Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种与分离器相关的用于清洁(清管)或扩孔(reaming)该分离器的装置。所述分离器包括具有入口和至少一个出口的罐或容器。传输管道连接到入口以供给要在分离器中分离的流体。
背景技术
在与从地下储层抽取油或气相关地输送流体(例如油、气或水)的过程中,可以建立内尺度或者砂或泥渣可以沉积在用于抽取过程的管道***和设备中。例如扩孔器或遥控牵引器或自动装置的机械设备通常用来去除这些。
申请人自己的国际专利申请PCT/NO/03/00301表示和描述了组合的分离器方案,其中,传统重力分离器的入口被设计为管道分离器,要分离的流体与管道分离器相关地受到分层,以便当流体流入传统分离器时就已经开始分离。但是,现有技术方案和传统重力分离器都没有设计用机械装置清洁。因此通常非常昂贵或通常不可能清洁与传统分离器相关的管道***。
发明内容
本发明提供该分离器的方案,使得可以使用机械装置进行清洁操作。
本发明的特征在于传输管道从入口通过分离器主体延伸。位于分离器主体内部的一部分管道设有穿孔或狭槽,以便到达传输管道的流体通过穿孔/狭槽流入罐中,如所述独立权利要求1所限定。
从属权利要求2和3限定了本发明的优选特征。

具体实施方式
如上所述,图1和图2表示一种例如用于分离油和水的重力分离器1,在此所示由圆筒形罐或主体2构成,所述主体具有连接到传输管道(入口管道)3的入口以及分别用于油出口4和水出口5的分离出口(仅用箭头表示)。杠杆构件10设置在分离器中,该杠杆构件与流体型面和流体水平面对齐以控制流体的入流和出流。
本发明的特定特征在于传输管道3从入口通过分离器主体2延伸。位于分离器主体2内部的管道的部分6设有穿孔或狭槽7,以便以便到达传输管道3的流体通过穿孔/狭槽7流入罐中。阀8设置在分离器主体2下游的管子9中。当分离器在操作时该阀8关闭。通过该方案,可以利用机械装置(清管)或扩孔器来清洁传输管道3。该装置可以从储料装置(magazine)(未示)通过分离器主体中的管子6传送并经由管子环路(未示)再返回储料装置。
可以有利地遥控的阀8在清洁过程中打开。机械清洁可以根据需要设计成自动操作或手动控制。
在分离器中没有这种连续的管子,则不可能实施与传统分离器相关的管子***的机械清洁,因为将不可能使用于清洁的机械装置返回或者清空该机械装置。

Claims (3)

1.一种与分离器相关的用于清洁或扩孔该分离器的装置,其中该分离器包括具有入口和至少一个出口(5,6)的罐或主体(2),传输管道(3)连接到入口以供给要在分离器中分离的流体,
其特征在于,
传输管道(3)从入口通过分离器主体(2)延伸,位于分离器主体(2)内部的传输管道的部分(6)设有穿孔或狭槽(7),以便到达传输管道(3)的流体通过穿孔/狭槽(7)流入罐中。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在分离器主体(2)下游的传输管道(9)设有阀(8)。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于,用于清洁传输管道(3)的机械设备被设计成从储料装置通过分离器主体(2)传送并经由管子环路再返回储料装置。
