Abstract

本发明提供一种可编程数字/模拟转换器,其包括:一参考电压产生器,用于根据多个参考信号而各产生多个参考电压;灰阶参考电压产生器,其包括一电阻器串,此电阻器串包括用于提供多个电压的多个串联的电阻器;以及多个参考解码器,各由该电阻器串接收所述电压,且根据此所对应参考信号,从所述电压选择性地输出一参考电压;以及一数据解码器,其接收所述参考电压,用于根据一数据信号而选择性地输出一模拟电压。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器驱动器,特别涉及一种数字/模拟转换器。
背景技术
参考图4,其说明液晶显示器(LCD)面板的传统结构,其包括:一面板410、一显示器驱动器420、一栅极驱动器430、以及一X-板440,其具有计时控制器与灰阶电压产生器,用于将灰阶参考电压提供给源极驱动器420。
发明内容
本发明的一目的为,简化在此计时控制器与源极驱动器间的总线。
本发明的另一目的为,提供用于一LCD面板的一可编程规划的数字/模拟转换器。
因此,为了达成一或一些或所有上述目的,此转换器包括:一参考电压产生器,用于根据多个参考信号而各产生多个参考电压;该参考电压产生器,包括一电阻器串,此电阻器串包括用于提供多个电压的多个串联的电阻器;多个参考解码器,各由该电阻器串接收所述电压,且根据此所对应参考信号从所述电压选择性地输出一参考电压;以及一数据解码器,其接收所述参考电压,用于根据一数据信号选择性地输出一模拟电压。

具体实施方式
参考图1,其为根据本发明的实施例用于显示器的一驱动***的一方块图。此驱动***包括:一计时控制器101、一源极驱动器102、以及连接介于此计时控制器101与此源极驱动器102间的一总线103。此总线103承载电力VDD/VSS、数据信号D、以及灰阶参考信号r。此计时控制器101经由此总线103将所述数据信号D与灰阶参考信号r输出至此源极驱动器102。此源极驱动器102接收所述灰阶参考信号r,用于将所述数据信号D解码成所述模拟驱动电压。所述灰阶参考信号r为数字式的,且可以依序地发出,以致于相较于现有技术可以减少总线的数目。
参考图2,其为源极驱动器的方块图,其包括:一移位寄存器201、一锁定器202、一电平移位器203、以及一数字/模拟转换器(DAC)204。此锁定器202包括多个内存单元。此移位寄存器201发出一控制信号,以使得各所述内存单元可以储存所述数据信号D。此电平移位器203调整此来自此锁定器202的所述数据信号D的电压电平。
此DAC 204接收所述灰阶参考信号r,而将来自此电平移位器203的所述数据信号D解码成所述模拟驱动电压。
参考图3,其为此数字/模拟转换器(DAC)的方块图。此DAC 204包括:一参考电压产生器301、所述参考解码器305、所述缓冲器306、以及一数据解码器307。此参考电压产生器301包括:一连接介于一高压电源VDD与一低压电源VSS间的一电阻器串,以及此电阻器串包括多个串联电阻器308,以对此参考解码器305产生多个参考电压V1-Vn。
所述参考解码器305为可编程规划,且由所述灰阶参考信号r所控制,其包括由此计时控制器101依序传送的所述灰阶参考信号r1-rn。各所述参考解码器305根据相对应的灰阶参考信号r、从此电阻器串选择一电压作为灰阶参考电压Vr,且将所产生的参考电压Vr输出至相对应的单元增益缓冲器306。
此数据解码器310藉由将所述数据信号D解码,而从所述灰阶参考电压Vr1-Vrn选择一电压作为驱动电压Vd。

Claims (10)

1.一种显示器驱动器,包括:
一数字/模拟转换器,用于接收多个灰阶参考信号,
其中,该数字/模拟转换器包括:
一参考电压产生器,用于产生多个参考电压;
多个参考解码器,其各接收相对应的一灰阶参考信号,且根据相对应灰阶参考信号,从所述参考电压选择性地输出一灰阶参考电压;以及
一数据解码器,其接收所述灰阶参考电压,用于根据一数据信号选择性地输出一模拟电压。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示器驱动器,其中,该数字/模拟转换器还包括多个缓冲器,其各连接介于该相对应参考解码器与该数据解码器之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示器驱动器,其中,该参考电压产生器包括多个串联的电阻器。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示器驱动器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号为数字式的。
5.如权利要求1所述的显示器驱动器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号被依序接收。
6.如权利要求5所述的显示器驱动器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号经由一单线总线而被依序接收。
7.一种显示器,包括:
一计时控制器,用于输出多个数据信号与灰阶参考信号;以及
一显示器驱动器,其包括:
多个数字/模拟转换器,其各接收所述灰阶参考信号,用于产生模拟灰阶参考电压,以及接收所述数据信号之一,用于从所述灰阶参考电压选择性地输出一驱动电压,
其中,各所述数字/模拟转换器包括:
一参考电压产生器,用于产生多个参考电压;
多个参考解码器,其各接收相对应的一灰阶参考信号,且根据该相对应灰阶参考信号,从所述参考电压选择性地输出一灰阶参考电压;以及
一数据解码器,其接收所述灰阶参考电压,用于根据所述数据信号之一,选择性地输出一模拟电压。
8.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号为数字式的。
9.如权利要求7所述的显示器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号被依序接收。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示器,其中,所述灰阶参考信号经由一单线总线而被依序接收。
