技术领域
本发明涉及一种广播接收机,更具体地,涉及一种自动提取用户想要记录的运动图像中的特定片段并对所提取的片段进行编辑的方法,以及一种采用该方法的广播接收机。
背景技术
随着图像技术近来的发展,采用个人视频记录机(PVR)***的电视机和机顶盒的上市和应用已经有了大幅度地增长,其中该PVR***可以记录并存储用户想要或需要(或指定)的运动图像。
然而,相关技术的PVR***的缺点是,为了使用户提取并记录运动图像的特定片段(例如,当用户喜爱的歌手在音乐节目中出现时的片段、在生活和时尚资讯节目中介绍的用户感兴趣的旅游景点或美食菜单的片段,等等),用户应该亲自浏览特定的广播节目并手动记录他或她想要保留的节目片段。
因此,为了解决现有技术的缺陷,迫切需要一种运动图像记录方法及应用该方法的广播接收机。
发明内容
技术问题
为了解决该问题而做出的本发明的一个目的是提出一种运动图像记录方法及应用该方法的广播接收机,使得用户能够自动地搜索、提取并编辑广播节目中用户所希望(或指定)的特定片段,从而用户可以方便地对所记录的广播节目片段进行编辑。
技术方案
本发明的该目的可以通过提供一种在记录运动图像的广播接收机中操作该广播接收器的方法来实现,该方法包括以下步骤:从用户接收至少一个关键词的步骤;从与运动图像相关联的补充信息中搜索所述关键词的步骤;当从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词时,确定从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词时的检测点的步骤;以及将所述运动图像中与接近所述检测点的特定时段相对应的各片段存储在存储装置中的步骤。
在本发明的另一方面中,此处提供了在记录运动图像的广播接收机中的一种广播接收机,该广播接收机包括:用户输入单元,其从用户接收至少一个关键词;关键词检测单元,其从与运动图像相关联的补充信息中搜索所述关键词;控制单元,当从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词时,该控制单元确定从所述字幕数据中检测到所述关键词时的检测点;以及存储装置,其存储所述运动图像中与接近所述检测点的特定时段相对应的各片段。
有益效果
本发明优点在于该广播接收机能够搜索(或检测)并存储运动图像中与用户所希望的关键词相对应的片段,而无需用户亲自浏览该运动图像并手动记录相应运动图像中的特定片段,并且该广播接收机能够连接所存储的片段以创建新运动图像,由此创建仅由原始运动图像中用户所希望的特定片段构成的运动图像。

