Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及采用心轴执行的无缝管轧制。
背景技术
对于这种轧制工艺,已知使用具有彼此呈90°交错定位的两辊机架的轧机,或者使用彼此以60°角交错定位的三辊轧机,本发明涉及该后一种类型的轧机。
根据目前优选的实施例,每一个机架的三个轧辊安装在各自的摆动臂上,所述摆动臂的一端枢转连接到支撑壳体,通过使其沿平行于轧制轴线的滑轨(slides)滑动能够从轧机结构抽出该壳体。
EP565772中叙述了该类型轧机的一个示例,参考其可以获得关于该主题进一步的描述。
另一方面,关于本技术领域的现状需要说明的是轧辊安装在摆动臂上具有许多的缺点。
例如,在之前引用的专利中也有提及,这些缺点之一是由于随轧辊回转的枢轴的对准而引起的。
事实上,由于在枢轴支撑中厚度的***要求拆卸各个臂,并且伴随源自其重量以及在轧制过程中枢轴上沉积的污渍的问题,该操作必然伴有不可忽视的操作缺点。
并不希望通过保持其固定而作用在枢轴上,可以在轴承的密封件和连接梁之间***衬垫,其中该连接梁构成杠杆的顶部,但在该情况下再一次证实操作是繁重的。
进一步,为了能够从壳体中抽出臂,需要如在上述引用的专利中那样向前打开壳体,或者如在US6276182中所述的轧机中径向地打开;这意味着在任何情况下壳体都不可能具有非常刚性的结构,特别是沿轴向。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是改善本技术领域的现状。
因此主要目的是提供一种具有三个控制辊的轧机,其中控制辊的位置能够随由于周期的再次转动引起的直径变化以简单并有效的方式调整。
辊位置的径向调节也用于轧制不同的产品。
本发明的第二目的是设置用于容纳辊的壳体,其结构坚固并且能够以简单的形式抽出辊以便于维护。
通过构成本说明书整体部分的附加权利要求所描述的轧机来实现本发明的这些和其它目的。
附图说明
通过参考借助附图所述的优选的但非专有的实施例的详细描述,本发明进一步的特点和优点将更加明显。

具体实施方式
参考这些附图,1用来表示根据本发明的轧机,其包括由一系列横向于轧制轴线L排列的圆形凸起元件2a、2b、2c...2n构成的外部结构2,这些元件与隔板3互相连接,其端部由螺栓5紧固的杆4穿过所述隔板内部。
在轧机的结构2内部,成对的轨道7和8平行于纵轴L排列;尤其是,一对轨道7低于纵轴L,而另一对轨道8则定位成高于纵轴L:这样是因为第一对轨道用于夹持辊壳体10的滑动,而第二对轨道用于对其进行阻塞。
为此目的,每个壳体均设有用于在下部轨道7上滚动的轮11,并且在此设置液压千斤顶(在附图中未示出),向上推动壳体10以使它们保持压向上部轨道8;因此,在壳体内部抵靠着上部轨道形成接触肩部13。
每个壳体10容纳着与其密封件(轴承)一起分别安装在各自轭架21、22、23上的三个为一组的辊17、18和19;在此之上设置用于辊平衡***的啮合凹槽25、26和27,这些将在下面更多地描述。
每一个壳体10的辊的旋转轴A、B、C以60°排列,或者优选地,辊的正中面相对于轧制轴线L径向地以120°呈等距排列;在轧机内相邻壳体的辊的所述定位以60°交错排列。
进一步,根据本发明的实施例,轭架21、22和23相对轧制轴线径向地滑动;为此,在壳体10内具有引导轭架移动的滑轨29、30和31,所述轭架能够从为此目的在滑轨处敞开的壳体处径向地被抽出。
进一步,在壳体10中存在垫块33、34和35以加强其中的结构,其有利地形成沿正中连接线40(可见图2)连接的两个半壳。这些块在偶数和奇数机架的情形下都基本对准,由此两个连续机架的壳体相对于竖直轴对称:该事实使得可以准确地将沿轴线L轴向作用的力从壳体传递到结构2。
辊17-19通过它们各自的发动机41、42、43和适配器45、46、47以公知的方式控制,它们距轧制轴线的距离由液压舱49、50、51调节。
所述液压舱是必需的液压致动器,其具有刚性地安装(使用螺栓或其它)在轧机外部结构的元件2a、2b、2c等上的固定部和由与平衡杆53、54和55连接的活塞构成的移动部。
