Abstract

球连式防振不动关节是机器人、自动化生产线及机械制造领域用球形件固定连接两个物体(或一个物体的两个部分)并使连接区具备消溶各种在连接体内不必要传递的力的方法。用本方法连接的物体之间具有固定性且连接体受到外力后,受到的力在其内部传递,经过连接区时这个力会有相当量的消溶,可消溶量可进行大小调节。

背景:顾名思义关节就是关键连接。动物关节是指骨头连接的地方,分为不动关节、微动关节和活动关节。由于骨头表面都有坚韧的骨膜,所以所有的动物关节都有一定的防振功能,尤其活动关节还有骨液,防振功能更好。机器人等人工机械的活动要想达到或超越动物肢体活动的灵活程度,各个关键连接部位也就是关节。必须具备一定的防振功能,以消溶各种不同的力在整体中的不必要传递。机械关节也可分为不动关节和可动关节。
目的:制作球形不动(机械)关节
方案:
一、接头
如附图所示,材料选用机械强度好的硬质材料,爪数可根据情况自定,爪长需超过球心(即可抱住外径等于接头内径的圆球),两个接头扣合成一个空心圆球体,扣合后两个接头分爪之间应有一定的间隙,内壁有承接球胎膨胀的凹凸纹,爪基以下为连接区,连接区的任意一点或面可与需连接的物体连为一体。扣合的两个接头中必须有一个设充气嘴眼。
二、球胎
球胎就是夹有子午线的球形橡胶充气球,外径等于两个接头扣合形成的空心圆球的内径,有自动防逸气充气嘴。
三、组合(参见附图2)
需连接物体分别与接头连接区固定,将球胎充气嘴对入接头的充气嘴眼,扣合另一个接头充气,使两个接头的爪都抱牢球胎。
四、附图说明
附图1为接头示意图,附图2为球链式防振不动关节外观示意图。
效果:球胎将两个接头紧紧连为一体,连为一体的两个接头无论哪个接头的哪一点受到力,这个力向另一个接头传递必须经过球胎,经过时传递中的力在这里会有相当量的消溶而且可消溶的力的量可通过球胎气压的大小进行调节。

Claims (3)

1.一种固定连接两个物体(或一个物体的两个部分)并使连接处具备消溶各种在连接体内不必要传递的力的方法,其具体特征是,需连接物体分别与两个接头的连接区固定连接,两个接头扣合成空心球壳,扣合成的球壳内置球胎,球胎充气使两个接头牢固连成一体。
2.根据权利要求1中的接头是机械强度好的硬质材料制成的好说明书附图1所示的机件,两个接头可扣合成一个空心圆球,爪数可自定,无爪部为连接区,接头内壁有可承接球胎膨胀的凹凸纹。
3.根据权利要求1中的球胎为夹有子午线(防止过度膨胀)的橡胶充气球,外径等于接头内径。
