Abstract

本发明公开了一种船只推力鳍(20),所述船只推力鳍(20)回收由螺旋桨(30)后部产生的旋流所造成的能量损失,并使其转化为推力。本发明的推力鳍(20)形状简单,可以提高船只的推进效率,并且由于所述推力鳍(20)安装简单,因此能够应用于实际船只,使船只的推力达到最大。所述推力鳍(20)安装在船舵(10)的前部,其安装方式使得所述推力鳍(20)的集成为一体的左侧和右侧为非对称。所述推力鳍(20)安装在船舵(10)上的垂直位置,该位置是根据船舵的外形和流体动力学特性而确定的最佳位置。

Description

船只推力鳍
技术领域
本发明涉及一种船只推力鳍,所述船只推力鳍回收由螺旋桨后部产生的旋流所造成的能量损失,并使其转化为推力。
背景技术
如本领域技术人员所知,船只的螺旋桨通过旋转产生推力,然而在螺旋桨旋转的同时会在其后部产生旋流,如图1所示。所述旋流与推力的产生无关,只是造成了能量损失。推力鳍是一种装置,该装置通过回收由螺旋桨后部产生的旋流所造成的大量能量损失来提高船只的推进效率。
与飞机翼板的方式相同,这种船只推力鳍在船只的运动方向上产生升力,以提高船只的推进效率。推力鳍用于产生强大的升力,也就是在螺旋桨的滑流中产生强大的推力,其中螺旋桨在提高轴向流速的同时,会在所述螺旋桨的滑流中产生旋流。因此,所述推力鳍优选安装在螺旋桨后部的船舵上。
然而,因为与其它区域相比,该区域具有复杂的流动特性,所以很难对推力鳍与流体流之间的角度(即冲角)进行优化。
同时,通过旋转来使船只移动的螺旋桨使周围的流体加速。流体的轴向加速因素产生了推力,但是与螺旋桨的旋转方向相关的加速因素仅造成了能量的损失,无助于推力的增加。
为了回收由与螺旋桨的旋转方向相关的加速因素所导致的损失能量,已开发出各种形状的附加装置,并运用于船体的后部。然而,大多数传统的附加装置的问题在于,它们仅在特定船只和航行状况下才能提高推进效率。此外,由于结构复杂、安装成本高,因此降低了在实际船只中应用的可能性。
然而,上述安装在船舵上的推力鳍尽管结构简单,却能显著地提高船只的推进效率。此外,由于所述推力鳍的安装简单,因此易于在实际船只中应用。因此,本发明的发明人(在韩国专利申请No.1988-0018041中)提出了一种使用推力鳍来优化冲角以增加推力的方法。
因为所述推力鳍可以在螺旋桨的滑流中产生强大的推力,其中流体被螺旋桨加速,所述推力鳍通常以一定形式安装在船舵上,在该形式中,两个推力鳍分别安装在船舵的左侧壁和右侧壁,如图2所示。此外,由于船体的影响,螺旋桨的滑流具有非对称的流动特性。因此,必须将所述推力鳍的左侧和右侧设计成与所述非对称流动特性相应的非对称形状,从而显著地增加推力。
发明内容
因此,本发明针对现有技术中的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种船只推力鳍,所述推力鳍形状简单,可以提高船只的推进效率,并且由于所述推力鳍安装简单,因此能够应用于实际船只,使船只的推力达到最大。
图3是根据本发明的推力鳍的示意图。图4是根据本发明的推力鳍的结构强度分析图。图5是根据本发明的推力鳍的形状和数字分析模型的示意图。图6说明了具有本发明的推力鳍的船只模型的自推进试验。图7是根据本发明的推力鳍的推进效率的变化图。本发明提供了一种安装在船舵上以增加船只的推进效率的推力鳍。所述推力鳍安装在船舵的前部,其安装方式使得所述推力鳍的集成为一体的左侧和右侧为非对称。所述推力鳍安装在船舵上的垂直位置,该位置是根据船舵的外形和流体动力学特性而确定的最佳位置。
本发明是通过针对应用于实际船只的大量试验和研究而得到的结果。本发明涉及船只推力鳍的形状和安装位置,所述船只推力鳍显著地提高了船只的推进效率,而且其结构简化了加工过程和安装操作,确保了其结构强度和稳定性。

