Abstract
本发明提供一种带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,其防止磁性传感器的输出电缆的损伤及断线同时容易向外部取出输出电缆。一体地形成于传感器壳体9上的输出电缆12的筒状取出部9a的侧面,设置从筒状的底端连到顶端以相等宽度连接的开放部14,在将输出电缆12从该开放部14穿过取出部9a之后,通过在开放部14安装滑动式的盖子部件15来封闭开放部14,这样能够防止磁性传感器的输出电缆12的损伤及断线同时容易向外部取出输出电缆12。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及带旋转传感器的滚动轴承。
背景技术
支承各种旋转设备的转轴等的滚动轴承,有时为了检测其旋转速度(转速)而使用带旋转传感器的滚动轴承。上述带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,是在内圈和外圈的滚道圈中的旋转滚道圈侧,装配在圆周方向上交替地被磁化成不同磁极的环状磁性编码器,将装配有磁性传感器的传感器壳体装配于固定滚道圈侧,从而检测旋转滚道圈的旋转,其中上述磁性传感器检测磁通量的伴随该磁性编码器的旋转的变化。经常还在传感器壳体上组装处理磁性传感器的输出的电路基板。
这种带旋转传感器的滚动轴承的传感器壳体大多是用树脂形成的,经由金属制的外环装配于固定滚道圈侧。在这种树脂制成的传感器壳体上,使通有输出电缆的筒状取出部与传感器壳体形成为一体,从而使得连接到传感器壳体内的电路基板等之上并被取出的磁性传感器的输出电缆,不会因为剪切等而造成损伤或断线(例如参见专利文献1)。
专利文献1:日本特开2002-213472号公报
专利文献1所记载的带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,能够防止磁性传感器的输出电缆的损伤及断线,然而需要将连接到传感器壳体内的电路基板等之上的输出电缆通到筒状取出部,从而存在会在输出电缆的向外部的取出操作上花费工夫的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的课题是防止磁性传感器的输出电缆的损伤及断线同时容易向外部取出输出电缆。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,其在内圈和外圈滚道圈中的旋转滚道圈侧装配在圆周方向被交替地磁化成不同磁极的环状磁性编码器,将组装有磁性传感器的树脂制成的传感器壳体装配于固定滚道圈侧,上述磁性传感器检测磁通量的伴随上述磁性编码器旋转的变化,上述树脂制成的传感器壳体上形成有筒状取出部,上述取出部与该传感器壳体一体并供上述磁性传感器的输出电缆穿过,上述筒状取出部的侧面设有从筒状的底端连到顶端的开放部,上述输出电缆从该开放部穿过上述取出部之后,通过在上述开放部装配盖子部件来封闭该开放部。
即,在筒状取出部的侧面设置从筒状的底端连到顶端的开放部,在将输出电缆从该开放部通到取出部以后,通过在开放部安装盖子部件而封闭开放部,能够防止磁性传感器的输出电缆的损伤及断线同时容易向外部取出输出电缆。
上述筒状取出部的开放部形成为从筒状的底端到顶端以相等宽度连接,通过将上述盖子部件从该相等宽度的开放部的顶端侧滑向底端侧来安装于该开放部,这样能够容易封闭取出部的开放部。
本发明的带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,在与传感器壳体形成为一体的输出电缆的筒状取出部的侧面上,设置从筒状底部连到顶部的开放部,在将输出电缆从该开放部通到取出部以后,可以在开放部安装盖子部件来封闭开放部,所以能够防止磁性传感器的输出电缆的损伤及断线同时容易向外部取出输出电缆。
