Abstract

点对点防振可动关节是用于机器人、自动化生产线及机械制造领域的柱形件截面与柱形件截面之间的防振可动连接方法,可使两条柱形件连为一体后,连接的任何一条都可以连接处为定点转动,连为一体的柱形件不论从连接处的哪头受到何种力,受到的力在柱内传递经过连接处时有相当量的消溶,而且能调节可消溶力的范围。

背景技术
顾名思义,关节就是关键连接。动物关节是骨头连接的地方,分为不动关节、微动关节、活动关节。由于骨头表面都有坚韧的骨膜,所以所有动物关节都具有一定的防振功能,尤其活动关节还有骨液,防振功能更好。机器人、自动化生产线及各种机械的活动要想达到或超过动物肢体活动的灵活程度,各个关键连接部位,也就是关节必须具备相应的防振功能,以消溶各种不同的力在整体中的不必要传递。机械中的连接不外乎“点”、“线”、“面”的连接。在这里,“点”就是柱形件的截面;“线”就是板形件的截面;“面”就是物体的表面。严格地说,这里的“点”、“线”也都是“面”。连接时,具体可分为点对点连接、点对线连接、点对面连接、线对线连接、线对面连接、面对面连接等;还可分固定连接和可动连接,也就是不动关节和可动关节。当前各种防振连接方法不少,但柱形件对头连接时同时具备连接处牢固、可转动、可阻断振动特点的结构尚属空白,点对点防振可动关节就是一种柱形件防振、可动连接结构。
发明内容
目 的:制作点对点的防振可动关节
方 案:一、外接头
外接头呈罐形,罐内呈圆球切去三分之一为罐口的形状(参见附图)、罐底与柱形件需连接的截面连为一体、外形可自定、罐口直径大于内接头直径,质地可与柱形件相同或采用机械强度优于柱形件的材料。外接头罐口一般为平口,连接柱形件要求活动角度大时可在柱形件活动方向罐口开凹口,以增加柱形件活动角度。
二、内接头
内接头就是需连接的另一条柱形件(相对于有外接头的柱形件)的一头,直径小于或等于柱形件直径,长度等于外接头内直径减去两层内胎厚度、一层外胎厚度、滚珠直径。内接头表面有钝面凹凸花纹。内接头纵向开有内胎充气嘴槽,充气嘴槽延至柱形件。
三、连接胎(类似于车辆橡胶轮胎的可充气橡胶结构连接件)
内胎:可充气橡胶制品,内胎直径等于外接头内径减去外胎厚度和滚珠直径二倍,中心有一个正好可***内接头的凹陷,凹陷底部与对应的胎壁连为一体,凹陷内有充气嘴。
外胎:外胎为夹有经纬线(增强抗拉强度的线)的橡胶球壳,内径与内胎外径相等,相当于内胎凹陷口处为外胎口,外胎口为园平口。口内夹有无接口钢丝圈。外胎口直径与内接头外径相等。
四、滚珠:滚珠一般为钢质,也可以用其它硬质圆球体,位于外胎与内接头内壁之间。
五、组合:外接头内壁满排一层滚珠后,将外胎放入,再将内胎放入外胎中,内接头***内胎凹陷,气嘴对入气嘴槽,充气。

具体实施
如果以带有内接头的柱形件为A连接件,以带有外接头的柱形件为B连接件,以发明内容-方案-五的方法连接,内胎气体压力将内接头、内胎、外胎连城一体,由于外胎直径大于外接头罐口直径,外胎不能从外接头中出来,使A、B两个连接件连为一体,外胎与外接头之间的滚珠保证了两个连接件的可动性,而且不论A、B两个连接件的任何一处受到振动,这种振动在柱形件体内传递,经过连接胎时,这种振动会有相当量的消溶,也就是具备防振性,而且这种防振性可通过调节内胎气压的大小进行调节。

Claims (5)

1.一种柱形件截面与柱形件截面具有防振功能的可动连接方法,其具体特征是:两条需连接的柱形件一条一头有内接头,另一条一头有外接头,外接头内壁有一层滚珠,滚珠层内为可充气橡胶结构,内接头***可充气橡胶结构的圆柱形凹陷后充气完成连接。
2.根据权利要求1柱形件截面与柱形件截面具有防振功能的可动连接方法,其具体特征在于,所述外接头是内部呈三分之二圆球形(一个圆球切去三分之一),底部与柱形件连城一体的罐形物。
3.根据权利要求1柱形件截面与柱形件截面具有防振功能的可动连接方法,其具体特征在于,所述滚珠为钢质或其它硬质圆球体。
4.根据权利要求1柱形件截面与柱形件截面具有防振功能的可动连接方法,其具体特征在于,所述内接头是柱形件的一个头,正好可***可充气橡胶结构的凹陷处。
5.根据权利要求1柱形件截面与柱形件截面具有防振功能的可动连接方法,其具体特征在于可充气橡胶结构是由内胎和外胎组成,外胎为夹有经纬线的橡胶圆球壳外径等于外接头内径减去滚珠直径的2倍,口径等于内接头直径,内胎为外径等于外胎内径、正中有一凹陷正好可放入内接头的可充气橡胶球 。
