Abstract

本发明提供一种导光板组件,其包括一第一导光板及一第二导光板,该导光板组件还包括一光隔离板,该光隔离板设置于该第一导光板及该第二导光板之间,以隔离该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间的光。

导光板组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板组件,尤其涉及一种应用于便携式电子装置的导光板组件。
背景技术
在手机设计中,为使其在黑暗中仍可使用,常采用手机按键照明设计,一般采用发光二极管(light-emitting diode,以下简称LED)作为灯源,将该LED置于手机PCB板上,直接射向按键数字上的所需光亮处,因此要使每一个按键都能够因该LED的照射而具有均匀的亮度,在LED数量的控制上便随着设计的不同而有不同的需求量,一般需要较多数目的LED,不仅增加了成本,此外,也增加了手机的整体耗电量。为了减少LED光源数量、成本及获得均匀的光源,常将LED置于一导光板调整结构的光源孔内,从而通过该导光板组件实现传递及均化光。
现有的为了使手机外观更加绚丽多彩,通常希望按键的不同区域发出不同颜色的光。而为了实现上述目的,一般于该按键的不同区域设置相对应颜色的导光板。请参阅图1,一种现有的导光板组件1,其用于照明一手机按键。该导光板组件1包括一第一导光板2及一与该第一导光板2的颜色相异第二导光板3。该第一导光板2与该第二导光板3结合为一体,而于该第一导光板2及该第二导光板3之间形成一交界4。然而,当使用该导光板组件1时,于交界4处不同颜色的光将交杂于一起而出现混光的现象,进而影响手机按键的发光质量。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可提高照明效果的多色导光板组件。
一种导光板组件,其包括一第一导光板及一第二导光板,该导光板组件还包括一光隔离板,该光隔离板设置于该第一导光板及该第二导光板之间,以隔离该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间的光。
相较于现有技术,所述导光板组件通过该光隔离板以阻止该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间的光相互传递,从而避免于该第一导光板与该第二导光板的交界处形成混光,从而提高该导光板组件的照明效果。

具体实施方式
本发明导光板组件适用于移动电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,其可用于照亮便携式电子装置的按键组件。
请参阅图2及图3,该导光板组件10包括一第一导光板12、一第二导光板14、一光隔离板16、若干第一光源18及若干第二光源19。
该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14(第二导光板与光隔离板的标号错误,)的颜色相异,比如,该第一导光板12的颜色为红色,而该第二导光板14的颜色为绿色。该第一导光板12上开设若干第一光源孔122,所述第一光源孔122对应于所述第一光源18,其用来容置所述第一光源18。该第二导光板14上开设若干第二光源孔142,所述第二光源孔142对应于所述第二光源19,其用来容置所述第二光源19。该第一导光板12及该第二导光板14由热塑性树脂材料制成,比如由可由聚氯乙烯树脂(polyvinyl chloride)、聚碳酸酯树脂(polycarbonate)及聚苯乙烯(polystyrene)的一种或几种制成。
该光隔离板16设置于该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14之间,其用于隔离该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14之间的光,以阻止该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14的光相互传递。本实施例中,该第一导光板12与第二导光板14并排设置,该光隔离板16设置于该第一导光板与第二导光板的邻接处,即设置于该第一导光板12与第二导光板14之间。该光隔离板16与该第一导光板12及该第二导光板14的结合方式可以为模内一体成型,或将该光隔离板16、该第一导光板12及该第二导光板14等元件单独制造,然后再将上述元件固接(比如,粘接)于一起。该光隔离板16可以由黑色材料(如掺有碳黑或墨的树脂)制成。
所述第一光源18及所述第二光源19可以为发光二极管(light-emitting diode,简称为LED)。所述第一光源18对该第一导光板12进行照射,所述第二光源19对该第二导光板14进行照射。
所述导光板组件10通过该光隔离板16以阻止该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14之间的光相互传递,从而避免于该第一导光板12与该第二导光板14的交界处形成混光,从而提高该导光板组件10的照明效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种导光板组件,其包括一第一导光板及一第二导光板,其特征在于:该导光板组件还包括一光隔离板,该光隔离板设置于该第一导光板及该第二导光板之间,以隔离该第一导光板与该第二导光板之间的光。
2.如权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该第一导光板与第二导光板并排设置,该光隔离板设置于该第一导光板与第二导光板的邻接处。
3.如权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该光隔离板与该第一导光板及该第二导光板的结合方式为模内一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该光隔离板与该第一导光板及该第二导光板粘合于一起。
5.如权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该光隔离板由黑色材料制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该黑色材料为掺有碳黑或墨的树脂。
7.如权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该第一导光板及该第二导光板由热塑性树脂材料制成。
8.如权利要求7所述的导光板组件,其特征在于:该热塑性材料为聚氯乙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂及聚苯乙烯的一种或几种。
