Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于具有所谓“推挽式”封闭装置的容器的容器封闭装置以及一种用来制造这种容器封闭装置的方法。
背景技术
在体育饮料领域中,根据日益增长的市场行情,“能够在合适的容器中提供加入了维生素的或其它例如浓缩的饮料”这一需求正在强烈增长。因此,例如除了美国Vittel的饮料产品以外还有了例如“smartwater”或“vitamin water”。其中涉及的基本上是基于常见饮用水并被添加了例如香辛料、色料、维他命以及类似物等活性添加物以提高吸引力及功能性的饮料。由于伴随这类饮料原则上也一同售出了“生活方式”,所以为其使用的容器与瓶子原则上通常也是透明的或至少是半透明的,以此使得例如与特殊的果肉特征或口味特征相配的颜色清晰可辨。
尤其在体育领域中、特别在自行车体育领域中通常偏爱适于单手操作的用于体育饮料产品的饮料瓶。通常这种饮料瓶具有所谓的“推挽式”封闭装置。这种饮料封闭装置不仅能够被简单地开启,而且也能在使用后利用简单的拇指按压而再次被关闭。因此,对于这种容器封闭装置的需求始终较大。
EP-1 025 014公开了一种用于体育饮料容器的这种“推挽式”封闭。容器封闭装置拥有用来安装在容器的容器开口上的包壳。包壳拥有包壳开口,包壳开口具有喷嘴,从喷嘴中可以取饮。其中,在包壳上可移地设置的喷嘴能够在密封包壳开口的关闭位置与开启包壳开口的开启位置之间来回移动。
所述类型的浓缩饮料通常在进入市场之前已被混合完毕。例如已经提到的这种通常具有维他命、单种维他命例如维他命C的饮料活性添加物具有下述特征,即它们都会通过热量、紫外线或与氧化物接触所带来的影响而相对较快地遭到破坏或在含量上迅速减小。因此,富有意义的做法是,应该让敏感的维他命在饮料即将使用之前才被加入。出于同样的原因,透明的或半透明的饮料容器对于长期保存维他命饮料来说通常是不适合的。
因此存在下述需求,即能够在饮料瓶中给饮料提供维他命或其它起生理作用的物质的浓缩物,并一方面让该浓缩物能够被方便的获取,另一方面还能以简单而不复杂的方式使得敏感的活性添加物在即将使用之前才混入基础饮料。此外,所述的饮料还应该适合在台架上销售。然而常见的“推挽式”容器封闭装置却无法简单地实现这一点,因为必须要把容器拧开并人工地加入或装入活性添加物。
DE-87 09 336-U1公开了一种具有容器和混合装置的瓶子封闭装置,其中的容器用于第二种饮料。在这种显然未被设为取饮封闭装置的瓶子封闭装置中,通过一层薄膜使液体A与液体B彼此隔开。销用来刺破薄膜。对于这种装置来说,使用者可以通过从上方按压封闭装置的上部而很容易地实现液体A与B的混合。对于这种装置来说,为了取饮必须要把封闭装置的上部完全去除。因此,这种瓶子封闭装置对于单手操作来说是不适合的。

US-2004/011679公开了一种容器封闭装置,它具有一些可选择操作的添加剂送出工具。除了中心设置的“推挽式”封闭装置以外,在“推挽式”封闭装置的***处还设置了多个可通过下压方式操作的凸模(所谓的“阳模”)。通过操作其中一个凸模会将作为金属膜构成且表面上属于容器封闭装置的密封件刺穿,并且送出在空心空间中设在相关凸模下方的添加剂。因此而使得用于容器封闭(“推挽式”中心封闭装置)与用于添加剂添加的操作元件在功能以及设置方面彼此分离。作为添加剂可以设置粉状的、颗粒化的、或固体的物质(例如药片)。所公开的方案肯定不适用于液态的活性添加物,因为对于凸模来说,由于它具有简单的滑板,所以可能会出现无法解决的密封问题。
在同一公开文本中还示有一种带有气泡室的实施例作为凸模的替代。除非有必要,否则在这种情况下当然也无须单独的穿刺元件,因为处于气泡室中的药片能够自己承担起这一角色。这也就是说,需要采用相应坚固的气泡室内容物并且不会轻易给液态的内容物带来问题。此外,在气泡室中可供支配的、用于常见“添加剂应用”中活性添加物、例如液态维他命浓缩物的容积毕竟太小。
