Description

用于盘式制动器的制动衬片装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于盘式制动器的制动衬片装置,该制动衬片装置具有布置在制动衬片的背部上的至少一个弹簧销和可以与该弹簧销相联接的弹簧元件,其中该弹簧元件具有紧固部分,该紧固部分具有用于容纳弹簧销的容纳开口。
背景技术
例如从EP 0 609 245 B1已知这种装置。在该制动衬片装置中,为了紧固借以将制动衬片加上板状制动衬片托架保持在卡钳装置中的止动弹簧,在衬片后板上形成有突起,该突起从板平面突出。为了将止动弹簧紧固至衬片后板,止动弹簧具有开口,通过该开口止动弹簧可以被放置在突起上并且被移入正确的角位。一旦止动弹簧处于正确位置,就将突起铆接,即使其塑性变形,从而使其侧向变宽,伸出开口的边缘外并且将止动弹簧压在衬片后板上。在铆接操作期间,突起通过开口突出的部分也变形。突起的横截面同样通过铆接操作被加宽,直到它抵接开口的边缘并且使其形状适于开口的正方形。
因为止动弹簧仅通过使突起适于开口的形状而被保持在适当位置,所以不管铆接接头如何,该止动弹簧可以扭曲而脱离其设定点位置,乃至使其自身与衬片后板上的突起分开。尤其是在根据EP 0 609 245 B1的具有制动衬块的盘式制动器的操作期间,车辆中发生的振动和碰撞可以容易地导致止动弹簧的开口或突起变形而不再能防止止动弹簧扭曲。此外,在铆接操作之后,通过肉眼检查不可能足够可靠地确定突起的横截面是否已被充分扩大以及是否已经产生两个部件之间的适当的刚性连接。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提供一种制动衬片装置,通过该制动衬片装置,弹簧元件被以永久防扭方式保持在其预定位置并且可以检验其紧固。
该目的通过最初描述的类型的制动衬片装置实现,在所述弹簧元件的紧固部分的远离制动衬片的表面上配置有成型部,在使弹簧销塑性变形以固定所述弹簧元件期间,所述成型部与所述弹簧销接合而将所述弹簧元件固定在预定位置。如现有技术中一样,在组装期间所述弹簧销塑性变形。其材料于是流入所述成型部,并且一方面,提供防扭,另一方面,使得可识别作为所述弹簧销塑性变形的结果是否确保了所述弹簧元件的适当紧固。
本发明的改进设置成所述紧固部分的所述表面具有不规则表面结构,该不规则表面结构特别是呈锯齿、滚花或槽纹形式。关于这一点,应该提及的是所述不规则表面结构根据本发明可以围绕所述容纳开口至少分段配置。
为了实现最大抗扭安全性和/或所述弹簧元件在预定位置中的永久紧固,本发明的结构的优选形式设置成所述弹簧销通过铆接或敛缝而塑性变形,其中在所述弹簧元件和该弹簧元件的成型表面之间产生刚性连接。由于塑性变形,所述弹簧销变形成使其接合到所述弹簧元件的所述表面结构内并且产生这两个部件之间的所述刚性连接。此外,也如上所述,在铆接操作之后,可以通过肉眼检查确定在所述成型表面和所述弹簧销之间是否已经产生适当的刚性连接。
关于所述弹簧销在所述制动衬片装置上的布置,可以设置成所述弹簧销直接形成在所述制动衬片和/或板状制动衬片托架上,或者采取单独部件的形式,例如呈可安装在所述制动衬片上的单独螺栓的形式。关于这一点还应该提及的是,所述弹簧销可以包括铆钉头。
为了将所述制动衬片装置安装在盘式制动器的制动活塞上,本发明的结构的一种形式设置成所述弹簧元件在其端部上具有弓形部分,该弓形部分具有锁止结构。此外,为了将所述弹簧元件安装在所述制动衬片装置上,根据发明的结构的优选形式,在所述制动衬片上形成有突起,所述弹簧元件可以通过所述弹簧销被紧固至所述突起,其中在这种情况下所述弹簧元件的所述弓形部分在所述突起上方突出。
