Abstract

一种数据存储器框架,用于装设一数据存储器,包括一遮板及至少一支架,所述遮板上开设有一供风流通过的入风口,所述支架由所述遮板的一侧延伸出,用于固定所述数据存储器,所述数据存储器框架还包括一导风装置,所述导风装置包括一导风板,所述导风板的横截面概呈“V”形,所述导风装置固定于所述支架,且所述“V”形的开口方向与所述支架的延伸方向相一致。由于导风装置的存在,由入风口流入的风流将会在导风装置的导风板的导引下流过,而不会形成涡流状况,从而充分有效地利用流入的风流为硬盘散热。

数据存储器框架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于装设数据存储器的数据存储器框架,特别涉及一种用于装设硬盘的数据存储器框架。
背景技术
随着电脑技术的不断发展和完善,电脑已成为生产生活中不可或缺的工具。由于需要借助电脑完成各种各样大量繁杂的事务,人们对于电脑储存和管理信息的能力有了越来越高的需求,这就需要通过在电脑中安装多个硬盘来实现。比如在一些个人电脑中,以及工业电脑和伺服器中,经常使用多个叠加在一起的硬盘,这样既可以获得大量的信息存储空间又便于信息的分盘管理,但同时也带来了硬盘的散热问题。
请参考图1至图3所示,在现有技术里,一电脑机箱内通常设有一个或多个类似数据存储器框架2的框架。硬盘1通常安装于数据存储器框架2,以固定在所述电脑机箱内。数据存储器框架2包括一遮板4及两个锁固硬盘1的支架6。遮板4上开设一入风口8,使风流得以由此进入,从而对硬盘1进行散热。但是,这类数据存储器框架2的缺点在于:所述电脑机箱用于散热的风流由风口8进入后,会受到硬盘1的顶端9的阻碍而在风口8内形成涡流,从而大幅降低了风流的流速,同时使得风流难以有效流经硬盘1的顶端9之后的部分,这对于硬盘1的散热不利。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种数据存储器框架,以解决上述缺点。
一种数据存储器框架,用于装设一数据存储器,包括一遮板及至少一支架,所述遮板上开设有一供风流通过的入风口,所述支架由所述遮板的一侧延伸出,用于固定所述数据存储器,所述数据存储器框架还包括一导风装置,所述导风装置包括一导风板,所述导风板的横截面概呈“V”形,所述导风装置固定于所述支架,且所述“V”形的开口方向与所述支架的延伸方向相一致。
由于导风装置的存在,由入风口流入的风流将会在导风装置的导风板的导引下流过,而不会形成涡流状况,从而充分有效地利用流入的风流为硬盘散热。

具体实施方式
请参考图4至图6,本发明较佳实施方式的数据存储器框架10包括一承载装置20及一导风装置30。承载装置20包括一遮板22及两支架24。遮板22概呈一矩形,其上开设有一入风口26,可使风流由承载装置20的外侧流向内侧;两支架24分别由遮板22内侧的两端垂直遮板22延伸,每个支架24上设有若干螺孔,其中包括靠近支架24的非自由端的一螺孔28。导风装置30包括一导风板34及分别位于导风板34两端的小片体上的两螺孔32,两螺钉穿过导风装置30两端的螺孔32及两支架24上的对应螺孔28,可将导风装置30固定连接于两支架24的非自由端的内侧并使之与入风口26对齐;导风板34的横截面呈“V”形,且所述“V”形的两边呈略微向外侧凸出的曲线状,其连接于两支架24时,所述“V”形的尖端正对并顶靠于入风口26的内侧,所述“V”形的开口方向与支架24的延伸方向相一致,从而使导风板34的外侧面成为一导流面,可引导风流、降低风阻。
使用时,以若干螺丝将硬盘1锁固于两支架24,从而将硬盘1固定连接于数据存储器框架10内;此时硬盘1的顶端9顶靠住数据存储器框架10的导风板34的“V”形开口处与数据存储器框架10共同组成一个硬盘组立单位。如图7所示,当多个所述硬盘组立单位在电脑机箱内叠加使用时,由于导风装置30的存在,由入风口26流入的风流将会沿导风装置30的导引面流动,而不会形成涡流状况,使得风流从两个硬盘1之间顺利地流过,从而能够充分有效地利用由入风口26流入的风流为硬盘1散热。
请继续参考图8及图9,本发明数据存储器框架的另一较佳实施方式的导风装置40与导风装置30相比,多了一导风罩36。导风罩36罩于所述导流面外侧,使得所述导风装置在所述“V”形的尖端处形成较大的风流入口,在所述“V”形的开口端处形成较小的风流出口。这样便可更加有效的集中利用流入的风流。

Claims (3)

1.一种数据存储器框架,用于装设一数据存储器,包括一遮板及至少一支架,所述遮板上开设有一供风流通过的入风口,所述支架由所述遮板的一侧延伸出,用于固定所述数据存储器,其特征在于:所述数据存储器框架还包括一导风装置,所述导风装置包括一导风板,所述导风板的横截面概呈“V”形,所述导风装置固定于所述支架,且所述“V”形的开口方向与所述支架的延伸方向相一致。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器框架,其特征在于:所述导风装置的导风板的“V”形横截面略微向其外侧凸出。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的数据存储器框架,其特征在于:所述导风装置还包括一导风罩,所述导风罩罩于所述导风板外侧,使得所述导风装置在所述“V”形的尖端处形成较大的入口,在所述“V”形的开口端处形成较小的出口。