最后在US-6 230 884中公开了一种容器封闭装置,它具有可释放的药片室。中央设置的“推挽式”封闭装置拥有尖头以及设置在尖头下方并由薄膜形成的药片室。在操作(下压)尖头时,药片室的薄膜被刺穿,从而将添加剂送出。一次性的下压使得活性添加物被送出并同时也将“推挽式”封闭装置关闭。因此,在这里,用于容器封闭(“推挽式”中央封闭装置)与用于活性添加物送出的操作元件在功能与设置上彼此关联。这尽管具有简单的构造方式,却同样也具有缺点,即用于添加剂的可供支配的容积非常小。此外,药片室也不能作为可集成在容器封闭装置中的、单独并且可以替代的组件而总是设置在容器开口上。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,以一种方式对具有简单构造类型的所谓“推挽式”封闭装置的容器进行改良,使得对于环境影响敏感的液态活性添加物能够以足够的量处于封闭装置中备用,并且让活性添加物可以在即将使用之前以简单的方式与方法混入容器内容物。而且还应提供一种用来制造这种容器封闭装置的简单方法。
该目的通过以下特征得以解决。
解决方案如下:对于所属的容器封闭装置来说,通常在包壳件中为了密封而在容器开口的圆形突出环岸上设置密封唇,在密封唇上设有可撕开或可刺穿的封闭膜,从而在包壳件或容器封闭装置的内部空间中形成与容器内容物密封隔绝的附加空间。在这个附加空间中可以置入期望的活性添加物、例如维他命浓缩物。另外还在包壳件中可移动地设置了具有撕扯与穿刺装置的销,其中,通过操作销可以将封闭膜撕开或刺穿,从而使得存在于附加空间中的物质能够到达容器之中。其中,销可以非常简单地通过“下压”而得到操作。
可以获得的优点之一当然是按照本发明的装置的简易性,其中将销(9)居中并与移动件(6)同心地设置。就后效而言,这一点还表明了在某些情况下可以对已经制成的“推挽式”封闭装置进行改装,因为包壳件的基本设计除了包壳件前端处的销开口(其中的销开口大多也能够在后来被安装)以外无须更改。
其它优点在于:利用(完好无损的)封闭膜可以获得气密性更好的密封,这尤其对于含碳酸饮料而言具有优点,因为这种饮料的“新鲜”会确保更为长久。由于封闭膜(7)在完好状态下通过遮盖整个容器开口截面而阻止容器内容物通过流出开口(5)外流,所以在此期间当然也会出现“推挽式”封闭装置已知的气密性的不足之处。此外,由于对环境影响例如紫外线敏感的活性添加物直到使用之前始终停留在容器封闭装置的附加空间中,所以容器或饮料瓶也能够简单地由透明的或至少是半透明的材料、例如PET制成。同时,举例来说,按照本发明构成的饮料瓶的使用者可以在视觉上判断饮料,并且使用者也可以立刻检查其操作(例如放出维他命添加剂)的结果。
此外,本发明不仅适用于具有液体浓度的活性添加物也适用于具有粉稠度的活性添加物。在实际情况中经常应用的大多是具有浆稠度的维他命活性添加物。
在本发明的另一个优选实施例中可以给包壳件附加设置安全环(防干扰环)。还可以给容器封闭装置附加设置安全罩。安全罩可以避免脏物进入流出口或取饮口,甚至还可以避免销被不小心操作。为了避免后面的情况当然也可以采取其它预防措施,例如袖口式的、可轻易压开的元件。
为了改善封闭膜的气密性,优选将封闭膜设为经涂镀的金属膜,其中的涂层可以是漆层也可以是塑料层。这样做还使得金属膜与原则上同样由塑料制成的包壳件密封唇的密封连接更加容易。在这种情况中可以采用合适的热焊处理方法、例如感应焊接来连接封闭膜与密封唇。
此外,撕扯与穿刺装置优选设有一些基本呈星形的长撕边。这样做的效果是,可以大面积而不只是点状地实现封闭膜上的撕扯或穿刺作用,因为不然的话、尤其在黏液状或粉状活性添加物的应用中可能只能获得容器中缓慢并且不足的混合。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中还做了下述设置,即,销可以与撕扯与穿刺装置插接或啮合连接。这一点当然可以通过技术人员已知的合适的部件机械结构实现。
用来制造按照本发明的容器封闭装置的优选方法如下:在具有所属“推挽式”封闭装置的情况下,首先将销从流出开口的侧面导入,与此同时从另一侧引入撕扯与穿刺装置,接着将这两个元件插在一起或面对面地相互连接。在这基础之上将指定的物质置入附加空间中,接着把封闭膜安置在包壳件的密封唇上并让其与之液密地相连或热封。