为了在安装期间将所述制动衬片装置定位和/或对中在制动器和/或制动活塞上,还可以设置成所述制动衬片具有定位元件。
本发明还涉及一种具有根据发明的制动衬片装置的盘式制动器。

具体实施方式
图1示出了在弹簧销14铆接紧固之后的制动衬片装置10,该制动衬片装置10具有弹簧元件16以及布置在制动衬片12的背部上的弹簧销14。从图1中更明显看出弹簧元件16的紧固部分18,该紧固部分18具有围绕容纳开口20至少为分段形式的不规则表面结构22和/或成型部。该表面结构可以特别地构造成呈锯齿、滚花或槽纹的形式。在弹簧元件16上进一步设置弓形部分24,通过该弓形部分24可将制动衬片装置10紧固至盘式制动器的制动活塞(未示出)。
图1还示出突起26,弹簧元件16可通过弹簧销14紧固至该突起26。更显然的是弓形部分24的端部区域在突起26上方突出进入到制动衬片12的横截面内。
为了将弹簧元件16紧固至制动衬片12,将弹簧元件16装配在弹簧销14之上。为此弹簧元件16在其容纳开口20中容纳弹簧销14。弹簧元件16通过其紧固部分18而在突起26上位于预定位置。然后,使弹簧销14塑性变形,即铆接或敛缝。由于塑性变形,弹簧销14的材料在弹簧元件16的紧固部分18上的成型表面22的区域中流动并且与该成型表面刚性接合。弹簧销14的材料因此作为其塑性变形的结果流入紧固部分18的成型表面结构22的齿隙内。因此产生与紧固部分18的表面结构22的刚性连接,通过该刚性连接,弹簧元件16被以固定且防扭方式紧固至制动衬片12的背部。
在前述组装之后,通过肉眼检查可以检验在成型表面22和弹簧销14之间是否已经产生了适当的刚性连接。
图2示出了在弹簧销14的铆接或敛缝之后,制动衬片装置10的侧视图。从图2可以明显地看出,弹簧销14的横截面已经扩大并且通过不规则表面结构22(这里未示出),在弹簧销14和弹簧元件16的紧固部分18的表面结构之间已经产生了刚性连接。同样从图2明显看出,在突起26上方的弹簧元件16的弓形部分24与制动衬片12重叠。弓形部分24在其在突起26上方突出的端部上具有锁止结构28,通过该锁止结构,制动衬片12可以与盘式制动器的制动活塞(未示出)和/或卡钳装置上的相应的配对部建立锁止连接。
图3示出了在铆接操作之后的制动衬片装置的前视图。因此可以再一次看见突起26,弹簧元件16通过其紧固部分18被布置在该突起26上,并且弓形部分24在突起26上方突出。从图3更明显地看出弹簧元件16的弓形部分24上的锁止结构28。
图4示出了制动衬片装置10的立体全图,该图更清楚地示出弹簧元件16在制动衬片12上的位置。在制动衬片12的侧面上形成前述突起26,两个弹簧元件16借助于弹簧销14通过它们的紧固部分18可以被紧固至突起26。在突起26上方,弹簧元件16的弓形部分24与制动衬片12重叠。
从图4更明显地看出定位元件30,其用于将制动衬片装置10定位和/或对中在钳式制动装置的制动活塞(未示出)上。由于在制动活塞上形成与定位元件30对应的配对部,因而该定位元件30促进并加速制动衬片装置的组装。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于盘式制动器的制动衬片装置(10),该制动衬片装置具有布置在制动衬片(12)的背部上的两个弹簧销(14)以及两个弹簧元件(16),所述弹簧元件(16)能够与相应的所述弹簧销(14)相联接,该弹簧元件(16)被构造成止动弹簧,其中所述弹簧元件(16)具有紧固部分(18),该紧固部分具有用于容纳所述弹簧销(14)的容纳开口(20),
