技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水卷材。具体地说涉及一种具有自粘能力的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材。
背景技术
热塑性聚烯烃(简称TPO,下同)材料是一种只含有碳、氢两种元素的材料,具有环境友好、加工简便、低温性能好、可焊接、耐候性好等优点,在欧美等国的单层屋面体系中已得到广泛应用,并呈逐年上升势态。
单层屋面***一般适用于超市、工厂等大型屋面,而国内现阶段大多数民用住宅建筑屋面面积相对较小,这种***就不太适用了。单层屋面***一般用机械固定和热风焊接法施工,这种施工方法优点是快速、可靠性较高,其不足之处是:配件种类较多、施工工具价格昂贵、对屋面有一定破坏、一旦破损容易发生“窜水”。
目前市场上出售的防水卷材,存有延伸率低、尺寸稳定性差、卷材平整度不好、与自粘胶粘接力不强和耐候性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强度大、延伸率高、低温性能好、耐候性强、高阳光反射率、施工方便的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材。解决了现有技术防水卷材的延伸率低、尺寸稳定性差、卷材平整度不好、与自粘胶粘接力不强和耐候性差等不足。
本发明所述的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,至少包括一织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层、一功能过渡层和一自粘胶层,多层结构复合为一体。所述的织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层由两层热塑性聚烯烃层复合一织物增强层构成;所述的热塑性聚烯烃层主要由下述组分与质量份数的原料组成:第一组分热塑性聚烯烃40~60份,第二组分热塑性聚烯烃40~60份,填充剂25~50份,偶联剂1~2份,光屏蔽剂3~6份,抗氧剂0.3~0.6份,光稳定剂0.3~0.6份。
与现有技术相比,本发明自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,结合了TPO卷材的环境友好、加工简便、低温性能好、可焊接、耐候性好等与自粘卷材的施工简便、基层粘结强度大、满粘不“窜水”、搭接边焊接可靠等优点。具有强度大、延伸率高、低温性能好、耐候性强、高阳光反射率、卷材平整度好、与自粘胶粘接力强、施工方便等优点,是一种先进的防水卷材。

见图1,图2,本发明自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,至少由一织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层、一功能过渡层3和一自粘胶层4组成,多层结构复合为一体。该织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层由两层热塑性聚烯烃层1复合一层织物增强层2组成,总厚度优选1.6~2.5mm。
所述的热塑性聚烯烃层组分与质量份数如下:
第一组分热塑性聚烯烃    60份
第二组分热塑性聚烯烃    40份
填充剂                  30份
偶联剂                  1份
光屏蔽剂                5份
抗氧剂                  0.5份
光稳定剂                0.5份
所述的第一组分热塑性聚烯烃,是以茂金属催化的丙烯-乙烯二元共聚物、α-烯烃-乙烯二元共聚物或是丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三元共聚物。可以采用市售产品,如陶氏化学VERSIFY 2300、2400等,这类TPO可以提供优异的柔性、抗穿刺性和可焊接性等。
所述的第二组分热塑性聚烯烃,是熔融指数为0.5~5线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯。可以采用市售产品,如扬子石化线性低密度聚乙烯7042、无规聚丙烯K8003等。这类树脂可以提高机械性能、耐热性等。
所述的填充剂,是1250~5000目的轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、氢氧化镁或是氢氧化铝。可以采用市售产品,如天津骏通科技3000目轻质碳酸钙,其作用可以提高耐热性、抗蠕变性、降低成本等。当采用氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝时可以提高防水卷材的阻燃性。
所述的偶联剂是钛酸酯或是铝酸酯偶联剂。在30份填充剂中加入1份偶联剂高速搅拌,对填充剂进行表面活化处理。经过处理后,能提高树脂和填充剂界面结合力,从而可以最小程度降低对防水卷材的机械性能的影响。
所述的光屏蔽剂是钛白粉或是炭黑。可以采用市售产品,如杜邦R5566钛白粉、卡博特234炭黑。根据用途或需要,加入钛白粉、炭黑或两者。其作用是屏蔽紫外线、提高阳光反射率。
所述的抗氧剂是抗氧剂1076(化学名β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯)、抗氧剂3114(化学名1,3,5,三(3,5-二叔丁基,4-羟基苄基)均三嗪,2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮)或是抗氧剂DLDP(化学名硫代三丙酸二月桂酯)。采用市售的,如北京化三的抗氧剂1076。其作用是减少加工过程中和使用中的热降解。
所述的光稳定剂是光稳定剂944(化学名聚{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-双[(2,2,6,6,-四甲基-哌啶基)亚氨基]-1,6-己二撑[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]})、光稳定剂783(化学名聚{[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]]-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-双[(2,2,6,6,-四甲基-哌啶基)亚氨基]-1,6-己二撑[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]}与聚丁二酸(4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-1-哌啶乙醇)酯的复合物)或是光稳定剂622(化学名聚(1-羟乙基-2,2,6,6,-四甲基-4-羟基哌啶)丁二酸酯)。可以采用市售的,如北京化三的光稳定剂944。其作用是减少使用中由于紫外线和可见光对防水卷材的光降解。
优选的织物增强层为经编尼龙布。相比经编涤纶布,具有更大强度、撕裂强度和抗穿刺性能。
优选的功能过渡层为铝膜或是铝塑膜。其作用在于提高自粘料与TPO卷材的复合强度;反射一些红外与远红外波,隔热。
优选的自粘胶层厚度为0.3~0.7mm。适宜用满粘法、湿铺法、预铺反粘法施工,效率高、速度快、与基层粘结牢固且无“窜水”。
实施例1
图1所示自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,总厚度为1.8mm,由两层热塑性聚烯烃层1,一层织物增强层2,一层过渡层3和一层自粘料层4组成。其排列顺序如图1,热塑性聚烯烃层1-织物内增强层2-热塑性聚烯烃层1-过渡层3-自粘料层4。自粘料层4厚度为0.6mm。五层结构复合为一体。
图1所示的热塑性聚烯烃层组分与质量份数如下:
第一组分热塑性聚烯烃        60份
第二组分热塑性聚烯烃        40份
填充剂                      30份
偶联剂                      1份
光屏蔽剂                    5份
抗氧剂                      0.5份
光稳定剂                    0.5份
第一组分热塑性聚烯烃是陶氏化学的VERSIFY 2300。
第二组分热塑性聚烯烃是扬子石化的线性低密度聚乙烯7042。
填充剂是天津骏通科技的3000目轻质碳酸钙。
偶联剂是钛酸酯偶联剂。
光屏蔽剂是杜邦的R5566钛白粉。
抗氧剂是北京化三的抗氧剂1076。
光稳定剂是北京化三的光稳定剂944。
织物增强层为经编尼龙布。
功能过渡层为铝膜。
自粘胶层厚度为0.6mm。
采用Q/RDSC04-2009企业标准进行检测,结果如下:

实施例2
图2所示自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,总厚度为2.0mm,由两层热塑性聚烯烃层1,一层织物增强层2,两层过渡层3和两层自粘胶层4组成,自粘料层4厚度为0.5mm。其排列顺序是:自粘料层4-过渡层3-热塑性聚烯烃层1-织物增强层2-热塑性聚烯烃层1-过渡层3-自粘料层4。七层结构复合为一体。
图2所示的热塑性聚烯烃层组分与质量份数如下:
第一组分热塑性聚烯烃        60份
第二组分热塑性聚烯烃        40份
填充剂                      25份
偶联剂                      1份
光屏蔽剂                    5份
抗氧剂                      0.5份
光稳定剂                    0.5份
第一组分热塑性聚烯烃是利安得巴塞尔的Softell CA02A。
第二组分热塑性聚烯烃是中海壳牌的低密度聚乙烯2420F。
填充剂是天津骏通科技的3000目轻质碳酸钙。
偶联剂是钛酸酯偶联剂。
光屏蔽剂是杜邦R5566钛白粉、卡博特234炭黑按4∶1混配。
抗氧剂是北京化三的抗氧剂3114。
光稳定剂是北京化三的光稳定剂783。
织物增强层为经编尼龙布。
功能过渡层为铝塑膜。
自粘胶层厚度为0.5mm。
采用Q/RDSC04-2009企业标准进行检测,结果如下:

Claims (5)

1.一种自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,其特征在于:至少包括一织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层、一功能过渡层和一自粘胶层,多层结构复合为一体;所述的织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃层由两层热塑性聚烯烃层复合一层织物增强层构成;所述的热塑性聚烯烃层主要由下述组分与质量份数的原料组成:第一组分热塑性聚烯烃40~60份,第二组分热塑性聚烯烃40~60份,填充剂25~50份,偶联剂1~2份,光屏蔽剂3~6份,抗氧剂0.3~0.6份,光稳定剂0.3~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述的热塑性聚烯烃层的第一组分热塑性聚烯烃是经茂金属催化聚合的丙烯-乙烯二元共聚物、α-烯烃-乙烯二元共聚物或是丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三元共聚物;
所述的第二组分热塑性聚烯烃是熔融指数为0.5~5的线性低密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯;
所述的填充剂是1250目~5000目的轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、氢氧化镁或是氢氧化铝;
所述的偶联剂是钛酸酯或是铝酸酯偶联剂;
所述的光屏蔽剂是钛白粉或是炭黑;
所述的抗氧剂是抗氧剂1076、抗氧剂3114或抗氧剂DLDP;
所述的光稳定剂是光稳定剂944、光稳定剂783或光稳定剂622。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的织物增强层是经编尼龙布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的功能过渡层是铝膜或是铝塑膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自粘织物内增强热塑性聚烯烃复合防水卷材,其特征在于,所述的自粘胶层厚度为0.3~0.7mm。
