Abstract

Description
技术领域
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及一种通过切割装置、至少一个送料辊和至少一个条料送料器将至少一条需要造粒的条料进行造粒的设备,所述切割装置具有两个能够彼此相对运动的刀片,所述至少一个条料送料器用于将所述条料送到所述切割装置。
背景技术
通常,这种条料造粒设备存在一个问题,即在某些情况下,在将条料送到所述切割装置时会遇到不规则性。这种情况尤其会发生于开始阶段。由于条料可能不均匀,所以可能发生聚集(clumping)、重叠(superposition)或者条料断裂(strand breakage)。
此外,针对需要造粒的不同物料,传统的条料造粒设备通常需要进行大规模的结构改变,以便使条料导向装置适应不同的条料、不同的条料厚度和不同的条料粘度等。
此外,上述问题妨碍了传统条料造粒设备操作自动化的进一步发展和最终实现,特别是这种设备的自动启动操作。
在美国专利申请US 2005/0077644A1的前序部分描述了用于需要造粒的条料的条料造粒设备领域的多种现有技术。例如,不可调的分级斜槽(cascade chute)或者垂直条料导向板,所述分级斜槽与水流接触,所述垂直条料导向板的倾斜度不可调。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种用于将至少一条需要造粒的条料进行造粒的设备,所述设备克服了现有技术的不足,并且通过简单的结构提供了经济的操作,增加了针对不同工况、特别是开始阶段的适应性,并且根据需要可以提供尽可能的自动化操作、尤其是开始阶段的自动化操作。
本发明的上述目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的设备来实现。
本发明的优选实施方式在从属权利要求中限定。
本发明用于将至少一条需要造粒的条料进行造粒的设备包括切割装置、至少一个送料辊和至少一个条料送料器,所述切割装置具有两个能够彼此相对运动的刀片,所述至少一个条料送料器用于将所述条料送到所述切割装置。通过本发明,在所述条料送料器的下游,在所述送料辊的紧前方和所述条料送料器的后方之间的区域内,即在实际条料送料器和所述切割装置的送料辊之间,设置有附加的板状的调整引导件,所述调整引导件相对于所述条料送料器倾斜度可调且可移动,通过所述调整引导件,所述条料送到所述送料辊的角度或者适于输送的角度分别可调。在这里,所述调整引导件不再需要提供水或流体。通过角度的可调节性,通过简单的结构和经济的方式可以尽可能地实现针对不同工况、条料和启动过程等的适应性。因此,根据本发明可以通过相对简单的方法实现自动化操作。
根据本发明,还可以实现特别简单的结构,即所述调整引导件的设置角度相对于垂直方向向下倾斜,使得在所述调整引导件上移动的条料至少在这个区域、即在所述调整引导件的区域可以通过重力作用被送到所述送料辊,而不需要其他移动装置,例如特别是不需要类似于传送带或者送料流体的作用等这样的其他的条料送料装置,(仅仅)需要重力作用而不需要其他的送料装置。
如果本发明设备中所述调整引导件的倾斜度和所述条料送料器的倾斜度可以分别调整,优选地,甚至可以相互独立地调整,则可以从结构上进一步实现适应性。

下面参照单独的附图1结合作为示例的实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。
图1所示为本发明用于将需要造粒的至少一条条料1、1’进行造粒的设备的示意性侧视图。其中,本发明的设备可以用于各种适合造粒的物料。
具体实施方式
所述设备包括切割装置、两个送料辊3、4和条料送料器2、2’,所述切割装置具有两个可以彼此相对运动的刀片5、6,所述条料送料器用于将条料1、1’送入所述切割装置。在所述条料送料器2、2’的下游设置有附加的板状调整引导件7、7’,该调整引导件位于所述送料辊3、4的紧前方和所述条料送料器2、2’的后方之间的区域内,根据本发明,所述调整引导件相对于所述条料送料器2、2’倾斜度可调且可移动。通过所述调整引导件7、7’,所述条料1、1’送入所述送料辊3、4的角度可调。在图1中,可以看到两个不同的角度位置。实线所示的位置表示了具有较大倾斜度的所述调整引导件7、所述条料1的对应路线以及所述条料送料器2的适应性位置。虚线所示的所述调整引导件7’的位置表示了偏小的角度和条料1’的相应导向路线,以及所述条料送料器2’的对应的适应性位置。
根据本发明,如图1所示,所述调整引导件7、7’设置的角度相对于垂直方向向下倾斜,所以至少在这个区域内,在调整引导件上运动的所述条料1、1’可以在重力作用下被送到所述送料辊3、4,而不需要其他的移动装置,例如,不需要其他的传送带或者滑水槽,或者也不需要向所述送料辊3、4提供其他流体。
根据图1所示的实施方式,通过围绕位于所述送料辊3、4正前方区域的或者紧挨着所述送料辊3、4区域的旋转轴的对应的枢转运动,可以实现所述调整引导件7、7’的角度调整。
根据本发明,所述调整引导件7、7’和所述条料送料器2、2’适合于分别调节,如图1所示,二者还可以相互独立地进行调节。
通过本发明的设备,针对不同的工况,特别是针对不同的条料,可以通过结构的简单和比较经济的方式实现特别好的适应性,特别是,通过本发明的设备可以尽可能地实现操作的自动化、尤其是开始阶段操作的自动化。
Claims (3)
1.用于将至少一条需要造粒的条料(1,1’)进行造粒的设备,该设备包括切割装置、至少一个送料辊(3,4)和至少一个条料送料器(2,2’),所述切割装置具有两个能够彼此相对运动的刀片(5,6),所述至少一个条料送料器(2,2’)用于将所述条料(1,1’)送到所述切割装置,其特征在于,在所述条料送料器(2,2’)的下游、在所述送料辊的紧前方和所述条料送料器的后方之间的区域内设置有附加的板状的调整引导件(7,7’),所述调整引导件相对于所述条料送料器(2,2’)倾斜度可调且可移动,并且通过所述调整引导件,所述条料(1,1’)传送到所述送料辊(3,4)的角度可调。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调整引导件(7,7’)设置的角度相对于垂直方向向下倾斜,使得至少在这个区域内,在所述调整引导件(7,7’)上运动的所述条料(1,1’)在重力作用下被传送,而不需要向所述送料辊(3,4)提供其他移动装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调整引导件(7,7’)的倾斜度和所述条料送料器(2,2’)的倾斜度分别可调,优选地,能够彼此独立地进行调节。
