镶嵌物凹处(38)中并用紧固螺钉(50)紧固于其上,该紧固螺钉(50)位于切削镶嵌物贯穿孔(52)中并用螺纹容纳在卡盘衬套(44)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中卡盘凹处(14)的底表面(26)贴着卡盘(18)的底部表面(74),且紧固螺母(48)的上表面(76)贴着紧固螺母凹处(34)的上面内表面(78)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的刀具,其中刀具(10)具有旋转轴线(A),紧固螺母凹处(34)的上面内表面(78)径向上面向内且紧固螺母(48)的上表面(76)径向上面向外。
4.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中底表面(26)在径向上面向外,第一侧表面(28)面向轴向方向且槽(36)朝向轴向方向。
5.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中槽(36)朝向刀具(10)的前面(20)张开。
6.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中刀具(10)具有旋转轴线(A)且卡盘凹处贯穿孔(32)朝向径向方向。
7.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中紧固螺母凹处(34)朝向刀具(10)的前面(20)张开。
8.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中调节螺钉(54)通过用螺纹接合刀体(12)用螺纹直接与刀体(12)相通。
9.按照权利要求8所述的刀具,其中刀体(12)设有螺孔(80)且调节螺钉(54)的带螺纹部分(68)用螺纹接合螺孔(80)。
10.按照权利要求1所述的刀具,其中调节螺钉(54)通过用螺纹接合位于刀体(12)中的刀体衬套(56)与刀体(12)用螺纹相通。