根据已经提到的内容存在一个特别的优点,即,该制造方法原则上也适用于改装“推挽式”封闭装置。改装可能只在当密封唇上的接触面不足以大到能够保证密封唇与封闭膜之间密封连接的时候才会产生问题。

图1示出了按照本发明的容器封闭装置2的包壳件1的侧视图、俯视图以及沿着线A-A的截面。其中的容器封闭装置2可以围绕(未示出的)容器开口安装。在当前情况下,容器开口拥有圆形的突出的环岸(同样未示出),其中,这个环岸伸入外壁3与同样圆形且设置在包壳件1上的密封唇4之间。通过密封唇4使得容器与容器封闭装置2之间密封。包壳件1还在前部拥有流出开口5。

在密封唇4上设有可以撕开和/或可以刺穿的封闭膜7。通过封闭膜7可以在包壳件1的面向移动件的内部空间中形成与容器内容物密封隔开的附加空间8。显而易见,当移动件6像图3所示那样将流出开口5封闭时,这样生成的被隔开的附加空间8也应该恰好相对于外界封闭。在附加空间8中可以安置物质(未示出)。
此外,在包壳件1中还轴向移动地设置了具有撕扯与穿刺装置10的销9。通过操作销9可以借助撕扯与穿刺装置10将封闭膜7撕开和/或刺穿。因此,撕扯与穿刺装置10位于(只要封闭膜7尚且完好)附加空间8之内。通过操作销9(将其压向封闭膜并撕开封闭膜)可以因此让在安装封闭膜7之前置入附加空间8内的物质到达容器之内并在那里与容器内容物混合。
设置附加空间8是为了储存具有液稠度或粉稠度的物质。饮料的维他命活性添加物通常来自糖浆式的、相对较为黏稠的黏稠物。尤其对于维他命活性添加物来说,封闭膜7必须保证附加空间8的液封闭、并且理想的是也保证其尽可能气密的封闭。尤其在关于含碳酸饮料的应用中期望有尽可能气密的封闭。因此优选给封闭膜7涂镀金属膜,其中的涂层可以是漆层也可以是塑料层。这也简化了封闭膜7与包壳件1密封唇4的密封连接,密封唇4原则上也由塑料制成。在这些情况下可以采用适宜的热焊处理、例如感应焊接来连接封闭膜7与密封唇4。
按照本发明的容器封闭装置适合用来储存具有液稠度或粉稠度的物质、尤其还适用于储存相对于环境影响具有高敏感性的物质、例如提到过的维他命活性添加物,通过使用合适的材料当然可以从根本上支持该适用性。制成包壳件1与移动件6的材料对于紫外线来说应该是完全不可透射的,以便保护对射线敏感的组件不会过早受损或改变。
销9与撕扯与穿刺装置10优选可插接。可插接或可啮合的连接性当然可以通过技术人员已知的合适的部件机械结构获得。所以,如图3所示的那样,销9拥有凸轮式的啮合元件11,啮合元件11穿入撕扯与穿刺装置10的可弹性扩张的接受件12中。撕扯与穿刺装置10优选拥有多条长撕边13,以便靠其实现尽可能大面积的撕扯与穿刺效果。长撕边13使得封闭膜7上的撕扯或穿刺效果大面积地而不只是点状地体现,因为不然的话尤其在黏液状或粉状活性添加物的应用中可能只能获得容器中缓慢并且不足的混合。
另外,按照本发明的容器封闭装置2还可以附带拥有其它组件。所以可以在包壳件1上设置可卸除的安全环14(防干扰环),它可以表明容器是否已被打开过一次。另外还可以在包壳件1上和在移动件6与销9的上方设置安全罩15。它的作用是避免脏物进入流出开口5或出水口并且也避免销9不小心***作。为了避免出现后种情况当然也可以采取其它预防措施,例如围绕销9的外部可见部分设置袖口式的、可轻易卸除的零件。
图4示出的是图3所示容器封闭装置2的3D视图。
图5示出了具有销9的撕扯与穿刺装置10的侧视图、俯视图以及3D视图。尤其从3D视图中可以看到,撕边13优选设为星形。在这种情况下设置了三条撕边13,当然也可以设置其它数量的撕边。
用来制造按照本发明的容器封闭装置的优选方法如下:在具有所属“推挽式”封闭装置的情况下(也就是当一个容器封闭装置具有至少一个包壳件1以及一个安置在该包壳件1上的移动件6时),首先将销9从流出开口5的一侧引入,与此同时从另一侧引入撕扯与穿刺装置10,接着将这两个元件(9,10)插在一起或面对面地相互连接。在确保流出开口5已被移动件6封闭之后,将指定的物质置入附加空间8中,接着把封闭膜7安置在包壳件1的密封唇4上并让其与之液密地相连或热封。按照本发明的容器封闭装置2这样一来就处于可安装到容器上的预备状态了。