具体实施方式
通常,如图1所示,由于船体的影响,因螺旋桨30的旋转而在螺旋桨的30后部产生的旋流40的流动方向与通过所述螺旋桨中心的水平面的方向相反,所述旋流40的流动特性对于在流动特性的影响下的船舵而言是非对称的。因此,推力鳍具有非对称的形状,以增加推力。图3说明了本发明的推力鳍20的形状,所述推力鳍20具有非对称的形状,并安装在船舵上,以增加船只的推力。
此时,根据悬臂理论,如果将彼此分离的两个推力鳍安装到船舵上,则会在船舵10与所述推力鳍的连接处施加较大的应力。从而,所述推力鳍安装到所述船舵的连接处周围需要分别进行加固。为了解决本发明提到的上述问题,将所述推力鳍制造成一体化的结构,从而简化了推力鳍的制造工艺且增加了强度。此外,如图4所示,通过对结构强度的数字分析,可以确保推力鳍的稳定性。
将推力鳍设置在船舵的前部,增加了在螺旋桨滑流中的推力。此外,在所述推力鳍的结构中,所述推力鳍***到槽中,所述槽形成于船舵的指定位置。因此,所述推力鳍的初始安装非常简单,即使所述推力鳍被意外损坏,也可以方便地采用新的推力鳍进行更换。
在下文中,将参考优选的实施方式来说明本发明。
图5说明了根据以下实施方式设计并连接到船舵上的推力鳍。图6说明了船只模型的自推进试验,进行该自推进试验来证实应用所述推力鳍可以增加推进效率。
实施例
如图5所示,左侧长度(与螺旋桨相比)约为0.5Rp、右侧长度约为0.4Rp(Rp:螺旋桨的半径)、最大宽度(与螺旋桨相比)为0.15Rp的推力鳍连接在船舵上,测试了该推力鳍连接在船舵上的垂直位置的推进效率的变化。
如图7所示,在经过研究而开发出的推力鳍中,可以确信,如果将所述推力鳍连接到与中心轴对齐的位置,则所述推进效率将增加约6%,如果将所述推力鳍连接到从所述中心轴向上偏离0.15Rp的位置,则所述推进效率将增加约4%,如果将所述推力鳍连接到从所述中心轴向上偏离0.3Rp的位置,则所述推进效率将增加约3%。
虽然以示例为目的公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本发明并不限于该优选实施方式。此外,在不偏离权利要求书中所公开的本发明的精神和范围的前提下,本领域的技术人员可以实施各种修改,这些修改应落在本发明的范围内。
有益效果
如上所述,根据本发明的船只推力鳍结构简化了制造工艺和安装过程。此外,所述推力鳍可以增加船只的推进效率,从而显著地提高了船只运行的经济效益。

Claims (6)

1.一种安装在船舵上以增加船只推进效率的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍安装在船舵的前部并***到形成于船舵的指定位置的槽中,使得所述推力鳍的集成为一体的左侧和右侧为非对称。
2.根据权利要求1所述的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍安装在所述船舵上的垂直位置,该位置是根据船舵的形状和流体动力学特性而确定的最佳位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍的左侧长度约等于螺旋桨半径的0.5,右侧长度约等于螺旋桨半径的0.4。
4.根据权利要求3所述的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍的最大宽度等于螺旋桨半径的0.15。
5.根据权利要求3所述的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍连接到与螺旋桨的中心轴对齐的位置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的推力鳍,其中,所述推力鳍连接到从螺旋桨的中心轴向上偏离螺旋桨半径的0.3的位置。
