Abstract

本发明涉及一种特别用于汽车的刮水器装置，其具有用于把刮水器装置固定在汽车上的固定装置(10)。刮水器装置至今主要是借助螺栓连接和插接点固定在汽车车身上。本发明的目的是，减少在车身上固定刮水器装置的安装费用。按本发明的刮水器装置通过固定装置(10)可夹紧在汽车车身的车身板(13)上。

刮水器装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于汽车的刮水器装置，其具有用来把刮水器装置固定在汽车上的固定装置。
背景技术
刮水器装置至今主要是借助螺栓连接和插接点固定在汽车车身上。为此需要专用工具、多个安装手柄以及相对更多的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，减少在车身上固定刮水器装置的安装费用。
本发明的用于汽车的刮水器装置具有用于把刮水器装置固定在汽车上的固定装置，刮水器装置通过固定装置可固定地夹持在汽车车身的车身板上，固定装置具有倒扳杠，其借助于支承在卡箍上的轴偏心地、可摆动地进行支承。
本发明利用前面所述类型的刮水器装置解决了提出的任务，所述刮水器装置按本发明通过固定装置可夹紧在汽车车身的车身板上。刮水器装置以这种方式无需螺钉和插接点就可固定在汽车车身上。所以安装刮水器装置所需的时间明显比以前少。用于安装的专用工具同样也可以省略。
固定装置可具有至少一个弹性夹持元件，其特别设置有至少两个导向面。在这至少两个导向面之间可***车身板。通过夹持元件的弹性特性，可弥补车身板的不同厚度。
为使车身板能够夹持在导向面之间，导向面设置得可相互相对运动。
固定装置可具有特别是由塑料制成的倒扳杠，其借助于支承在卡箍上的轴偏心地、可摆动地支承着。通过倒扳杠的摆动及其偏心支承，导向面可仅借助一个惟一的手柄就相互相对运动，使刮水器装置固定夹在车身上。
如果卡箍具有波形区域，则当倒扳杠摆动时此区域就会延长，从而使波形区域的波形变地较平。以这种方式可以补偿车身板很厚时的公差。
固定装置可具有至少一个橡胶缓冲器和/或间隔套。橡胶缓冲器同样也可补偿车身板很厚时的公差。间隔套可避免橡胶缓冲器的过度压缩。
因此间隔套能够可靠地避免橡胶缓冲器过度压缩，所述间隔套具有内孔，其呈管状朝车身板延伸。
倒扳杠可具有长形的外形，以便于操作。倒扳杠可通过特别在40°和100°之间、优选在45°至90°之间的运动，在其纵轴的横向上锁定住。导向面在这个位置处彼此是隔开的，因此车身板可***到导向面之间。
倒扳杠可具有支承面，用来在闭合位置，也就是进行了安装之后，或在安装位置，也就是为安装目的，来实现对倒扳杠的锁定。
因此夹持元件可被锁定在汽车的车身上，所述夹持元件可具有弹性腿，其可***到车身板的槽口中。
为在闭合位置锁定倒扳杠，它可设有钩子，所述钩子在闭合位置嵌入到为它设置的槽口中。
导向板可在其相互对置的面上构成为表面粗糙不平的。因此在夹紧状态下增强了导向板在车身处的摩擦。
在制造倒扳杠时特别有利的是，它由未增强的或纤维增强的塑料制成或由金属压铸制成。
如果把固定装置设置在型管上，则把刮水器装置固定在车身上是非常容易实现的。
下面借助附图详说明一优选实施例。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了固定装置10，其设置在型管11上。此固定装置10具有夹持元件12，其间夹有车身板13。此外固定装置10还设置有倒扳杠14、橡胶缓冲器15和间隔套16。
夹持元件12具有两个导向面30(见图3)和40(见图4)，其间可***车身板13。导向面30和40是通过弯曲部31有弹性地彼此相连，此弯曲部31也可用作车身板13的止挡。
夹持元件12具有卡箍32，其上设置有波形区域33。此卡箍32在其自由端部设置有支承元件34，其从下方压住导向面40的下表面(见图5)。
倒扳杠14借助支承在卡箍32上的轴17偏心地、可摆动地支承着(图1和2)。
为在导向面30和40之间***车身板13，倒扳杠14处于安装位置(见图1)。
一旦车身板13***到导向面30和40之间，则倒扳杠14朝右摆到闭合位置。由于倒扳杠14在轴17上的偏心支承，它在朝右摆动时也同时向上压，因此卡箍32朝上拉起。同时，支承元件34压住导向面40的下表面，因此位于导向面30和40之间的车身板13被夹紧。
夹持元件12设置有两个弹性腿41(见图4)，其嵌入到设置在车身板13上的槽口50(见图5)中。因此车身板13更好地锁定在两个导向面30和40之间。
倒扳杠14具有钩子60(见图6)，其可嵌入到夹持元件12的凹槽42中，以避免无意地打开倒扳杠14。
此外，倒扳杠14还设置有支承面61和62(见图6)，其把倒扳杠14锁定在其闭合位置和安装位置。
间隔套16具有内孔70(见图7)，其呈管状朝车身板延伸。因此当倒扳杠14朝右摆动至闭合位置时，间隔套16可避免橡胶缓冲器15的过度压缩。

Claims (15)

1.用于汽车的刮水器装置，其具有用于把刮水器装置固定在汽车上的固定装置(10)，刮水器装置通过固定装置(10)可固定地夹持在汽车车身的车身板(13)上，其特征在于，固定装置(10)具有倒扳杠(14)，其借助于支承在卡箍(32)上的轴(17)偏心地、可摆动地进行支承。
2.按权利要求1所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，固定装置(10)具有至少一个弹性夹持元件(12)，其设置有至少两个导向面(30、40)。
3.按权利要求2所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，导向面(30、40)设置得可相互相对运动。
4.按权利要求1所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)由塑料制成。
5.按权利要求3所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，卡箍(32)具有波形区域(33)。
6.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，固定装置(10)具有至少一个橡胶缓冲器(15)和/或间隔套(16)。
7.按权利要求6所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，间隔套(16)具有内孔(70)，其呈管状朝车身板(13)延伸。
8.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)具有长形的外形，可通过在40°和100°之间的运动而锁定在其纵轴的横向上。
9.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)具有支承面(61、62)，用来在闭合位置或安装位置锁定倒扳杠。
10.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，夹持元件(12)具有至少一个弹性腿(41)，其可嵌入至汽车的车身板(13)上的槽口(50)中。
11.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)设置有钩子(60)。
12.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，导向面(30、40)在其相互对置的表面上是粗糙不平的。
13.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)由未增强的或纤维增强的塑料或由金属压铸制成。
14.按权利要求1至5中之一所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，固定装置(10)设置在型管(11)上。
15.按权利要求8所述的刮水器装置，其特征在于，倒扳杠(14)可通过在45°至90°之间的运动而锁定在其纵轴的横向上。