在使用中例如让使用者首先将配有按照本发明的容器封闭装置的饮料瓶的安全罩15去除。为了让附加空间8中的维他命活性添加物与饮料瓶的内容物混合而将销9固定向下按压。由此让撕扯与穿刺装置10将封闭膜7穿刺并撕裂,从而液态的维他命活性添加物能够从附加空间8流入容器。对于透明的饮料瓶来说,使用者原则上可以直接检查其操作的结果。为了从饮料瓶中取饮,使用者只须上推(或上提)移动件6,从而将流出开口5开启。接下来可以借助移动件6又一次将饮料瓶密封。当然,销9也可以根据使用者的操作而保持在被压入的位置中。取饮过程因此而绝对不会受到阻挡,因为销末端在构造上按照下述内容构成,即在已压入状态下,在中央区域内只形成几乎察觉不到并且不再形成干扰的较小提升。

Claims (8)

1.用于具有所谓“推挽式”封闭装置的容器的容器封闭装置(2),其中容器封闭装置(2)拥有可围绕容器开口设置的包壳件(1),还拥有在包壳件(1)上可移动地设置的移动件(6),这样,通过移动件(6)在包壳件(1)上的移动可以开启或关闭流出开口(5),其中,
-在包壳件(1)上设置了可撕开或可刺穿的封闭膜(7),由此在包壳件(1)的面向移动件(6)的内部空间中形成相对于容器内容物密封隔开的附加空间(8),并且,
-在包壳件(1)中还可移动地设置了具有撕扯与穿刺装置(10)的销(9),其中,通过操作销(9)可以将封闭膜(7)撕开或刺穿并由此让可置入附加空间(8)内的物质能够到达容器之中,
并且其中,所述容器封闭装置的所述附加空间(8)为了保存具有液稠度或粉稠度的物质而密封地构成,而且封闭膜(7)在完好状态下阻止容器内容物通过流出开口(5)流出,其中销(9)和移动件(6)可以彼此独立地在包壳件上移动,而封闭膜(7)被牢固地与包壳件(1)相连接,
其特征在于,销(9)能够与撕扯和穿刺装置(10)可插在一起地连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,容器的附加空间(8)为了保存对紫外线敏感的物质而防辐射地构成。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,销(9)居中并且关于移动件(6)同心地设置。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,包壳件(1)还设有安全环(14)。
5.按照权利要求1或2所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,所述容器封闭装置(2)还设有安全罩(15)。
6.按照权利要求1或2所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,封闭膜(7)是经涂镀的金属膜。
7.按照权利要求1或2所述的容器封闭装置(2),其中,撕扯与穿刺装置(10)拥有多条长撕边(13),以便大面积地获得撕扯或穿刺效果。
8.用来制造按照权利要求1所述容器封闭装置(2)的方法,具有下述方法步骤:
-制备用于具有所谓“推挽式”封闭装置的容器的容器封闭装置,其中所述容器封闭装置拥有可围绕容器开口设置且具有密封唇(4)的包壳件(1),还拥有在包壳件(1)上可移动地设置的移动件(6),这样,通过所述移动件(6)在所述包壳件(1)上的移动可以开启或关闭流出开口(5),
-将销(9)导入所述包壳件(1),
-将撕扯与穿刺装置(10)从相对的侧面导入所述包壳件(1)并连接所述销(9)与所述撕扯与穿刺装置(10),
-确认所述移动件(6)将所述流出开口(5)封闭,
-将物质装入所述附加空间(8),并且
-把封闭膜(7)安置在所述包壳件(1)的所述密封唇(4)上,随后借助合适的连接方法将所述封闭膜(7)与所述密封唇(4)液密地连接。
