Abstract

技术领域
本申请一般涉及用于车辆的加强构件,当行人被车辆碰撞时,所述用于车辆的加强构件确保行人的安全,更确切的说,涉及用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,构建所述保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合使得加强构件的一个表面和车辆的保险杠盖板合并,从而在行人被车辆碰撞的情况下,提供更有效的冲击吸收。
背景技术
一般来说,如图1所示,保险杠盖板30被安装在车辆的前端模块载体(module carrier)10上,以及在车辆的引擎盖40打开时,提供赏心悦目的外观,以及在正面撞击(collision)时吸收冲击。
此外,加强构件20安装在前端模块载体10的较低部分从而达到行人的腿型测试的要求。当行人被车辆碰撞(hit)时,加强构件20吸收冲击,以及使行人倒在在引擎盖40上,从而使撞击引起的冲击最小化。
然而,传统的用于车辆的加强构件20和保险杠盖板30具有单独的功能,从而加强构件20和保险杠盖板30被分别安装在预定位置。这样,当行人被车辆碰撞时,行人被保险杠盖板30撞击从而首先受到冲击。之后,加强构件20吸收冲击。从而,被安装用以在碰撞事件中吸收冲击的加强构件20的效果被降低。
在本发明的背景技术部分所公开的信息只是为了更好的理解本发明的一般背景,而不应被看作是上述信息构成本领域技术人员已知的现有技术的认可或任何形式的暗示。
发明内容
为克服上述问题提出了本发明的各个方面。本发明的不同方面提供了用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中加强构件和保险杠盖板是一个整体,从而具有改进的冲击吸收能力。
本发明的一个方面涉及用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,包括加强构件和保险杠盖板。加强构件可以包括接触车辆的前端模块载体的第一安装表面、从第一安装表面向车辆前方延伸的延伸表面、和/或从延伸表面的前端向车辆后面延伸的第二安装表面。保险杠盖板可以安装在第二安装表面上。
延伸表面可以包括冲击吸收部件。加强构件的延伸表面可以朝向车辆前方以预定角度向上倾斜从而形成冲击吸收部件。
冲击吸收部件可以包括形成在延伸表面上的孔。孔可以是长孔,以及可以在车辆的纵向方向上延伸。该组合可以包括多个在车辆纵向方向上的长孔。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图的图解和下面的描述,通过示例说明本发明的不同实施例的细节。当结合典型的实施例描述本发明时,应当理解本发明这些描述并不是将本发明限制于那些典型的实施例。相反,本发明不仅涵盖典型的实施例,同时也涵盖如所附权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和保护范围内可能包括各种变形、变体、等价物和其他实施例。
如图2所示,保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合中的加强构件20包括第一安装表面22,所述第一安装表面22临近前端模块载体并安装于其上。
延伸表面24从第一安装表面22的一端向车辆前方延伸。延伸表面24由容易变形的材料制成,从而当行人被车辆碰撞时吸收冲击。
延伸表面24在其另一端朝向车辆后面弯曲,由此提供第二安装表面26。
优选的,加强构件20的延伸表面24朝向车辆前方以预定角度向上倾斜。由于延伸表面24相对水平面以预定角度向上倾斜,所以施加到被车辆碰撞的行人上的横向力能够被最小化。此外,当行人被车辆碰撞时,倾斜的延伸表面24允许行人容易的倒在车辆的引擎盖40上,由此保护行人防止严重受伤。
如图3所示,加强构件20由容易变形的材料制成,优选的是聚丙烯(PP)材料。在加强构件20的延伸表面24上装备冲击吸收部件24a,从而更有效的吸收冲击。
冲击吸收部件24a可以包括多个孔,所述孔在车辆的纵向方向上延伸较长距离。如果每个孔在车辆的宽度方向上延伸较长距离,那么当行人被车辆碰撞时,加强构件20在其完全吸收冲击之前塑性变形。从而,在车辆的宽度方向上延伸较长距离的孔不能有效执行冲击吸收功能。换言之,当车辆碰撞行人时,加强构件20在很短时间内变形,从而被吸收的冲击的量很小。因此,为了最大化冲击吸收,优选的每个孔在车辆的纵向方向上延伸较长距离。当行人被车辆前方撞击碰撞,上述结构允许加强构件20在预定时间之后弹性或塑性变形。当以规则间隔形成多个孔时,冲击吸收能力被进一步提高。
在第一安装表面22上形成安装孔22a。由于以规则间隔形成多个安装孔22a,第一安装表面22通过螺栓被更稳固地安装在前端模块载体10上。
此外,在第二安装表面26上以规则间隔形成多个安装孔26a。这样,第二安装表面26通过固定器被更稳固地安装在保险杠盖板30上。
如上文所述,本申请提供用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,所述用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合在引擎盖打开时保持良好外观,并确保行人安全,此外更有效的吸收冲击。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于车辆的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,包括:
加强构件,所述加强构件包括:
接触车辆的前端模块载体的第一安装表面;
从第一安装表面向车辆前方延伸的延伸表面;以及
从延伸表面的前端向车辆后面延伸的第二安装表面;以及保险杠盖板,安装在第二安装表面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中延伸表面包括冲击吸收部件。
3、如权利要求2所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中加强构件的延伸表面朝向车辆前方以预定角度向上倾斜从而形成冲击吸收部件。
4、如权利要求2所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中冲击吸收部件包括形成在延伸表面上的孔。
5、如权利要求4所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中孔是在车辆的纵向方向上延伸的长孔。
6、如权利要求5所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,进一步包括多个在车辆纵向方向上的长孔。
7、如权利要求3所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中在延伸表面上形成孔。
8、如权利要求7所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,其中孔是在车辆的纵向方向上延伸的长孔。
9、如权利要求8所述的保险杠盖板和加强构件的组合,进一步包括多个在车辆纵向方向上的长孔。