图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的运动图像的记录处理流程。
在步骤S101中,根据本发明的广播接收机从用户接收关键词。例如,广播接收机可以提供一个接收关键词的用户接口,并可以从用户接收关键词“Ivy”。
在步骤S102中,广播接收机从与运动图像相关的补充信息组中搜索关键词。
此时,运动图像对应于预定调谐器接收到的广播节目,可以由调谐器接收该补充信息或者从调谐器接收到的广播节目的视频信号中检测(或提取)该补充信息。
例如,该补充信息可以对应于调谐器接收到的字幕数据或者对应于从调谐器接收到的广播节目的视频信号中检测到(或提取出)的说明字幕(subtitle)数据。该补充信息的内容可以对应于广播节目中包括的对白(script)或广播节目期间的实际对话。
例如,运动图像可以对应于调谐器接收到的广播节目“Live on MusicCamp”,字幕数据可以与对应的广播节目相关联。
在以上示例中,广播接收机检测(或提取)与广播节目“Live on MusicCamp”相关联的字幕数据,然后广播接收机从该字幕数据中搜索关键词“Ivy”。
在步骤S103中,当从字幕数据中搜索到(检测到)关键词时,广播接收机确定检测到关键词的搜索点(检测点)。
例如,当“Live on Music Camp”的全部片段的播放时间对应于“58分钟06秒”时,检测到关键词“Ivy”时的检测点可能对应于“15分钟08秒”。
在步骤S104中,广播接收机在存储装置中存储与最接近该检测点的特定时段的片段相对应的运动图像。
可以根据本发明的该实施方式预先确定该特定时段,或者从用户接收该特定时段。
此外,该时段的片段的起始点可以对应于实际的检测点,或者该时段的片段的起始点可以设定在实际检测点之前或之后的预定量时间。
例如,广播接收机可以将如下运动图像存储在存储装置中,该运动图像对应于从“15分钟08秒”指定的检测点开始的“5分钟”。
此时,由于字幕数据可能包括多个关键词,因此广播接收机可以搜索多个关键词,并且广播接收机可以将与最接近各相应检测点的预定时段的片段相对应的各运动图像存储在存储装置中。
例如,由于“Live on Music Camp”的字幕数据中可能包括两次关键词“Ivy”,因此可以将与从各检测点开始的“5分钟”相对应的片段存储在存储装置中。
此外,根据本发明的该实施方式,可能存在提取出了关键词的多个运动图像。此时,用户可以将***设立为使得用户接口可以从该多个运动图像中搜索关键词。
在这种情况下,在步骤S 105中,广播接收机确定是否存在要从中搜索关键词的另外的运动图像。然后,当确定存在另外的运动图像时,对这些另外的运动图像重复执行处理步骤S101到S104,其中在这些处理步骤S101到S104中搜索关键词并存储特定时间段的运动图像。
当基于步骤S105的结果确定不存在要从中搜索关键词的另外的运动图像时,在步骤S106中广播接收机确定用户是否输入了编辑命令。
基于步骤S106的结果,当确定已经输入了编辑命令时,广播接收机将存储在存储装置中的该多个运动图像片段连接起来以创建至少一个新的运动图像,由此将新创建的运动图像存储在存储装置中。此时,当所连接的运动图像片段的总长度过长时,可以创建多个新的运动图像。
图2例示了根据本发明的一个实施方式的通过连接广播节目中的接近检测点处的片段而创建新运动图像的一个示例,其中在该检测点处从字幕数据中检测到关键词。
参照图2,广播接收机可以连接作为关键词搜索(或检测)的结果而存储的片段1(201)、片段2(202)和片段3(203),以创建新的运动图像。
因此,本发明的优点在于广播接收机能够搜索(或检测)并存储运动图像中与用户所希望的关键词相对应的片段,而无需用户亲自浏览运动图像并手动记录相应运动图像的特定片段,并且能够连接所存储的片段以创建新的运动图像,由此创建仅由原始运动图像中用户所希望的特定片段构成的运动图像。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的广播接收机的示例。参照图3,根据本发明的该实施方式的广播接收机300包括用户输入单元301、关键词检测单元302、控制单元303以及存储装置304。
用户输入单元301从用户接收关键词。
关键词检测单元302在与运动图像相关联的补充信息中搜索关键词。该运动图像对应于特定调谐器接收到的广播节目,并且该补充信息可以由调谐器接收或者从广播额节目中检测得到。此外,该补充信息可以对应于调谐器接收到的字幕数据,或者对应于从调谐器接收到的视频信号中检测到的说明字幕数据。
此外,可能存在多个运动图像,并且这些运动图像可以由用户指定。
当从字幕数据中检测到关键词时,控制单元303确定从字幕数据中搜索并检测到关键词的检测点。
存储装置304存储该运动图像中与接近该检测点的特定时段相对应的片段。如上所述,此时,用户输入单元可以从用户接收该特定时段。
然后,用户输入单元301从用户接收编辑命令,并且控制单元303可以将存储装置中存储的该多个运动图像片段连接起来,以创建至少一个新的运动图像。

Claims (9)

1.一种在记录运动图像的广播接收机中操作该广播接收机的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
从用户接收至少一个关键词的步骤;
从与运动图像相关联的补充信息中搜索所述关键词的步骤;
当从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词时,确定从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词的检测点的步骤;
将所述运动图像中的分别与接近所述检测点的特定时段相对应的多个片段存储在存储装置中的步骤,其中,当存在多个运动图像时,所述用户指定所述运动图像,并且其中由用户输入或由该广播接收机预先确定接近所述检测点的所述特定时段,所述广播接收机预先确定的所述特定时段的起始点在所述检测点之前或所述检测点之后,
从所述用户接收编辑命令的步骤;以及
连接在所述存储装置中存储的所述运动图像的所述多个片段以创建至少一个新运动图像的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述补充信息对应于字幕数据。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述运动图像对应于调谐器接收到的广播节目,其中所述字幕数据由该调谐器接收。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述补充信息是由特定调谐器接收的,或者所述补充信息是从所述调谐器接收到的广播节目的视频信号中检测出来的。
5.一种记录运动图像的广播接收机,该广播接收机包括:
用户输入单元,其从用户接收至少一个关键词;
关键词检测单元,其从与运动图像相关联的补充信息中搜索所述关键词;
控制单元,当从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词时,该控制单元确定从所述补充信息中检测到所述关键词的检测点;
存储装置,其存储所述运动图像中的分别与接近所述检测点的特定时段相对应的多个片段,其中,当存在多个运动图像时,所述用户指定所述运动图像,并且其中由用户输入或由该广播接收机预先确定接近所述检测点的所述特定时段,所述广播接收机预先确定的所述特定时段的起始点在所述检测点之前或所述检测点之后,
接收装置,其从所述用户接收编辑命令,
其中,所述控制单元连接在所述存储装置中存储的所述运动图像的所述多个片段以创建至少一个新运动图像。
6.根据权利要求5所述的广播接收机,其中所述补充信息对应于字幕数据。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广播接收机,其中所述运动图像对应于由调谐器接收到的广播节目,并且其中,所述字幕数据由该调谐器接收。
8.根据权利要求5所述的广播接收机,其中所述补充信息是由特定调谐器接收的,或者所述补充信息是从所述调谐器接收到的广播节目的视频信号中检测出来的。
9.根据权利要求5所述的广播接收机,其中存在多个运动图像,并且其中,由所述用户指定各运动图像。