上述筒状取出部的开放部形成为从筒状的底端到顶端以相等宽度连接,通过将上述盖子部件从该相等宽度的开放部的顶端侧滑向底端侧来安装于该开放部,这样能够容易地封闭取出部的开放部。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。如图1所示,上述带旋转传感器的滚动轴承是一种在内圈1和外圈2之间用保持器4保持滚珠3的深沟球轴承,内圈1为旋转滚道圈而外圈2为固定滚道圈,在内圈1的一侧装配有磁性编码器6,在与其相对的外圈2的一侧装配有组装有磁性传感器7和电路基板8的传感器壳体9。此外,在外圈2的与传感器壳体9相反的一侧上装配有密封轴承内部密封部件5。
上述磁性编码器6由环状芯铁6a和固定于芯铁6a的外径面并在圆周方向上交替地磁化成不同磁极的磁性体6b构成,芯铁6a嵌合并固定于内圈1的外径面。
上述传感器壳体9是用在聚苯硫醚(PPS)中混合了聚酰胺(PA)和聚酰亚胺(PI)的聚合物合金形成,为了屏蔽外部的有害磁场并防止腐蚀,用将磁性件的铁族不锈钢钢板SUS430冲压成形的外环10和内环11覆盖。传感器壳体9压入外环10的内径面,外环10嵌合并固定于外圈2的内径面,在其内端侧形成有密封轴承内部的密封部10a。
因为上述形成传感器壳体9的在PPS中混有PA和PI的聚合物合金,与PPS单体相比玻璃转移温度较高,所以其难以产生伴随着从高温状态降低温度时的温度变化而出现的与压入并固定的外环10之间的松动,从而能够抑制温度蠕变。
如图1及图2所示,上述磁性传感器7在上述传感器壳体9的圆周方向的接近的2个位置上,在半径方向上与磁性编码器6对向地进行配置,用脚部7a连接到电路基板8,连接到该电路基板8上的磁性传感器7的输出电缆12,穿过与传感器壳体9形成为一体的筒状取出部9a并被取出到外部。传感器壳体9内的磁性传感器7、电路基板8以及输出电缆12被模塑树脂13固定。此外,在圆周方向接近而配置2个的磁性传感器7,这是用来根据两者的检测输出的偏差来检测出旋转方向。
如图3(a)所示,上述传感器壳体9的取出部9a,在侧面设置从筒状的底端到顶端以相等宽度连接的开放部14,在将上述输出电缆12从该开放部14穿过取出部9a以后,在开放部14装配盖子部件15。盖子部件15采用与传感器壳体9相同的聚合物合金形成,如图3(b)所示,其安装为:将设置在两侧的突出部15a从顶端侧嵌入到设置在开放部14的两侧的槽16,通过使其向底端侧滑动并抵到槽16的内端面16a上,来封闭开放部14。
然后,在上述取出部9a的顶端侧与输出电缆12的之间填充硅等填缝剂,在包括取出部9a的传感器壳体9内,填充环氧树脂或尿烷树脂等热硬化性的模塑树脂13,并将盖子部件15粘接并固定于传感器壳体9。
在上述实施方式中,滚动轴承为内圈成为旋转滚道圈的深沟球轴承,然而,本发明的带旋转传感器的滚动轴承还能够适用于滚柱轴承等其他类型的滚动轴承。此外,还能够适用于外圈成为旋转滚道圈的滚动轴承,在这种情况下,将旋转传感器的磁性编码器安装到外圈侧,将组装有磁性传感器的传感器壳体安装于内圈侧即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,其内圈和外圈滚道圈中的一方为旋转滚道圈,另一方为固定滚道圈,在所述旋转滚道圈侧装配在圆周方向被交替地磁化成不同磁极的环状磁性编码器,将组装有磁性传感器的树脂制成的传感器壳体装配于固定滚道圈侧,所述磁性传感器检测磁通量的伴随所述磁性编码器旋转的变化,所述树脂制成的传感器壳体上形成有筒状取出部,所述取出部与该传感器壳体形成为一体并供所述磁性传感器的输出电缆穿过,其特征在于,
所述筒状取出部的侧面设有从筒状的底端连到顶端的开放部,所述输出电缆从该开放部穿过所述取出部之后,通过在所述开放部装配盖子部件来封闭该开放部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带旋转传感器的滚动轴承,其中,
所述筒状取出部的开放部形成为从筒状的底端到顶端以相等宽度连接,通过将所述盖子部件从该相等宽度的开放部的顶端侧滑向底端侧来安装于该开放部。
