本发明涉及一种圆片的铝腐蚀方法。
背景技术
现有腐蚀液温度较低,导致圆片腐蚀效率比较低,若提高温度,则产生过腐蚀,合格率又降低。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种圆片的铝腐蚀方法。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
本发明圆片的铝腐蚀方法,其特征在于所述方法如下:
通过加热丝将腐蚀液温度控制在50~54℃,然后将圆片放入腐蚀液内腐蚀6~10分钟,最后将圆片烘干,其中,所述腐蚀液为HNO3/H3PO4/HAC,所述圆片为Al蒸发后的硅片。
优选地,所述承载腐蚀液的腐蚀机为旋转式铝腐蚀机。
本发明减少了腐蚀时间,提高了生产效率,并且减少了腐蚀线条的毛刺,提高了化学试剂的活性。

通过加热丝将腐蚀液温度控制在54℃,然后将圆片放入腐蚀液内腐蚀6分钟,最后将圆片烘干,其中,所述腐蚀液为HNO3/H3PO4/HAC,所述圆片为Al蒸发后的硅片。
所述承载腐蚀液的腐蚀机为旋转式铝腐蚀机。

1.一种圆片的铝腐蚀方法,其特征在于所述方法如下:
通过加热丝将腐蚀液温度控制在50~54℃,然后将圆片放入腐蚀液内腐蚀6~10分钟,最后将圆片烘干,其中,所述腐蚀液为HNO3/H3PO4/HAC,所述圆片为Al蒸发后的硅片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆片的铝腐蚀方法,其特征在于所述承载腐蚀液的腐蚀机为旋转式铝腐蚀机。
