Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种操作头(operating head)。
本发明特别有利地应用于加工木材工件等的操作头,以下描述将具体参考该操作头,但该操作头不失一般性。
背景技术
在加工木材工件等领域,公知使用在欧洲专利申请EP-743139-A1中所描述的操作头,该操作头包括电主轴以及安装在电主轴上的工具组件,该工具组件适合围绕电主轴自身的纵向轴线定位。
电主轴包括容纳壳体和容纳在该容纳壳体内的第一电动机,该第一电动机设有限定刀架电主轴的管状输出轴,工具组件的输入轴接合在该刀架电主轴上。
所述输入轴枢转穿过工具组件的容纳壳体而被枢转接合,工具组件以角度固定的方式联接至套筒,该套筒枢转安装到电主轴的容纳壳体上,并通过一对齿轮联接至第二电动机的输出轴,该第二电动机横向固定至电主轴的容纳壳体。
上述类型的公知操作头的一些缺点主要在于,由于第二电动机的侧向位置而导致这些操作头具有较大尺寸,并且连接上述齿轮的齿时存在的不可避免的间隙会影响工具组件围绕电主轴的纵向轴线的正确定位。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作头,该操作头没有上述缺点,并且使用简单、经济。
根据本发明,提供了一种操作头,该操作头包括:电主轴,该电主轴依次包括第一容纳壳体和容纳在该第一容纳壳体内的第一电动机,该第一电动机设有管状输出轴,该管状输出轴被安装成能够绕其纵向轴线旋转,并限定刀架电主轴;工具组件,该工具组件依次包括第二容纳壳体和穿过所述第二容纳壳体枢转地接合的输入轴,该输入轴接合在所述刀架电主轴上;以及定位装置,该定位装置用于使所述第二容纳壳体围绕所述轴线定位,
所述操作头的特征在于,所述定位装置包括与所述轴线同轴安装的第二电动机,该第二电动机依次包括安装在所述第一容纳壳体上的定子和以角度固定方式联接至所述第二容纳壳体的转子,该转子能够绕所述定子枢转以绕轴线自身旋转。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3,附图标记1整体表示操作头,该操作头包括电主轴2、安装在电主轴2上的工具组件3、以及定位装置4,定位装置4用于将工具组件3围绕电主轴2自身的纵向轴线5定位。
电主轴2包括沿着轴线5延伸的外部管状壳体6,并容纳有公知类型的电动机(未示出),该电动机设有管状输出轴(未示出),该管状输出轴被安装成相对于壳体6绕着轴线5旋转,并具有限定刀架电主轴(未示出)的自由端长度,工具组件3的输入轴7接合在该刀架电主轴上。
工具组件3通常由加工组件限定,该加工组件包括与轴7枢转接合的外部管状壳体8和刀架电主轴(未示出),该刀架电主轴联接至轴7以相对于壳体8围绕其自身纵向轴线(未示出)旋转,该纵向轴线相对于轴线5通常以非零角度布置,刀架电主轴适于接收并保持公知类型的工具(未示出)。
定位装置4包括与轴线5同轴安装的电动机9,电动机9依次包括内部管状定子10和外部转子11,该定子安装于壳体6的自由端,并以角度固定的方式联接至壳体6本身,该外部转子11基本上是具有朝向上的凹陷的杯状,并且围绕定子10延伸以相对于定子10绕轴线5旋转,外部定子11以角度固定的方式通过紧固销12联接到工具组件3的壳体8,该紧固销从壳体8平行于轴线5向外伸出,并接合于通过转子11本身而得到的孔13中。
转子11通过锁定装置14围绕轴线5锁定在一定角度位置,并因而壳体8通过锁定装置14围绕轴线5锁定在一定角度位置,该锁定装置包括气动致动缸15,该气动致动缸15设置在定子10内,与轴线5同轴,连接至气动供给装置(未示出),并与环形活塞16可滑动地接合,该环形活塞可以在锁定位置和松开位置之间在气动缸15内与轴线5平行地移动,在锁定位置中,活塞16与轴线5平行地靠着被固定到转子11上的可弹性变形的环形元件17而被紧固。
定位装置4的形状使得操作头1具有相对小的尺寸和比较高的紧凑度。此外,将电动机9的转子11直接联接到工具组件3的壳体8确保了工具组件3围绕轴线5的正确定位。

Claims (6)

1.一种操作头(1),该操作头(1)包括:电主轴(2),该电主轴(2)依次包括第一容纳壳体(6)和容纳在该第一容纳壳体(6)内的第一电动机,该第一电动机设有管状输出轴,该管状输出轴被安装成能够绕其纵向轴线(5)旋转,并限定刀架电主轴;工具组件(3),该工具组件(3)依次包括第二容纳壳体(8)和穿过所述第二容纳壳体(8)枢转地接合的输入轴(7),该输入轴(7)接合在所述刀架电主轴上;以及定位装置(4),该定位装置(4)用于使所述第二容纳壳体(8)围绕所述轴线(5)定位,
所述操作头的特征在于,所述定位装置(4)包括与所述轴线(5)同轴安装的第二电动机(9),该第二电动机(9)依次包括安装在所述第一容纳壳体(6)上的定子(10)和以角度固定方式联接至所述第二容纳壳体(8)的转子(11),该转子(11)能够绕所述定子(10)枢转以绕轴线(5)自身旋转。
2.如权利要求1所述的操作头,其中,所述定子(10)围绕所述第一容纳壳体(6)的一端延伸,并以角度固定的方式联接至所述第一容纳壳体(6)本身。
3.如权利要求1所述的操作头,其中,所述转子(11)围绕所述定子(10)延伸。
4.如权利要求1所述的操作头,该操作头还包括锁定装置(14),该锁定装置(14)用于将所述转子(11)围绕所述轴线(5)锁定在一定角度位置,并因而将所述第二容纳壳体(8)围绕所述轴线(5)锁定在一定角度位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的操作头,其中,所述锁定装置(14)包括设置在所述定子(10)内并设有活塞(16)的致动缸(15),所述活塞(16)能够在锁定位置和松开位置之间移动,在所述锁定位置中,所述活塞(16)靠着所述转子(11)而被紧固。
6.如权利要求5所述的操作头,其中,所述锁定装置(14)还包括可弹性变形元件(17),该可弹性变形元件由所述转子(11)承载,并被布置成与所述活塞(16)接触,以使所述活塞(16)本身从所述锁定位置向松开位置移动。
