Abstract

本发明涉及一种供给到铣削主轴的心轴的切削液的排液结构的改良。铣削主轴(100)具备:在壳体内由轴承(16)支承的心轴(20)、具有冷却液孔道(22)的拉杆(24),通过旋转接头(40、50)的切削液(C1)被输送到冷却液孔道(22),一部分回收到排液室(110)内。排液室的压力上升时,在排液装置(150)中,克服弹簧(170)推开球(160),切削液(C1)向外部排出。

Description

机床的铣削主轴
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床的铣削主轴,特别是涉及一种将供给到铣削主轴内的切削液的排液(排出)结构改良后的机床的铣削主轴。
背景技术
图6~图9表示机床的铣削主轴的一般构造。
图6为表示铣削主轴的构造的剖面图,图7为主要部分的放大剖面图。
整体用符号1表示的铣削主轴具有在壳体10内由前侧轴承12、14及后侧轴承16支承的心轴20。在心轴20内设置有将工具向心轴拉进或推出的拉杆24,在拉杆24的中心形成有用于向工具提供切削液的冷却液孔道22。
心轴20的外周部安装有马达的转子30,与定子32之间构成直接驱动心轴的马达。
在拉杆24的后端部安装有旋转侧的接头40,在其与固定在壳体10侧的接头50之间构成旋转接头。
从固定侧的接头50的通路52供给的切削液通过回转侧的接头40的通路42输送给冷却液孔道22。在固定侧的接头50与旋转侧的接头40之间设置有微小的间隙G1,因此会从这一间隙G1漏出少量的切削液。
在旋转接头的构造上,完全防止这些切削液的漏出是困难的。
因此,设置将壳体10内部的排液室62与壳体的外部连通的排液孔60作为将漏出的切削液向铣削主轴的外部排出的机构。
另外,如果切削液侵入轴承16或马达部30、32,则会成为破坏由轴承和马达构成的驱动部的重大故障的原因,因此配置迷宫式密封装置70来防止切削液侵入驱动部。
然而,如图8所示,由于一些原因导致大量的切削液C1从旋转接头部漏到排液室62时,排液孔60来不及排出,会产生切削液C1的一部分穿过迷宫式密封装置70损害轴承16和马达30、32的情况。
如图9所示,若排液孔60a为大径,则成为从外部进来的切屑等异物D1的侵入原因而产生缺陷。
下述专利文献1中也公开了一种防止从心轴的旋转接头部露出的切削液侵入驱动部的机构。
专利文献1:日本特开2002-321138号公报。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机床的铣削主轴,其具备防止外部的异物侵入并且将漏出的切削液可靠地排出的排液装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明的铣削主轴具备:在主轴的壳体内通过轴承支承的心轴;直接驱动心轴的配置在壳体内的马达;能够滑动地***心轴内的拉杆;设置在拉杆的轴心且供给切削液的冷却液孔道;配置在拉杆的后端部侧且将从固定侧供给的切削液输送到旋转着的心轴侧的旋转接头,本发明的铣削主轴还具有:为收容从旋转接头漏出的切削液而在壳体内部设置的排液室;连通排液室与壳体外部的排液通路;装配在排液通路内的排液装置。
并且,排液装置具有:安装在排液通路内的圆筒形主体;通向排液室的入口通路;通向外部的出口通路;形成于入口通路的阀座;配置在阀座的出口通路侧且开闭阀座的球;对球向阀座施力的弹簧。
发明效果
在本发明的机床的铣削主轴上,从旋转接头部漏出的切削液收容在排液室中,通过排液装置向外部排出。由于排液装置构成具有防止逆流功能的单向阀,因此即使排液室中流入大量的切削液也会确保向外部排出,会防止切削液对轴承和马达的侵入。
另外,也会防止外部的切屑等的侵入。

图中,10-壳体,12、14、16-轴承,20-心轴,30-转子,32-定子,40、50-旋转接头,100-铣削主轴,110-排液室,150-排液装置,160-球,170-弹簧。
具体实施方式
图1为表示本发明的机床的铣削主轴的构造的剖面图,图2为图1的A-A剖面图,图3为主要部分的剖面图,图4为变更了图1的切断面的剖面图。
整体用符号100表示的本发明的机床的铣削主轴具备在壳体10内由轴承12、14、16支承的心轴20。拉杆24与冷却液孔道22、转子30、定子32、迷宫式密封装置70的构成为与图6以下的说明相同,因此赋予同一符号省略详细的说明。
在该铣削主轴100中,由固定侧的接头50和安装在拉杆24端部的旋转侧的接头40构成旋转接头。
固定侧的接头50与旋转侧的接头40之间形成间隙G1,这一点也与上述说明的铣削主轴相同。
本发明的铣削主轴100同样在壳体10内具有排液室110,并设置有两条连接排液室110与壳体10外部的排液通路120。本实施例中,2条排液通路120配置在如图2所示的位置。
并且,各排液通路120内装备有整体用符号150表示的排液装置。
图3表示排液装置150的详细信息。排液装置150具有圆筒状的主体151,在主体151的一端部形成有入口通路152,在另一端部形成有出口通路156。
在入口通路152的内侧具有节流孔(阀座)154,外径尺寸大于该阀座154的径向尺寸的球160配置在与该节流孔154抵接的位置上。
在该球160的出口通路156侧,***有弹簧170,对球160向节流孔154施力。
图5为表示本发明的铣削主轴100的功能的说明图。
从固定侧的接头50向旋转侧的接头40供给的切削液C1通过间隙G1漏出到排液室110内。
填充在排液室110内的切削液C1的液压上升时,压接在节流孔上的球160克服弹簧170被推开。通过节流孔与球170之间的切削液C1经过出口通路156向外部排出。
排液室110内的压力降低时,球160关闭节流孔。根据这一作用,能够防止排液室110内的压力的过分上升,由此能够防止切削液C1穿过迷宫式密封装置70向驱动部侧侵入的缺陷。
本发明的排液装置150如上所述,具备止回阀的功能,因此防止外部的粉尘向排液室侧的侵入。
排液装置150通过形成在排液通路120内的螺纹部122安装在排液通路120内。
如上所述,在本发明的机床的铣削主轴中,为应对供给到心轴的冷却液孔道中的切削液从旋转接头部向壳体内部的漏出,具备将漏出的切削液通过排液装置向外部排出的构造。
排液装置具有止回阀功能,因此在大量的切削液漏出时,在产生过大的压力之前平滑地向外部排出,防止了切削液向轴承和马达侧的侵入。
另外,也能够可靠地防止外部的粉尘等侵入内部。

Claims (2)

1.一种机床的铣削主轴,其为装配在机床上的铣削主轴,具备:在主轴的壳体内通过轴承支承的心轴;直接驱动心轴的配置在壳体内的马达;能够滑动地***心轴内的拉杆;设置在拉杆的轴心且供给切削液的冷却液孔道;配置在拉杆的后端部侧且将从固定侧供给的切削液输送到旋转着的心轴侧的旋转接头,
所述机床的铣削主轴还具有:为收容从旋转接头漏出的切削液而在壳体内部设置的排液室;连通排液室与壳体外部的排液通路;装配在排液通路内的排液装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机床的铣削主轴,其中,
排液装置具有:安装在排液通路内的圆筒形主体;通向排液室的入口通路;通向外部的出口通路;形成于入口通路的阀座;配置在阀座的出口通路侧且开闭阀座的球;对球向阀座施力的弹簧。
