技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分特征的车辆座椅,特别是汽车座椅。 
背景技术
已知有很多具有使用位置和车厢地面位置的车辆座椅,其中靠背和坐垫的运动通过至少一个细长的耦联机构耦联,例如由FR 2577 860A1、DE 199 45 573C1、DE 101 56 644C2或DE 103 35 867B3已知。通常,在靠背和坐垫之间的位置设置有槽-榫导向机构等,其空行程允许运动之间的延迟。 
开头部分所述类型的车辆座椅由DE 198 41 363C1已知。构造成齿条的带齿部件固定地安装在耦联机构上,且与小齿轮啮合,小齿轮抗旋转地与坐垫连接。耦联机构通过槽-榫导向机构与靠背铰接。如果在靠背向前摆动情况下经过槽-榫导向机构的空行程,则耦联机构同步并在这种情况下使得坐垫摆动。 
如由DE 199 62 424C1或DE 10 2004 018 637A1已知一种类似的车辆座椅,其在耦联机构和带齿部件之间还具有防过载机构,从而被张得很紧的压缩弹簧在过载情况下压缩并由此解锁,所述压缩弹簧在通常情况下压靠到止挡上,因此作为刚性单元起作用。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,对开头部分所述类型的车辆座椅加以改进。根据本发明,该目的通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的车辆座椅得以实现。有利的改进是从属权利要求的主题。 
可摆动的部件具有如下优点,即可以在最小的结构空间进行相对运动,即旋转运动。在适配件和带齿部件之间的相对旋转运动补偿了误差,且补偿了靠背和坐垫的时间延迟的运动过程。根据相应的设计,靠背可以完全地向前摆动,而坐垫则可以保持原位,例如在被物体卡住时。

具体实施方式
汽车后排座椅的车辆座椅1具有未详细示出的基座3。在汽车内部的车辆座椅1的方向和汽车通常的行驶方向规定了如下方向说明。基座3以未详细示出的方式与汽车的车辆结构连接,并以下述方式承载着分别铰接在基座3上的坐垫5和靠背7。基座3也可以是车辆结构的固定的组成部分,例如是焊接在车辆车厢地面上的适配机构。从靠背7基本竖直的可坐上的使用位置起,车辆座椅1可通过坐垫5和靠背7的向前摆动过渡至平的车厢地面位置,在该车厢地面位置,在增大装载容积情 况下提供了平的装载面。 
车辆两侧彼此镜像对称,因而下面仅说明行驶方向左侧。首先将第一摇臂11,且将沿着行驶方向观察位于后面的第二摇臂12,分别以它们的下端铰接在基座3的后端上。第一摇臂11和第二摇臂12以它们的上端分别铰接在靠背7上,更确切地说,铰接在靠背7的结构上。基座3、两个摇臂11和12及靠背7以相应的铰接位置在此作为传动件限定了一个四活节14,也就是说,靠背7通过该四活节14铰接在基座3上。 
第二摇臂12在靠背7上的铰接通过侧向突出于靠背7的螺栓、下面称为锁紧螺栓15b来进行,在座位位置,该锁紧螺栓15b设置在第一摇臂11在靠背7上的铰接位置之下,也就是说,第一摇臂11向后倾斜,而第二摇臂12向前倾斜。为了锁紧四活节14,设置有锁紧装置15,其具有向后开口的容纳部分15a、未详细示出的锁紧件例如棘爪(Klinke)和作为配合件的锁紧螺栓15b。通过对四活节14的锁紧将靠背7定位。 
在基座3的前端支撑有轴21,该轴21坐垫固定,也就是说,与坐垫5的承载结构固定地连接。通过该轴21,坐垫5可摆动地铰接在基座3上。在轴21上抗旋转地即在当前坐垫固定地设有小齿轮23,该小齿轮23优选沿着其整个圆周都设有齿。 
带齿部件25与小齿轮23啮合,该带齿部件25围绕摆动轴27例如支撑螺栓可摆动地支撑在基座3上。摆动轴27与轴21平行地且间隔地伸展。盘状的带齿部件25沿着其半个圆周设有齿,而其径向突出的另一半则具有两个滑槽25a,这两个滑槽25a围绕摆动轴27弯曲且例如延伸约45°。小齿轮23和带齿部件25共同形成传动级28,其中传动比由小齿轮23的半径和带齿部件25的带齿区域的半径限定。传动级28可以具有1∶1的传动比。也可以考虑没有传动级28的变型方案。 
