本发明公开了一种水煤浆气化炉拱顶,所述拱顶包括锥形顶部和球形中间部,其特征是:所述拱顶下端部呈倒锥形。本发明的拱顶下端部呈倒锥形,使得拱顶结构组成锥形、球形、倒锥形空间,高速气流最先在倒锥形过渡处进行流向调整,避免了高速气流直接冲蚀膨胀缝,适应气化炉气流流场配置,减少炉内气流流场对耐火砖的冲刷,延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水煤浆气化炉装置领域,具体地讲,涉及一种水煤浆气化炉拱顶。
背景技术
多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术是利用工艺喷嘴用高压氧气将水煤浆雾化后喷入气化炉内进行气化反应,生成水煤气供后序***使用,目前在国内外正被广泛推广应用。
在多喷嘴对置式气化炉内部砌筑有耐高温的耐火砖,耐火砖包括筒体1’、拱顶2’、膨胀缝3’等部分,参见图1、图2,原设计拱顶1’结构为球锥结构,拱顶2’上半部分为锥形和球形相切围成的空间,下端部为直筒形,与筒体1’连接,连接处设置膨胀缝3’,膨胀缝3’附近的耐火砖直接受到高速气流的冲刷,蚀损速度是其它部位的2倍左右,影响了整体耐火砖的寿命。在气化炉5万余小时的运行过程中,拱顶耐火砖冲刷严重,在耐火砖运行后期气化炉壁温超过气化炉设计温度,对气化炉安全运行构成威胁,影响了气化炉效益的发挥。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种延缓耐火砖冲蚀速度的气化炉拱顶,通过改变气化炉拱顶的形状结构,减少水煤气对耐火砖的冲蚀,延长气化炉的使用寿命。
本发明采用如下技术方案来实现发明目的:
一种水煤浆气化炉拱顶,所述拱顶包括锥形顶部和球形中间部,其中,所述拱顶下端部呈倒锥形。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果是:本发明的拱顶包括锥形顶部和球形中间部,且下端部呈倒锥形,使得拱顶结构组成锥形、球形、倒锥形空间,高速气流最先在倒锥形过渡处进行流向调整,避免了高速气流直接冲蚀膨胀缝,适应气化炉内部气流流场配置,减少炉内气流流场对耐火砖的冲刷,延长耐火砖使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作更进一步的详细描述。
参见图3、图4,本发明包括筒体1、拱顶2、膨胀缝3、锥形顶部4、球形中间部5、倒锥形下端部6,所述筒体1与拱顶2连接处设置膨胀缝3,所述拱顶2上半部分为锥形顶部4与球形中间部5相切围成的空间,靠近膨胀缝3的下端部呈倒锥形,倒锥形下端部6和膨胀缝3在位置上相对应。采用此结构,高速气流最先在倒锥形过渡处进行流向调整,避免了高速气流直接冲蚀膨胀缝3,适应气化炉气流流场配置需求,减少炉内气流流场对耐火砖的冲刷,延长其使用寿命。
