Abstract

本发明涉及将套环固定在成缆的缆索上的方法。
背景技术
通常,在窗户调节器、车辆或园艺机械等中,用在鲍登线中的套环或类似物被压接或钎焊到该缆索上。由于需要压机或类似手段以形成翻边,所以缆索这样的布置在设备齐全的工厂或车间外不允许简单替换。
令人惊奇的是,本发明人能够将缆索粘到普通孔金属套环中,其因通过攻有自攻螺纹而是内部粗糙的。这是精巧的操作。
本发明人注意到美国专利申请No.2004/088847,其摘要如下所示:钢丝索和索帽的组件包括钢丝索帽(索头)、由延伸到索帽中的许多绞合股线形成的钢丝索、在索帽中弯曲超过180°以提供选定的断裂强度的选定的绞合股线、将钢丝索固定在索帽中的巴氏合金。构造钢丝索帽的方法包括如下步骤:将由绞合钢丝构成的钢索的选定股线弯曲超过180°以形成弯曲的股线;将钢丝索和弯曲股线***索帽;并将熔融的巴氏合金倒入索帽,以将钢丝索固定在索帽中。将缆索股线回弯,尤其是将用于窗户调节器的小直径缆索的股线回弯,是很难操纵的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种将套环固定在缆索上的改进方法。
根据本发明的一个方案,提供一种将套环固定在成缆的缆索上的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
·提供在一端有大直径内孔且在另一端有小直径内孔的渐缩套环或阶梯状套环;
·将套环穿到缆索上,其中该套环的大直径内孔朝向缆索一端敞开;
·解松该缆索一端以使其散开至大于小直径内孔的横向尺寸;
·至少在该缆索的解松部分施加粘合剂到缆索;
·将该缆索的解松部分连同施加在其上的粘合剂拉入该套环的大直径孔;
·允许粘合剂在大直径孔中固结,从而固结的粘合剂将该缆索端保持在散开状态地保持在大直径孔中,以防止经小直径端从套环中拉出该缆索。
根据本发明的另一方案,提供一种套件,包括:
·一套渐缩套环或阶梯状套环,每个套环具有大直径内孔和小直径内孔;
·尺寸设定成能穿过小直径内孔的缆索;
·粘合到缆索的粘合剂;
·用于实施根据本发明第一方案的方法的一套说明书。
缆索可以由聚合材料制成,但通常是由金属尤其是不锈钢制成。套环可以由聚合材料或其它工程材料制成,但通常由金属且典型地由不锈钢、铝或铜制成。粘合剂将通常为通过常规的聚合作用固结的类型,典型地为二元环氧粘合剂或其它高强度粘合剂。在缆索材料和套环材料与钎焊料相容的情况下,钎焊料可以作为粘合剂。
套环可以均匀地朝内渐缩,可能在一端或另一端具有直孔段。或者,套环可以为在其内孔有一个或多个阶梯的阶梯形状。
本发明尤其可用于汽车车窗调节器的缆索的修复,在这种情况下,套环和缆索的尺寸和构型被设定为能用于车窗调节器中。