以摆动轴27为基准与带齿部件25轴向错开地设置有适配件31,该适配件31也可围绕摆动轴27摆动。盘状的适配件31在面向带齿部件25的一侧具有两个轴向突出的凸块31a,这两个凸块31a嵌入到带齿部件25的滑槽25a中。滑槽25a和凸块31a限定了使得适配件31和带齿部件25耦联的槽-榫导向机构32。通过弯曲部分31b连接的接板31c径向突出于适配件31的用于支撑的、承载凸块31a的、半圆形的区域。 
用作旋转弹簧储能器的弹性件33、当前为蝶形弹簧,与适配件31轴向错开地设置,弹性件33的一个边腿支撑在适配件31上,更确切地 说,支撑在弯曲部分31b上。弹性件33的另一个边腿带有间隙地穿过长孔状的适配件开口31d插在适配件31中,并悬挂在带齿部件25的开口25b中。适配件31和带齿部件25由此替代地通过弹性件33和槽-榫导向机构32延迟至同步地耦联。 
细长的耦联机构35的前端铰接在接板31c上,其后端铰接在第二摇臂12上。为了优化力传递,耦联机构35可以具有弯角部分和弯曲部分。通过耦联机构35以及当前的适配件31、弹性件33、槽-榫导向机构32和传动级28,靠背7和坐垫5在其运动方面至少间接地且至少暂时地耦联,并在这种情况下分别处于相互作用连接。耦联机构35可以附加地与坐垫5的锁紧装置作用连接。 
为了过渡至车厢地面位置,将锁紧装置15解锁,从而松开锁紧螺栓15b。四活节14不再锁紧,从而靠背7可以向前摆动。两个摇臂11和12在此向后摆动。在该第一阶段,坐垫5首先保持不动,特别是锁紧,只要设置有锁紧装置。第二摇臂12将耦联机构向后拉,然后适配件31摆动。带齿部件25首先保持静止。在适配件31和带齿部件25之间的相对运动将弹性件33张紧。 
如果靠背7继续摆动一节,例如摆动约30°,则坐垫5例如通过耦联机构35的运动而解锁,只要设置有用于坐垫5的锁紧装置。在该第二阶段,适配件31的旋转运动通过弹性件33,或者以后在通过凸块31a与滑槽25a的接触而经过槽-榫导向机构32的空行程(Leerlauf)时,通过凸块31a传递至带齿部件25,从而带齿部件25延迟运动。通过传动级28和轴21,坐垫5向前摆动。在通常情况下,在该第二阶段,在适配件31和带齿部件25之间不进行相对运动。更确切地说,弹性件33动态调整,从而带齿部件25具有一定的超前(Vorlauf),因此凸决31a不起作用且槽-榫导向机构32处于空行程中。 
如果坐垫5已到达其最终位置,在该最终位置,其固定的底面朝上,其中它可以通过适当的措施被锁紧,则带齿部件25保持静止。于是此时靠背7才摆动约90°,例如摆动96°,从而在第三阶段在靠背7继续摆动情况下耦联机构35继续向后移动,由此使得适配件31继续摆动。在适配件31和带齿部件25之间的相对运动将弹性件33张紧。 
如果靠背7已到达其最终位置,在该最终位置,其固定的背面朝上,其中它可以通过适当的措施被锁紧,则适配件31也保持静止。弹性件 33保持张紧。 
在以相反顺序进行的回到使用位置时,靠背7重新摆高,从而耦联机构35向前移动,且适配件31摆动,这次反向摆动。适配件31重新延迟地(通过弹性件33和槽-榫导向机构32)与带齿部件25同步。通过传动级28使得坐垫5向回摆动。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆座椅,具有 
a)基座(3)、铰接在所述基座(3)上的坐垫(5)、铰接在所述基座(3)上的靠背(7)、第一摇臂(11)和第二摇臂(12)、与所述坐垫(5)传动连接的带齿部件(25)和 
b)细长的耦联机构(35), 
c)该耦联机构借助其前端铰接在适配件(31)上,且借助其后端铰接在第二摇臂(12)上,在所述适配件(31)和所述带齿部件(25)之间设置有弹性件(33)和槽-榫导向机构(32),所述槽-榫导向机构由至少一个凸块(31a)和至少一个围绕摆动轴(27)弯曲的滑槽(25a)限定,所述弹性件(33)和所述槽-榫导向机构(32)相互替代地使得所述适配件(31)和所述带齿部件(25)耦联,所述弹性件(33)一方面支撑在所述适配件(31)上,另一方面支撑在所述带齿部件(25)上,
