Abstract

一种立体喷印装置,包括顶架、侧架及摆动件。顶架可供喷墨头设置,侧架可调整的结合于顶架,摆动件枢设于侧架,摆动件可供喷墨头设置,而可调整喷墨头的喷印角度,所述顶架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的顶架侧板,所述侧架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的侧架侧板及位于两个侧架侧板间的容置空间,所述顶架设于侧架的容置空间内,将螺件穿设于侧架及顶架的定位孔,使侧架与顶架结合。立体喷印装置利用定位孔来组配的设计,使顶架的高度、侧架间的宽度及摆动件的枢摆角度皆可依需求来调整,可依各种不同造型或尺寸的工件快速的调整,可提升喷涂的效率,且可达成省墨效果的立体喷印装置。

立体喷印装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷墨头,特别是涉及一种立体喷印装置。
背景技术
一般消费型电子产品如手机或计算机等的外壳多以喷漆方式进行外观表面的涂装,以达到美化外壳的装饰目的。传统的喷枪乃是利用高速空气来雾化油漆,将油漆由液体雾化为微小颗粒状的漆雾后由喷枪的喷嘴喷出,由于高速空气所产生的气流太强,使得喷枪无法太接近工件,否则已喷涂附着于工件表面的油漆会被高速空气所产生的气流吹移而不均匀。因此,喷枪于喷涂工件时需保持一定的距离与压力,然而喷枪并无法控制雾化颗粒的大小,故当喷枪与工件间的距离拉远后将会造成喷雾的范围变大,真正能喷涂于工件上的漆料约只有10%至30%,剩下约70%至90%的漆料都未喷涂于工件上而形成废漆。且为求较佳的喷涂效率,通常吊架上会吊挂多个外壳进行喷涂,当欲喷涂的外壳的造型或尺寸有所更动时,不但需要调整多个喷枪的角度,也需调整吊架上吊杆的位置,调整上较为费工且费时。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种可依工件的造型或尺寸快速调整而可达成省墨效果的立体喷印装置。
一种立体喷印装置,包括顶架、侧架及摆动件。顶架可供喷墨头设置,侧架可调整的结合于顶架,摆动件枢设于侧架,摆动件可供喷墨头设置,而可调整喷墨头的喷印角度,所述顶架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的顶架侧板,所述侧架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的侧架侧板及位于两个侧架侧板间的容置空间,所述顶架设于侧架的容置空间内,将螺件穿设于侧架及顶架的定位孔,使侧架与顶架结合,所述摆动件包括有两个摆动件侧板,所述摆动件侧板的上端分别设有多个偏摆孔,所述摆动件侧板的下端设有枢固孔,所述摆动件设于侧架的容置空间内,将螺件穿设于侧架的定位孔及摆动件的枢固孔,使摆动件枢设于侧架,将螺件穿设于侧架的定位孔及摆动件的其一偏摆孔,能够调整摆动件枢摆的角度。
所述的立体喷印装置利用定位孔来组配的设计,使顶架的高度、侧架间的宽度及摆动件的枢摆角度皆可依需求来调整,可依各种不同造型或尺寸的工件快速的调整,可提升喷涂的效率,且可达成省墨效果的立体喷印装置。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的立体喷印装置作进一步的详细说明。
参照图1及图2,立体喷印装置10包括顶架20、侧架30、摆动件40及多个喷墨头50。
顶架20包括有侧板21及位于侧板21间的容置空间22,侧板21上分别设有多个定位孔23,容置空间23可供喷墨头50容置。可利用螺件60穿设于定位孔23而螺锁于喷墨头50,使喷墨头50固定于顶架20。
侧架30包括有侧板31及位于侧板31间的容置空间32,侧板31上分别设有多个定位孔33,容置空间32可供顶架20的两端容置。可利用螺件60穿设于侧架30的定位孔33及顶架20的定位孔23,使侧架20可与顶架20结合,可依需求调整顶架20的高度及侧架20间的宽度。
摆动件40包括有侧板41及位于侧板41间的容置空间42,侧板41的上端设上分别设有多个偏摆孔43,侧板41的下端设有枢固孔44,容置空间42可供喷墨头50容置。摆动件40设于侧架40的容置空间32内,可利用螺件60穿设于侧架30的定位孔33及摆动件40的枢固孔44及偏摆孔43,使摆动件40枢设于侧架20,可依需求调整摆动件40枢摆的角度。
参照图3,当工件70透过输送带80进入立体喷印装置10内时,位于顶架20的喷墨头50用以将漆墨喷涂于工件70的顶面,而位于侧架30的喷墨头50则用以将漆墨分别喷涂于工件70的两侧面。
立体喷印装置10利用定位孔来组配的设计,使顶架20的高度、侧架30的宽度及摆动件40的枢摆角度皆可依需求来调整,可依各种不同造型或尺寸的工件快速的调整,可提升喷涂的效率。参照图4,若欲喷涂另一造型或尺寸的工件71时,可利用顶架20及侧架30上定位孔23、33的配合来调整顶架20的高度及侧架30的宽度,利用侧架30的定位孔33及摆动件40的偏摆孔43来调整摆动件40的枢摆角度,使立体喷印装置10可适于喷涂另一造型或尺寸的工件71。
前述具体实施方式仅为本发明众多实施方式的有限列举,因此,由本发明的设计思想延伸出的其他实施方式,尤其是形状、尺寸以及元件排列布置方面的不脱离本发明设计思想的变化,均应认为是本发明权利要求所保护内容。

Claims (3)

1.一种立体喷印装置,其特征在于,包括:顶架、侧架及摆动件,所述顶架可供喷墨头设置,所述侧架可调整的结合于所述顶架,所述摆动件枢设于所述侧架,所述摆动件可供喷墨头设置,而可调整喷墨头的喷印角度,所述顶架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的顶架侧板,所述侧架包括有两个分别设有多个定位孔的侧架侧板及位于两个侧架侧板间的容置空间,所述顶架设于侧架的容置空间内,将螺件穿设于侧架及顶架的定位孔,使侧架与顶架结合,所述摆动件包括有两个摆动件侧板,所述摆动件侧板的上端分别设有多个偏摆孔,所述摆动件侧板的下端设有枢固孔,所述摆动件设于侧架的容置空间内,将螺件穿设于侧架的定位孔及摆动件的枢固孔,使摆动件枢设于侧架,将螺件穿设于侧架的定位孔及摆动件的其一偏摆孔,能够调整摆动件枢摆的角度。
2.如权利要求1所述的立体喷印装置,其特征在于:所述顶架包括位于两个顶架侧板间的容置空间,所述顶架的容置空间可供喷墨头容置。
3.如权利要求1所述的立体喷印装置,其特征在于:所述摆动件包括位于两个摆动件侧板间的容置空间,所述摆动件的容置空间可供喷墨头容置。
