一种切换方法和设备。本发明实施例的切换方法包括接收基站发送的要求用户设备切换传输时间间隔的切换指示信息(S110);向基站发送对所述切换指示信息进行确认的切换确认信息(S120);以及进行传输时间间隔的切换(S130)。本发明实施例的切换方法包括向用户设备发送要求所述用户设备切换传输时间间隔的切换指示信息;以及接收所述用户设备对所述切换指示信息进行确认的切换确认信息。本发明实施例的用户设备包括第一接收模块、发送模块以及处理模块。本发明实施例的基站包括第一发送模块和第一接收模块。本发明能够减少切换传输时间间隔的时延,实现了快速地进行传输时间间隔的切换。