所述平衡杆啮合在轧辊轭架21-23上的凹槽25-27中,为了平衡其中的重量并保持在一个管和另一个管的辊之间的位置;恰好可以观察到,当壳体10沿轨道7滑动时,在没有妨碍壳体移动的情况下,杆53、54、55的末端从凹槽25、26和27抽出。
同时也有利于观察到,与液压舱49、50和51共轴的平衡***对于每一个辊17、18、19是唯一的,不像其中对每个辊存在两个平衡***的已知类型的两辊机架。
最后必须说明,壳体10在轧机的结构2内由阻挡***(图中未示出)阻塞,该阻挡***将壳体推向外部结构2的第一元件2a,进一步用于辊维护和改变操作,使壳体沿轨道7滑动并且使其从外部结构2的可拆卸底部59抽出。
根据前面所描述的,可以理解轧机机架是如何实现本发明前述目的的。
事实上,不但保持了三辊轧机的优点,也不存在具有现有技术的摆动臂的技术方案存在的缺陷。
特别地,由于沿轭架21-23的滑轨29-31的滑动,无需为了常规的维护在轧辊已经反转之后进行调节。
事实上,由于随转动移走的材料引起的尺寸减小并不要求任何几何变化来补偿在摆动臂轧机中产生的厚度增加或者其它情况:为此目的有效地执行由液压舱49、50和51操作的辊17-19的正常调节。
进一步突出具有相对轭架21-23的辊能够被容易地抽出并且由导轨29-31再次引入壳体10内,此外引导移动也作为组件的参照;同时也指出在不必拆卸壳体的情况下,为了允许轭架随辊径向移动,壳体10在导轨29-31处有利地被打开。
沿轧机设置小的心轴座机架,用于防止在轧机进料和排料步骤中心轴与处理辊之间的接触。该小的心轴机架通常是开放型三辊的形式并且对于本领域的技术人员而言是公知的设备。
提供类似的装置以用于从处理辊17、18和19释放适配器45、46和47,并且用于支撑和定位适配器。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于管的轧机,其包括:沿轧制轴线(L)延伸的外部结构(2);多个壳体(10),其容纳在外部结构中并且每个容纳至少三个辊(17、18、19);用于控制旋转辊的致动装置(41,42,43;45,46,47);用于调节辊(17,18,19)距轧制轴线(L)距离的调节装置(49,50,51),其特征在于,所述辊可在壳体内以引导的方式沿径向相对于轧制轴线移动,以调节其间的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轧机,其中为了使所述辊沿径向相对轧制轴线(L)移动,辊(17,18,19)安装在各自的轭架(21,22,23)上,所述轭架(21,22,23)沿布置在壳体(10)内的滑轨(29,30,31)滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轧机,其中轭架(21,22,23)可从壳体(10)径向地抽出。
4.根据权利2或3所述的轧机,其中用于调节辊(17,18,19)距轧制轴线(L)距离的调节装置包括固定在外部结构(2)上的液压舱(49,50,51),所述液压舱(49,50,51)设有与辊的轭架(21,22,23)上存在的凹槽(25,26,27)啮合的平衡杆(53,54,55)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的轧机,其中壳体(10)适于沿轧制轴线(L)滑动以从外部结构(2)抽出,并且其中位于轭架(21,22,23)上的凹槽(25,26,27)根据所述滑动定向,由此在从该外部结构中抽出壳体时,平衡杆(53,54,55)脱离凹槽(25,26,27)。
6.根据前述任何一个权利要求所述的轧机,其中壳体(10)包括两个半壳,所述两个半壳沿中心线(40)连接并且由两个半壳之间延伸的垫块(33,34,35)加固。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轧机,其中在外部结构中的相邻壳体(10)的垫块(33,34,35)基本上对准,以便将沿着轧制轴线(L)作用的轧制力从壳体正确地传递到轧机的外部结构(2)。