具体实施方式
参见附图,典型为1.5mm的多线股不锈钢索1具有穿于其上的套环2,与螺纹连接不同,套环是以线上穿针方式穿设的。套环由聚丙烯制成并具有阶梯孔,其有小孔部3和大孔部4。套环外径为4.2mm,长度为6.00mm。小直径孔部的长度为2mm,内径为1.7mm,大直径孔部的长度为4mm长,内径为2.7mm。大直径孔部布置在邻近缆索端5的套环端部处。
为了将套环固定到缆索上,缆索端首先用异丙醇被清洁,以将任何因成缆而残留的润滑剂除去。缆索在其端5被解松开约为套环长度两倍的短长度。这导致缆索股线散开,典型地超过套环外径。环氧树脂6,合适地为可从www.glueline.co.uk获取的BONDMASTER,在套环和散开端被施加到缆索上。为了确保粘合剂在缆索穿过套环和套环内孔时涂覆缆索,这可以沿缆索前后移动来完成。当粘合剂很好分布后,缆索被拉动穿过套环,以将散开端带到大直径部。通常,缆索将会在散开的起点在小直径部处束紧,其中散开的股线停留在大直径孔的孔口7处。在大小直径之间的台阶8处,粘合剂将被拉入,从而占据将会在没有粘合剂时存在于缆索和套环之间的任何空隙。还应注意,大孔部的使用增加了套环中用于粘合剂粘结于其上的表面积。
作为替代,一旦缆索在散开的起点在小直径部上已束紧,就可将更多缆索拉过套环。这尤其可通过使缆索在股线缠绞或成缆方向转动来实现。这使缆索部分重整,允许其被拉入小孔部中,同时保持散开的缆索处于大孔部中。这可以允许缆索被抽回,直至散开端与套环端对齐。另外,此过程会将粘合剂从股线之间挤出,以帮助填充套环内孔并排除任何气穴。
一旦粘合剂已经固结,则即便聚丙烯的蜡质倾向于阻止粘结到套环自身上,但套环将被固定到缆索端并具有足以用于缆索正常使用的强度,这是由于在阶梯状套环中的散开端机械锁固和粘合剂的综合效果。缆索可以在9处被修剪至套环长度。
在图3中,阶梯状套环2被渐缩套环12取代,渐缩套环具有基本相同的尺寸。然而,在图1和图2的实施例中,缆索散开端和粘合剂形成矩形段塞头,在渐缩孔14中,缆索11的散开端15形成渐缩形塞头16。这同样粘固到套环上并且机械锁定在套环中。
在图4中,具有这样的粘结和机械锁定的套环22的缆索21如图所示用在具有卷筒24和在轨道26上的缆索驱动式升降机构25的窗户调节器23中。卷筒和升降机构具有座部27和28,套环抵靠于座部以进行调节器操作。卷筒的驱动,如图4所示为逆时针,张紧缆索并提升窗户29。
转到图5和图6,示出了缆索101,其中,缆索的套环位于缆索上,但为了易于解释,没有示出缆索安装在窗户调节器中(这是所有套环装配后的正常状态)。缆索有两个套环102,该套环与散开端105装配,此时用粘合剂106将散开端保持在套环的阶梯孔108中。在缆索的两端之间,它还有两个套环131和141。第一个套环131是常规类型的,其被压接到缆索上。第二个套环141被安装到现场选定位置。其具有用于缆索的孔142和径向孔143,径向孔从第二个套环的外侧穿到中央孔142并且稍微超过中央孔。径向孔比1.5mm的中央孔大,为3mm。套环的直径为6mm。该径向孔从其开口144攻丝到中央孔。埋头螺钉145被装入该径向孔的攻丝146中。在安装埋头螺钉之前,用粘合剂147填充径向孔。在螺钉被拧入后,粘合剂被迫沿缆索向两侧流动。该套环可以沿缆索移动,以促进这种状况。在螺钉的最后拧紧过程中,螺钉的尖端148陷入缆索,局部迫使缆索股线不与中央孔对齐,因此有助于缆索固定在这种套环102中。

Claims (22)

1.一种将套环固定在成缆的缆索上的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
·提供在一端有大直径内孔且在另一端有小直径内孔的渐缩套环或阶梯状套环;
·将该套环穿到缆索上,其中该套环的大直径内孔朝向缆索一端敞开;
·解松该缆索一端,以使其散开至大于小直径内孔的横向尺寸;
·至少在该缆索的解松部分上,施加粘合剂到该缆索;
·将该缆索的解松部分连同施加在其上的粘合剂拉入该套环的大直径孔端中;
·允许粘合剂在该大直径孔端中固结,从而固结的粘合剂将该缆索一端保持处于其散开状态地保持在该大直径孔端中,以防止经小直径端从该套环中拉出该缆索。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,将该缆索的解松部分拉入该套环的步骤包括使该套环沿该缆索前后移动以将粘合剂分布到该套环中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征是,还包括将从大直径孔伸出的解松部分的任何股线剪切掉的步骤。
4.一种用于执行根据权利要求1至3中任一项的方法的套件,该套件包括:
·一套渐缩套环或阶梯状套环,每个套环具有大直径内孔和小直径内孔;
·尺寸被设定成能穿过该小直径内孔的缆索;
