11.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，纤维素纤维以与选自下列的纤维材料的混合物的形式存在：棉、聚酯、羊毛、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酰胺、腈纶、聚乙烯醇、亚麻、蚕丝、粘胶丝、Lyocell、波里诺西克纱和莫代尔纤维。
12.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，纺织底料和/或绒头基本上完全由纤维素纤维或包含纤维素纤维的混合物组成。
13.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，纤维素纤维在底料和/或绒头中的比例介于1％～100％。
14.权利要求13的毛巾制品，其特征在于，纤维素纤维在底料和/或绒头中的比例介于10％～100％。
15.权利要求14的毛巾制品，其特征在于，纤维素纤维在底料和/或绒头中的比例介于30％～100％。
16.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，绒头经纱分别由100％莫代尔纤维的丝和100％棉或聚酯、羊毛、聚丙烯、聚酰胺、腈纶、聚乙烯醇、亚麻、蚕丝、粘胶丝、波里诺西克纱或Lyocell纤维的丝组成。
17.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，绒头由纱线扭结或剪绒处理的纱线扭结组成。
18.权利要求1的毛巾制品，其特征在于，底料选自机织织物或针织物。
19.权利要求18的毛巾制品，其特征在于，所述针织物是经编织物或缝编织物。
20.权利要求1至4中任何一项的毛巾制品，其呈选自下列的制品的形式或者作为其成分：毛巾、浴袍、浴室地毯、床上用品、婴儿用布、运动服、袜子或衬里材料。
21.权利要求20的毛巾制品，其中所述毛巾是洗洁毛巾或茶巾。
22.权利要求21的毛巾制品，其中所述洗洁毛巾是浴巾。
23.权利要求22的毛巾制品，其中所述浴巾是海滨浴巾或桑拿浴巾。
24.权利要求20的毛巾制品，其中所述床上用品是床单、垫子和毯子面料或垫子衬底。
25.权利要求20的毛巾制品，其中所述婴儿用布是尿布。
