本发明公开了一种火星熄灭装置，一种火星熄灭装置，它包括筒体(1)、半椭圆形火星挡板(2)、漩涡板(3)、导流板(5)和烟灰收集腔(6)，筒体(1)上设有进、出气口，火星挡板(2)位于筒体(1)内进气口末端，漩涡板(3)沿螺旋状均匀分布在火星挡板(2)上；烟灰收集腔(6)位于筒体(1)一侧，筒体(1)与烟灰收集腔(6)相接处设有槽口，槽口上错位安装有两块导流板(5)，筒体(1)通过导流板(5)与烟灰收集腔(6)相通。本发明提供了一种火星熄灭装置，在熄灭火星的同时还可以将烟灰收集起来，既可以熄灭火星又可以避免烟灰随气流进入大气，同时采用半椭圆形火星挡板，气流阻力小，确保柴油机功率最大化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种火星熄灭装置。
背景技术
随着工业化进程不断推进，石油、天然气的用量不断增加，由于地域性能源差异，这些物资需要庞大的运输工具进行异地往来，因此应运而生了原油船、成品油船和液化天然气船等特种船只。然而由于船舶的特殊性，柴油机使用的柴油等级不会很高，特别是远洋船舶，在排气***不可避免地会残留未经充分燃烧的碳粒子，即火星，如果火星随着气流排入大气，一旦滴落到甲板并接触到油气或天然气，将是人亡船毁。所以需要在排气***中增加灭火星措施，同时还得收集火星熄灭后的烟灰，因为柴油机排出的高温气流很容易造成死灰复燃。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种柴火星熄灭装置，在熄灭火星的同时还可以将烟灰收集起来，这样既可以熄灭火星避免了火星带来的火灾隐患，又可以避免烟灰随气流进入大气，防止了烟灰对空气造成的污染。
本发明采用以下技术方案：一种火星熄灭装置，它包括筒体、半椭圆形火星挡板、漩涡板、导流板和烟灰收集腔，所述筒体上设有进、出气口，所述火星挡板位于筒体内进气口末端，漩涡板沿螺旋状均匀分布在火星挡板上，气流经进气口进入后与火星挡板相撞，然后通过漩涡板沿筒体内壁旋转；所述烟灰收集腔位于筒体一侧，所述筒体与烟灰收集腔相接处设有槽口，所述槽口上错位安装有两块导流板，所述筒体通过导流板与烟灰收集腔相通。
所述导流板上开有通孔，所述通孔上沿斜面设有挡风板，气流通过挡风板穿过导流板进入到烟灰收集腔内；所述筒体外部设有绝热材料层，在绝热材料层外部设有白铁皮；所述烟灰收集腔上设有出灰口；所述筒体上设有放泄螺塞；所述筒体外部设有检修孔。
本发明具有如下有益效果是：本发明具有高效地灭火星功能，同时扑灭的烟灰可以收集起来，既避免了火星引起的火灾隐患，又防止了烟灰对空气的污染。另外，由于采用半椭圆形火星挡板，气流阻力小，确保柴油机功率最大化。设置了检修孔、出灰口和放泄螺塞便于对烟灰的处理和对设备的维护，在筒体外部设有一层绝热材料层，且绝热材料层外部设有白铁皮，可以确保本发明的表面温度低于60度。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2及图3所示，本发明为一种火星熄灭装置，它包括筒体1、半椭圆形火星挡板2、漩涡板3、导流板5和烟灰收集腔6，所述筒体1上设有进、出气口，所述火星挡板2位于筒体1内进气口末端与进气口相对设置。6块漩涡板3沿螺旋状均匀分布在火星挡板2上，气流经进气口进入后与火星挡板2相撞，然后通过漩涡板3沿筒体1内壁旋转。所述烟灰收集腔6位于筒体1一侧，烟灰收集腔6上设有出灰口11，所述筒体1与烟灰收集腔6相接处设有槽口，所述槽口上错位安装有两块导流板5，所述筒体1通过导流板5与烟灰收集腔6相通，所述导流板5上开有通孔7，所述通孔7上沿斜面设有挡风板8，气流通过挡风板8穿过导流板5进入到烟灰收集腔6内。所述筒体1外部设有绝热材料层9，在绝热材料层9外部设有白铁皮。所述筒体1上设有放泄螺塞10，同时在筒体1外部设有检修孔4。

1.一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是，它包括筒体(1)、半椭圆形火星挡板(2)、漩涡板(3)、导流板(5)和烟灰收集腔(6)，所述筒体(1)上设有进、出气口，所述火星挡板(2)位于筒体(1)内进气口末端，漩涡板(3)沿螺旋状均匀分布在火星挡板(2)上，气流经进气口进入后与火星挡板(2)相撞，然后通过漩涡板(3)沿筒体(1)内壁旋转；所述烟灰收集腔(6)位于筒体(1)一侧，所述筒体(1)与烟灰收集腔(6)相接处设有槽口，所述槽口上错位安装有两块导流板(5)，所述筒体(1)通过导流板(5)与烟灰收集腔(6)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是所述导流板(5)上开有通孔(7)，所述通孔(7)上沿斜面设有挡风板(8)，气流通过挡风板(8)穿过导流板(5)进入到烟灰收集腔(6)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是所述筒体(1)外部设有绝热材料层(9)，在绝热材料层(9)外部设有白铁皮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是所述烟灰收集腔(6)上设有出灰口(11)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是所述筒体(1)上设有放泄螺塞(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种火星熄灭装置，其特征是所述筒体(1)外部设有检修孔(4)。
