技术领域

背景技术
在墙壁上的涂料、尤其是粘滞的分散涂料的涂敷在专职工人以及家庭作业者的范围中将借助涂料辊、喷射***,借助涂敷毛刷或海绵***来实现。不管使用这些***中的哪种,都需要费事的工作准备。对此主要有用于涂料涂敷边界的粘贴,例如在门框上,以及所有其它物体及区域的覆盖,如家具及地板,以避免受涂料飞沫的损害。首先当不同的涂料以专门的形状或将在相互分界的区域上涂敷时,涂料涂敷边界的维持也是困难的。
本发明的公开内容
本发明的任务在于,给出一种方法及所属的装置、也即一个***,借助该***可在通常情况下无液滴地及在预定的轮廓中达到覆盖的、均匀的涂料涂敷,以致首先可尽可能地取消费事的粘贴及覆盖工作。
该任务将通过根据权利要求1的方法,尤其是在使用根据权利要求5的装置的情况下来实现。
根据本发明的方法,用涂料滴脉冲式地、优选在数量级约为100脉冲/秒的脉冲频率的情况下撞击涂敷面,并且是这样的,即涂料以液滴形撞击在涂敷面上及在该液滴形消散的情况下交互流动地形成了一个均匀的涂料膜。因此在根据本发明的方法中,以液滴近似壁毯式地覆盖涂敷面,其中,这些液滴沿涂敷面扩展,近似地沿涂敷面漫散及交互过渡,以致构成一个封闭的一致的涂料膜。由此消除了涂料耗损,因为仅消耗了要用于撞击所需的涂料量。

为了实施根据本发明的方法,优选地使用根据权利要求6的装置来工作,该装置具有相对涂敷面保持预定距离的、对着涂敷面的及在涂敷面上分布地设置的涂料喷嘴,这些涂料喷嘴脉冲式地被控制,并且将被压力加载的涂料以液滴形式对着涂敷面喷出以及以液滴形式施加到涂敷面上。

通过根据本发明设置的传感器装置也可检测出对凸起或类似物即涂料边界的接近,或检测出用于涂料涂敷的边界线,必要时也可将涂料涂敷喷嘴打开及关闭。该装置在适配相应的工作条件中的可变性尤其可与涂料涂敷喷嘴的有控制的关断性相结合地这样来扩展,即对该装置的横向侧中的至少一个配置另外一喷嘴列,以致可用一个这样的横向侧邻接于凸起或类似物如门框地进行涂料涂敷。
根据本发明的对涂料涂敷的传感式检测也可被用来:有目的地监测涂料涂敷;为个别喷嘴的失效发出信号,及必要时还用于:在真正的工作过程期间、但也可随后,在修补意义上有目的地在识别出的空缺部位上进行涂料涂敷。
尤其对于这种工作、但也完全普遍地,合乎目的的是,对设置成列的喷嘴横向于相应喷嘴列的延伸方向地提出交替的偏移,即也可提出喷嘴列的之字形分布,其中,在本发明的范围内,尤其对于修补工作等可合乎目的的是:除了横向于工作方向延伸的、设在边缘附近的喷嘴列外,还设有一个或多个附加的喷嘴列,这些喷嘴相互相应地偏移。

尤其在这种工作方面被证实有利的是,在考虑通过传感器16检测到的给定条件的情况下来触发控制以及必要时关闭相应的喷嘴开口,其中,这可单独地或成组地进行。
图1至3表示:装置1为了力图自给自足地工作优选被壳体包围地接收用于涂料涂敷的机构,其中,在壳体侧设有一个对组合的涂料存储容器供料的涂料注入接管18。合乎目的地还可组合过滤装置和/或搅拌装置,以便尤其在粘滞的分散涂料的情况下避免涂料结块及喷嘴开口的堵塞。装置1还设有手把20。
在所示的构型的范围中还有:在壳体2的其它边缘侧设置与间隔保持单元14类似的间隔保持单元,在本发明的范围中还有:喷嘴列的其它布置形式,其中通过相应喷嘴开口的相应打开及关闭也可实现与上述实施例不同的工作方向,这将扩宽根据本发明的装置的使用可能性。对于所有这些构型来说特别有利的还在于:通过由传感器装置对工作状态的相应检测能总是靠近到凸起及类似物的紧旁边工作,而不用担心污染凸起及类似物,以致可取消粘贴工作等以及在尽可能避免超出真正的涂料涂敷的工作的情况下进行快速及流畅的工作。
在根据本发明的装置的情况下,通过喷嘴开口4及对它们配置的喷嘴在涂料涂敷面5上以液滴形式进行涂料涂敷,近似于撞击涂料涂敷面5,在涂料涂敷面上涂敷的液滴“裂开”地交互流动,以致得到一个封闭的涂料膜。这由通过喷嘴的涂料滴的中断的、即脉冲式的撞击及涂料滴撞击时的相应压力引起。
图4及5概要地表示为此用于涂料涂敷的机构,例如它们可组合地设置在本装置中。
图4以概图表示喷嘴开口4,该喷嘴开口从喷嘴室21引出,该喷嘴室被控制喷嘴开口4的喷嘴针22穿过,该喷嘴针通过一个致动器23、如一个压电执行机构或类似机构可在往复方向上移动。致动器24由一个控制装置24控制,喷嘴室21与一个压力存储器25连接,为了建立所需的压力,对该压力存储器例如配置了泵26,通过该泵将待涂敷的涂料输送到压力存储器25中。
如果喷嘴针22由其所示的关闭喷嘴开口的关闭位置通过致动器23并抵抗弹簧34的力抬起,则与时间相关地产生涂料的喷出,这在相应的短的打开时间时产生涂料滴,该涂料滴根据压力存储器中具有的压力向着涂料涂敷面撞击。对此合乎目的的脉冲频率约为每秒钟100个涂料滴。
原则上用这种结构能够使喷嘴单个地动作、或在相应的致动装置的情况下也可成组地动作,其中为了操作多个喷嘴针,有时也可仅用一个共同的致动器23来工作。
在根据图4及5的构型中可优选地用一个共同的压力存储器25来工作,该压力存储器也可同时构成涂料储备容器。根据图5提出了一个机构,其中,相应的喷嘴开口4通过一个喷嘴针22来控制,根据喷嘴室21中的压力该喷嘴针可在闭合位置与打开位置之间移动。为此喷嘴室21可与一个泵缸的缸室连接,该缸室的活塞通过一个致动器加载。在图5中也示出一个通过泵26加载的压力存储器25,它与喷嘴室21用管路连接,其中在该管路连接部分中设有阀27。为了控制,也设有控制装置24,通过它来控制阀27。并且在该结构中,也可个别地或成组地控制这些喷嘴,以简单的方式这样进行,即,在到喷嘴室21的相应的连接部分28中设置一个单向阀27。
所述的机构仅代表可能的实施例,但也可以考虑其它的机构,如它们例如由计量***所公知。

