Abstract

本发明公开了一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，包含设置于油烟污染源的一侧边的吸风口，吸风口通过管道连接吸风装置，所述油烟污染源上方设置有出风装置，本发明由于将出风装置设置在油烟污染源的上方，出风装置向下吹出的正压气流碰到距吸风口较远处的油烟污染源后改变方向，并在瞬间将污染源油烟混合到该股气流中带走，从而减少了污染源油烟的停留时间，防止该污染源油烟扩散、外溢。

一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油烟排除装置，尤其涉及一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置。
背景技术
当前，家庭中油烟排除装置一般只有一个吸风口，由于吸风口的负压作用有限且吸风口与油烟源距离较大，油烟在分子热运动作用下快速扩散产生外溢，使得吸油烟不彻底。
近年来，出现了一种流体隔膜吸排烟尘装置，例如中国发明专利申请公开说明书CN1325002，名称为“流体隔膜吸排烟尘装置”就公开了这样一种流体隔膜吸排烟尘装置，该装置在烟尘污染源的扩散面一侧设有平行该扩散面的有压力的流体吹出口，该吹出口连接压力流体源，在与其位置对称的另侧设有平行该扩散面的有负压的流体吸入口，该吸入口连接负压发生装置：从该吹出口吹出的流体进入吸入口而形成流体隔膜，该流体隔膜将污染源油烟扩散空间包围笼罩于从吹出口至吸入口之间的烟尘通道中；由于污染源油烟被笼罩于从吹出口至吸入口之间的烟尘通道中，没有瞬间被排走，油烟分子就会扩散，而且飘浮的时间越长，油烟分子穿透热隔膜越多，溢出、扩散就会越多。另外这样结构的油烟排除装置出风装置刚好设置在与人操作的同一侧，操作起来非常不方便，而且结构也比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足，提供了一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，该装置能使污染源油烟瞬间在正压的作用下被吸走，油烟在未扩散前即被吸走，防止油烟扩散、溢出，另外该装置结构简单、操作比较方便。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决：
一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，包含设置于油烟污染源的一侧边的吸风口，吸风口通过管道连接吸风装置，所述油烟污染源上方设置有出风装置。
上述技术方案中，所述出风装置与油烟污染源的距离约为0.5～1米。
上述技术方案中，所述出风装置在油烟污染源的投影位于油烟污染源的边缘，该投影位置与吸风口相对。
上述技术方案中，管道的上方设有一支架，出风装置安装在该支架上。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：
1)本发明由于将出风装置设置在油烟污染源的上方，出风装置向下吹出的正压气流碰到距吸风口较远处的油烟污染源后改变方向，并在瞬间将污染源油烟混合到该股气流中，从而减少了污染源油烟的停留时间，防止该污染源油烟扩散、外溢。
2)本发明不会对操作人员产生影响，操作非常方便。
3)本发明结构简单，制造成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
参见图1～图3，所述气流定向驱动油烟排除装置主要由底架1、以及设置在底架1内部的吸风装置4、吸风口等构成。
所述底架1上端面放置有一锅2，该锅2形成一油烟污染源，该油烟污染源的一侧边设有一吸风口10，吸风口10通过管道13连接吸风装置4，吸风装置4的出风口11穿过底架1的侧壁，所述管道13形状为一中空、方形柱体，安装在底架1的侧壁上，管道13的上方安装一支架12，所述支架12的横断面呈“7”字形，并在“7”字形的端部、相应于锅2的上方安装有一出风装置3，所述出风装置3与锅2上端面的距离约为0.5～1米，这样既保证炒菜等操作时比较方便，又可使油烟吸收的较为彻底(气流定向驱动油烟排除装置工作原理将在下面详述)。
优选的，所述出风装置3在锅2上端面的投影位于锅2的边缘，并与吸风口10相对。
图4示出了气流定向驱动油烟排除装置工作原理，其中箭头100示出了出风装置3出来的气流的走向，箭头200示出了污染源油烟的走向，出风装置3向下吹出的正压气流碰到距吸风口较远处的锅2壁后改变方向，并在瞬间将污染源油烟混合到该股气流中带走(防止油烟分子扩散)，并共同流向吸风口10，在吸风口10附近与吸风口10的负压气流汇合，共同带动油烟进入吸风口10。出风装置3产生的正压对由于热气流上升和分子热运动产生的油烟扩散有压制作用，减少了油烟的外溢，从而排除油烟比单纯负压更有效，而且由于出风装置3设置在锅2上方，不会对操作人员产生影响，操作非常方便，且结构简单，制造成本低。

Claims (3)

1.一种气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，包含设置于油烟污染源的一侧边的吸风口(10)，吸风口(10)通过管道(13)连接吸风装置(4)，其特征在于，所述油烟污染源上方设置有出风装置(3)，所述出风装置(3)吹出来的气流吹在油烟污染源的边缘，所述油烟污染源为底部呈弧形的锅(2)，所述出风装置(3)向下吹出的正压气流沿着锅(2)壁将污染源油烟带走并最终流向吸风口(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，其特征在于，所述出风装置(3)与油烟污染源的距离为0.5～1米。
3.如权利要求1所述的气流定向驱动油烟排除装置，其特征在于，管道(13)的上方设有一支架(12)，出风装置(3)安装在该支架(12)上。
