Abstract

一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,属于建筑材料技术领域,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:水泥10-20%、苯丙乳液25-40%、20-50目石英砂40-60%、其它填料1-5%。粘贴玻璃时,将苯丙乳液、水泥、石英砂与其他填料混合均匀,或涂抹到玻璃背面待固化后再用水泥砂浆粘贴到毛坯墙上,或直接涂抹到玻璃与刚施工的水泥砂浆之间,使粘贴材料与水泥砂浆一起固化。本发明原料成本低,制造工艺简单,耐酸碱和耐水性好,无污染,不燃,储存和运输方便。苯丙乳液与水泥复合使得本发明粘贴力强,尤其适合粘结玻璃与混凝土面,省工省料,能够大大降低装饰玻璃的施工成本,提高装饰美观度。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种粘贴材料,用于粘结玻璃与混凝土、钢材或木料等。
背景技术
玻璃既不象传统装饰那样凝重,又不似金属那般冷酷;它透亮玲珑、轻盈活泼,早已突破了传统的采光、围护作用,在钢筋水泥的城市中营造着一片独特的风景。但玻璃装饰材料表面光滑、性脆,其安装、施工难度相对较高;玻璃胶粘结牢度差,成本高,因此现在普遍采用的方法是先在玻璃上打孔然后用帽头钉来固定,或是不打孔借助嵌条或嵌钉来固定。打孔会在玻璃体上人为增加应力集中点,存在一定的安全隐患,而大量五金件的应用不仅会增加成本,也影响了装饰的整体美感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,用于粘结玻璃与其他建筑材料,如混凝土、水泥毛坯墙、钢材、木料等。
基于上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:水泥10-20%、苯丙乳液25-40%、20-50目石英砂40-60%、其它填料1-5%。
所述各组份的重量百分含量为:水泥15%、苯丙乳液35%、20-50目石英砂49%、其它填料1%。
所述的苯丙乳液为有机硅改性苯丙乳液、有机氟改性苯丙乳液、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液、纳米材料改性苯丙乳液、蒙脱土改性苯丙乳液或水溶性醇酸树脂改性苯丙乳液。
所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥、粉煤灰水泥、火山灰水泥、石灰石水泥或复合水泥。
所述的石英砂为石英粉、普干砂、普通砂或纯天然石英砂。
所述的苯丙乳液单独包装,水泥、石英砂和其它填料按比例混合后另行包装,以使本发明的粘贴材料能够长期保存。
粘贴玻璃时,将苯丙乳液、水泥、石英砂与其他填料混合均匀,或涂抹到玻璃背面待固化后再用水泥砂浆粘贴到毛坯墙上,或直接涂抹到玻璃与刚施工的水泥砂浆之间,使粘贴材料与水泥砂浆一起固化。
本发明原料成本低,制造工艺简单,耐酸碱和耐水性好,无污染,不燃,储存和运输方便。苯丙乳液与水泥复合,从而使两者在性能上达到了的优势互补。本发明的粘贴材料既有无机材料优良的耐久性,同时也保留了有机材料的韧性和弹性。产品的粘贴力强,尤其适合粘结玻璃与混凝土面,省工省料,能够大大降低装饰玻璃的施工成本,提高装饰美观度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:水泥15%、苯丙乳液35%、20-50目石英砂49%、其它填料1%。将上述原料混合均匀后,可直接用于粘贴玻璃。
实施例2
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:普通硅酸盐水泥10%、有机硅改性苯丙乳液40%、20-50目普通砂45%、碳酸钙填料5%。苯丙乳液单独包装,其他原料(普通硅酸盐水泥、20-50目普通砂、碳酸钙填料)按比例混合后另行包装。使用时,将两个包装内的原料倒出混匀即可。
实施例3
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:矿渣水泥12%、有机氟改性苯丙乳液27%、20-50目普干砂60%、碳酸钙填料1%。有机氟改性苯丙乳液单独包装,其他原料按比例混合后另行包装。使用时,将两个包装内的原料倒出混匀即可。
实施例4
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:粉煤灰水泥18%、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液38%、20-50目普通砂40%、硫酸钡填料4%。环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液单独包装,其他原料按比例混合后另行包装。使用时,将两个包装内的原料倒出混匀即可。
实施例5
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:复合水泥20%、纳米材料改性苯丙乳液25%、20-50目纯天然石英砂53%、硫酸钡填料2%。粘贴玻璃时,按比例称取上述原料混合均匀后即可使用。
实施例6
一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:石灰石水泥16%、水溶性醇酸树脂改性苯丙乳液29%、20-50目石英砂52%、碳酸钙填料3%。粘贴玻璃时,按比例称取上述原料混合均匀后即可使用。

1.一种建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,其特征在于,由下述重量百分含量的原料组成:水泥10-20%、苯丙乳液25-40%、20-50目石英砂40-60%、其他填料1-5%;所述的苯丙乳液为有机硅改性苯丙乳液、有机氟改性苯丙乳液、环氧树脂改性苯丙乳液、纳米材料改性苯丙乳液、蒙脱土改性苯丙乳液或水溶性醇酸树脂改性苯丙乳液。
2.如权利要求1所述的建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,其特征在于,各组份的重量百分含量为:水泥15%、苯丙乳液35%、20-50目石英砂49%、其它填料1%。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述的水泥为硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣水泥、粉煤灰水泥、火山灰水泥、石灰石水泥或复合水泥。
4. 如权利要求3所述的建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述的石英砂为石英粉、普干砂、普通砂或纯天然石英砂。
5. 如权利要求4所述的建筑装饰用玻璃粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述的苯丙乳液单独包装,水泥、石英砂和其它填料按比例混合后另行包装。