Claims (18)

1.用于将液态涂料涂敷到一涂敷面上、尤其是用于将粘滞的涂料涂敷到墙壁上的方法,其特征在于:从预定的距离用涂料滴撞击该涂敷面,这些涂料滴以液滴形式到达该涂敷面上,这些涂料滴在该涂敷面上交互流动形成一同一的涂料膜。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于:用涂料滴重叠地撞击所述涂敷面。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于:在到达所述涂敷面上时,这些涂料滴的间距在这些涂料滴的直径的范围中,尤其是小于这些涂料滴的到达所述涂敷面上时的直径。
4.根据权利要求1至3中一项的方法,其特征在于:以一距离对着所述涂敷面喷出所述涂料滴,所述距离作为工作距离保持不变。
5.根据权利要求1至4中一项的方法,其特征在于:根据液滴大小、液滴速度、预压力的调节、脉冲频率和/或涂料稠度、尤其是所述涂料的粘度来调节该工作距离。
6.根据权利要求1至5中一项的方法,其特征在于:使得沿所述涂敷面的移动速度与涂料滴的撞击的脉冲频率相互协调。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于:所述沿所述涂敷面的移动速度由传感器检测并且用作控制量。
8.用于将液态涂料涂敷到一涂敷面上、尤其是用于将粘滞的涂料涂敷到墙面上的装置,尤其用于实施根据权利要求1至7中一项的方法,其特征在于:该装置(1)具有涂料涂敷喷嘴,这些涂料涂敷喷嘴具有相对所述涂敷面(5)以预定距离被保持的、指向所述涂敷面(5)的以及在所述涂敷面范围上分布地设置的喷嘴开口(4),这些涂料涂敷喷嘴脉冲式地被控制,这些涂料涂敷喷嘴将所述涂料压力加载地以液滴形式对着所述涂敷面(5)喷出以及以液滴形式施加到所述涂敷面(5)上。
9.根据权利要求8的装置,其特征在于:该装置(1)具有一包括一向着所述涂敷面(5)的底部区(3)的壳体(2),所述涂料涂敷喷嘴设置在该底部区中。
10.根据权利要求8或9的装置,其特征在于:所述涂料涂敷喷嘴以一横向于所述装置(1)的工作方向(10)延伸的列结构被设置。
11.根据权利要求10的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(1)具有至少一个在壳体侧在边缘附近横向于所述工作方向(10)设置的喷嘴列(7)。
12.根据权利要求11的装置,其特征在于:所述横向于所述工作方向(10)在边缘附近设置的喷嘴列(7)的涂料涂敷喷嘴相对所述涂敷面向工作方向(10)倾斜地向着所述涂敷面(5)定向。
13.根据权利要求8至12中一项的装置,其特征在于:所述涂料涂敷喷嘴的相互的间距约等于所述液滴的直径的大小。
14.根据权利要求8至12中一项的装置,其特征在于:所述涂料涂敷喷嘴的相互的间距在所述液滴的直径的1.5倍的范围中。
15.根据权利要求8至14中一项的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(1)通过一导向装置以预定的距离相对所述涂敷面(5)被保持。
16.根据权利要求15的装置,其特征在于:所述导向装置通过设在所述装置(1)的底部区(3)中的、支撑在所述墙面上的间隔保持单元(12)构成,尤其是通过球形的滚动体构成。
17.根据权利要求8至16中一项的装置,其特征在于:在底部侧相对所述壳体(2)在边缘附近至少局部地设有一边框,该边框到所述涂敷面(5)的距离小于所述涂料涂敷喷嘴到所述涂敷面(5)的预定的工作距离。
18.根据权利要求8至17中一项的装置,其特征在于:所述装置(1)在所述底部区(3)的区域中在边缘侧逆着所述工作方向相对所述喷嘴列前置地设有侧向的间隔保持单元(14)、尤其是滚子。
