现有技术的剪式支脚设计具有通常为竖直的主加载方向和通常为横向的副加载方向。当剪式支脚设计沿其主加载方向加载时,加载方法为剪切式加载。另外,这种剪切式加载能够设计为所希望的软性。然而,副加载方向造成不利于耐久性的拉伸压缩应力。另外,副加载方向的变形度比主加载方向的变形度硬2-3倍,这也是不利情况。

发明内容

现在参见附图,在图23中图示的排放***包括根据本发明的排放***隔离器并总体上由附图标记10指示。典型的车辆包括内燃机(未示出),车体(未示出),悬架***(未示出)和排放***10,排放***10连接至内燃机,并通常支撑在车辆下。内燃机被设计为向车辆的一个或多个驱动轮提供动力,排放***将燃烧产物引导至车辆外部周围所希望的排放位置。 
排放***10包括:中间管12,***14,尾管16和多个不同设计的隔离器组件。中间管12通常相连至发动机或催化转化器(未示出),催化转化器然后连接至在发动机与催化转化器之间延伸的排放管。催化转化器可连接至通向单一排放歧管的单一排放管,或者催化转化器可连接至通向多个排放管的分支排放管,所述多个排放管通向多个排放歧管。而且,中间管12可连接至多个催化转化器,这多个催化转化器在到达***14之前利用中间管12相连在一起,或者,车辆可具有多个排放管、多个催化转化器、多个中间管12和多个***14,这多个***14利用单一或多个尾管16连接在一起。另外,本发明的排放***隔离器可应用于任一类型的排放***,包括但不限于双排放***,双排放***具有从内燃机***延伸的两个分离的并行排放***。 
排放***10用于将排放气体从发动机引到至车辆外部周围的所希望的位置。在经过排放***时,催化转化器净化排放气体,而***14平静在 发动机中燃烧过程中所产生的噪声。本发明涉及排放***隔离器,在将排放***10安装至车辆的同时,隔离排放***10相对于车辆的运动。 
现在参见图1-4,图示了根据本发明的排放***隔离器30。隔离器30包括弹性体32,增强内金属模制在弹性体32内。隔离器30为两孔剪切毂(shear hub)设计,其中弹性体32限定一对孔36和38,用于接纳一对内管或挂钩销40和42。挂钩销40或42中的一个紧固至车辆的车架或安装结构,而挂钩销40或42中的另一个紧固至排放***10。因此,排放***10通过隔离器30紧固至车辆。

参见图5和6,图示了根据本发明的另一实施例的排放***隔离器60。隔离器60包括弹性体62,内增强部64和外增强部66模制在弹性体62内。 隔离器60为单孔剪切毂设计,其中,弹性体62限定孔68,用于接纳内管或挂钩销70。挂钩销70紧固至排放***10,并且,隔离器60利用外增强部66被紧固至车辆的车架或安装结构。因此,排放***10通过隔离器60被紧固至车辆。

现在参见图7和8,图示了根据本发明另一实施例的排放***隔离器90。隔离器90包括弹性体92,内增强部94和外增强部96模制在弹性体92内。隔离器90为三孔剪切毂设计,其中,弹性体92限定中心定位孔98和一对  孔100,中心定位孔98被设计以接纳紧固至排放***10的单一挂钩销42,一对孔100中的每一个均被设计以接纳挂钩销40。每个挂钩销40均紧固至车辆的车架或安装结构。因此,排放***10通过隔离器90被紧固至车辆。通过使用两个挂钩销40,对隔离器90提供抗转,以支持如图4所示的隔离器30的挂钩销42的三个自由度或运动。

Claims (18)

1.一种隔离器,包括:
弹性体;
由所述弹性体限定的第一元件,用于将所述弹性体连接至第一部件;所述第一元件包括延伸穿过所述弹性体的至少一个孔;
第二元件,用于将所述弹性体连接至第二部件;其中,
所述弹性体限定仅环绕所述第一元件的第一环形空隙,该第一环形空隙从所述弹性体的第一侧的外表面沿第一方向延伸进入该弹性体;
所述弹性体限定仅环绕所述第一元件的第二环形空隙,该第二环形空隙从所述弹性体的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧的外表面沿与所述第一方向相反的第二方向延伸进入该弹性体;
所述第一环形空隙通过特定的重叠部沿大致垂直于所述第一方向的重叠方向与所述第二环形空隙重叠。
2.根据权利要求1的隔离器,其中,所述第一元件包括大致平行于所述第一方向地延伸穿过所述弹性体的第一孔。
3.根据权利要求2的隔离器,其中,所述第二元件为大致平行于所述第一方向地延伸穿过所述弹性体的第二孔。
4.根据权利要求3的隔离器,进一步包括设置在所述弹性体内的***部,该***部环绕所述第一环形空隙和第二环形空隙。

13.根据权利要求1的隔离器,其中,所述第一元件包括大致平行于所述第一方向地延伸穿过所述弹性体的一对孔。
