Detailed Description Of The Invention

Continue when conveyor line moves at article 50, carboard 32 and transport base 18, carboard front portion (guiding) and rear portion (driven) flap 36 can automatically be folded in below the transport base 18, and can be fixed to or not be fixed to the bottom surface of transmission base bottom panel 20.Carton side flaps 38 keeps outwards opening, with still outward extending transport base side panels 28 is overlapping.
In the end of conveyor line, article 50, carboard 32 and transport base 18 are lifted together, and are placed on the shipping pallet 12.Carboard 32 and transport base 18 are wedged in as shown in Fig. 9-12 between the front and rear shutdown feature 16 of shipping pallet 12, move forward and backward to prevent carboard 32 and transport base 18.As illustrating best in Fig. 9 and 11, carboard front and rear bottom flap 36 keeps folding for 18 times at transport base, and is inserted between (being clipped in) transport base 18 and the shipping pallet 12.
The carton side flaps 38 of outwards having been opened as illustrated in fig. 10 above transport base side panels 28 is folded downwards subsequently, so that transport base side panels 28 quilts such insertion between supporting plate side slideway 15 and the carton side flaps 38 as shown in Figure 12.Carton side flaps 38 and side panel 28 subsequently by follow closely 42 or other device be fixed to shipping pallet slideway 15 removedly.
Figure 13 is the view of the inboard (not having article 50 or corner posts 17) of carboard 32, and it has showed how transport base 18 plays the effect that article 50 are shelved package base thereon.
At last, carton top flaps 40 is folded together to finish package component 10.The package component 10 of finished product is all-in-one-piece, and its meaning is that carboard 32, transport base 18 and shipping pallet 12 are fixed together by following closely 42, and on less degree, is assemblied between the shipping pallet shutdown feature 16 by carboard 32 and transport base 18.Corner posts 17 has or does not have cap 19 and top frame 21, extends to carton top flaps 40 from transport base bottom panel 20, and sufficient axial (vertically) intensity is provided, and is stacked on the top to allow other packaging units 10.

12. assembly as claimed in claim 10 (10), wherein, described shipping pallet load-bearing surface is defined by a plurality of isolated transverse member (14) that is fixed to described side slideway (15).
13. assembly as claimed in claim 12 (10), wherein, described front and rear shutdown feature (16) directly is connected to described side slideway (15), and is oriented orthogonal to described side slideway (15).
14. assembly as claimed in claim 1 (10), wherein, described carton side flaps (38) and described transport base side panels (28) are fixed to described supporting plate side slideway (15) by nail.
15. an assembly (10) that is used for connection with wrapping of piece (50), described assembly (10) comprising:
Supporting plate (12), it is used for holding articles (50);
Shock absorbing base (18), it is inserted between article (50) and the described supporting plate (12); And
Load-carrying element (17), it is inserted between article (50) and the protectiveness material (32);
