Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1的前序部分所述的特征的面抽吸式抓取器。
背景技术
已知一种由挤压型材制造的面抽吸式抓取器,其中用于构成/限定抽吸室的盖和抽吸底座相互拧紧。如果放置在要抽吸的对象上的抽吸底座例如磨损或者损坏,这种旋拧装置就必须被松开,以便能够更换抽吸底座。这尤其是费时的。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供一种维护更方便的面抽吸式抓取器。
该任务利用具有权利要求1的特征的面抽吸式抓取器来解决。
根据本发明,盖和抽吸底座被移动到彼此中。为此,一个部件具有槽,另一部件的边缘能够被移动到该槽中。由此,实现了如下优点:面抽吸式抓取器不仅仅更轻、而且构造得更矮,并且能够更快地被安装,例如不必松开旋拧装置。
本发明的另外的优点、特征和细节从从属权利要求和后面的说明中得到,其中参照附图描述特别有利的实施例。在此,在附图中所示的以及在说明书和权利要求书中所提到的特征分别既可以单独地、也可以以任何组合地作为发明本质。

具体实施方式
图1示出了整体上用10表示的面抽吸式抓取器的透视图,该面抽吸式抓取器例如用于借助真空来持取工件的装置。该面抽吸式抓取器10具有吸盘12,其固定在抓取器载体14上,该抓取器载体14在其自身方面例如被安装在(未示出的)机器人臂上。抓取器载体14为此具有法兰16。抓取器载体14的与法兰16对置的端部被固定在盖18上,盖18为此具有图3中所示出的固定孔20。盖18是用于抽吸底座22的承载体,该抽吸底座22形状配合地被推到盖18上,并且在其本身和盖18之间形成抽吸室。为此,抽吸底座22在其三个侧边缘24上具有向盖18的方向伸出的边26,该边在其内侧上设置有槽28,所述槽平行于盖18的平面延伸。边26和槽28的尺寸选择为使得盖18的边能够被移动到环绕的边26的槽28中,或者抽吸底座22可以沿箭头30的方向被推到盖18上。盖18的边由此形成弹性件。拼接后的吸盘12在图4中被示出。
在图3中还可以看出,抽吸底座22在其内侧上具有突出的拱顶32,这些拱顶用于固定和保护在盖18上的抽吸底座22。拱顶32伸出由槽28形成的用于盖18的***平面,使得这些拱顶用其自由端部穿过在盖18中的接收孔34。这些拱顶32直接地在该平面之下被加厚(aufgedickt),使得它们能够支撑盖18。也限定抽吸室高度的、用于盖18的另外的支撑件40处于抽吸底座22的角区域中,这些角区域设置有接收孔42。在拼接好的吸盘12的情况下与盖18中的穿通孔44对齐的接收孔42中***冲击缓冲器46,这些冲击缓冲器46伸出抽吸底座22的有孔的底面48。在接收孔42中也可以固定传感器等等。
拱顶32可以设置有穿通孔36,从而例如可以连接传感器38。此外,拱顶32在其自由端部上可以具有用于例如O形环、卡环等等的固定元件的槽52或者从后部抓住接收孔34的凸起54,使得其与接收孔34卡锁。
在抽吸底座22损坏或者磨损的情况下,仅仅将该抽吸底座从拱顶32解锁并且从盖18取下。必要时,还必须事先将冲击缓冲器46和传感器38去除。

Claims (11)

1.例如适配于抓取器载体(14)的面抽吸式抓取器(10),在所述面抽吸式抓取器上设置有平坦的、具有盖(18)和抽吸底座(22)的、形成抽吸室的吸盘(12),其中盖(18)或抽吸底座(22)被固定在抓取器载体(14)上,并且抽吸底座(22)或盖(18)朝向要抽吸的物体,其中盖(18)和抽吸底座(22)在至少一侧上形状配合地相互夹紧,其特征在于,盖(18)和抽吸底座(22)具有能够被移动到彼此中的连接装置,所述连接装置与抓取平面平行地延伸并且由槽(28)和能够***到槽(28)中的弹性件(50)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,盖(18)和抽吸底座(22)在两个尤其是彼此对置的侧(24)上形状配合地相互夹紧。
3.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,抽吸底座(22)在其三个侧(24)上具有朝盖(18)的方向伸出的边(26),在所述边上在径向内侧上设置有环绕的槽(28)。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,盖(18)具有平坦的边,该平坦的边用作用于槽(28)的弹性件(50)。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,在抽吸底座(22)的朝着盖(18)的侧上或者在盖(18)的朝着抽吸底座(22)的侧上设置有至少一个突出的拱顶(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,拱顶(32)配合到存在于盖(18)或抽吸底座(22)中的接收孔(34)中,并且卡锁到接收孔(34)中。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,拱顶(32)在其自由端具有
-用于固定元件如O形环、卡环等等的槽(52),或者
-从后部抓住接收孔的凸起(54)。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,接收孔(34)处于盖(18)或抽吸底座(22)的平面中,或者接收孔(34)朝拱顶(32)的方向下沉或者弯曲。
9.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,设置有监控抽吸过程的传感器(38)例如距离传感器、压力传感器、流量传感器和/或排气装置。
10.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,在抽吸底座(22)或盖(18)上设置有用于在抽吸对象时进行冲击缓冲的元件(46)。
11.根据上述权利要求之一所述的面抽吸式抓取器,其特征在于,在盖(18)或抽吸底座(22)上固定有真空生成器、尤其是压缩空气驱动的喷射器,并且该真空生成器尤其是被集成在抓取器载体(14)中。
