技术领域
本发明涉及一种被直接支承的轴颈和一其内部接头部分与轴颈可靠地啮合且与其一起转动的恒速万向接头之间的连接组件,具体地说,它是用于一机动车辆驱动的传动轴的连接组件。该轴颈可以轴向及径向地置于一手动的齿轮箱内或者置于一轴驱动件内,此时恒速万向接头位于传动器轴的一端,该轴颈也可沿径向弹性地悬挂在一弹性的中间轴承内,然后,使恒速万向接头用作为一两个部分的传动轴的中心轴承。
背景技术
机动车辆的安装空间正面临着越来越多的限制。这种情况也适用于传动系的安装空间。同时,就可靠的残余不平衡来说,安装的传动系必须满足更加严格的要求。
在目前的解决方案中,后传动轴接头通过一突缘连接器连接到轴驱动的输入轴颈上,这就必须接受这样的事实:突缘跑出的公差(相对于轴颈的轴线)、接头跑出的和接头/突缘配合的公差是加起来的,这就出现了接头相对于轴颈的轴向固定的具体问题。
从WO 98/35174中可以了解到,后传动轴接头的外接头部分通过花键直接连接到轴驱动的输入轴颈上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一前面所说的连接组件,其中,连接组件可借助于可靠的轴向固定装置以一简单方式实现连接,更具体地说,涉及一简单的组装程序。
一第一解决方案在于,一螺纹套筒,其保持成相对于内接头部分轴向地固定且可相对其自由地转动,它包括一可旋入到轴颈上对应螺纹上的螺纹。并提出螺纹套筒的螺纹是一内螺纹,而轴颈上的对应螺纹是一外螺纹。还提出轴颈上的外螺纹携带一螺母,使螺纹套筒停止抵靠在该螺母上,并固定住不能转动。该种阻止转动的作用可用中心冲头或其它现有技术方法实现。
根据第一实施例,提出螺纹套筒连接到内接头部分,具体来说,螺纹套筒啮合内接头部分内的凹陷,在该凹陷内,布置有轴向固定装置。螺纹套筒和内接头部分之间的连接可用一固定环来实现。
根据第二实施例,提出螺纹套简直接地连接到一被焊接在内接头部分上的中间套筒,具体来说,借助于一其中形成有轴向固定装置的凹陷在该中间套筒上方延伸。
具体来说,上述在轴颈上的螺母用来将滚动接触的轴承夹紧在轴颈上。
一第二解决方案在于一螺纹套筒,它被布置成可相对于轴颈轴向地固定并自由地转动,它包括一螺纹,它通过一对应螺纹至少可间接地旋入到内接头部分上。具体来说,可自由转动的连接可实现在螺纹套筒和一旋在轴颈上的螺母之间,其中,具体来说,螺纹套筒啮合一其中布置有轴向固定装置的螺母内的凹陷。实现螺纹套筒和内接头部分之间的螺纹连接,可间接地通过一连接到内接头部分上的突出的套筒,或直接地通过一体地形成在内接头部分上的突出的套筒。具体来说,提出螺纹套筒是一外螺纹,而内接头部分上的对应螺纹是一内螺纹,它设置在一附连到内接头部分的突出的套筒上。还提出使螺纹套筒邻接抵靠附连的套筒或抵靠内接头部分,同时可转动地予以固定。在此情形中,轴颈上的所述螺母也可同时地用来夹紧一位于轴颈上的滚动接触的轴承。
对于该两种解决方案,对于螺纹套筒对应于内接头部分轴向地自由固定并相应地固定到轴颈上,设置一啮合对应的环形槽的固定环。一方面,该环形槽较佳地设置在螺纹套筒上,另一方面,相应地设置在内接头部分上或附连的套筒上和螺母上。
根据一特别有优点的实施例,该实施例允许在大的程度上预组装填充润滑油脂且密封的恒速万向接头,并提出位于其外圆周上的密封件至少间接密封地并可转动地可靠地连接到恒速万向接头的外接头部分上,而位于其内圆周上的密封件密封地搁置在螺纹套筒、中间套筒或突出套筒上。
为此,在内接头部分的端部处,该端与密封件相对并指向传动轴管,提出附连密封地关闭内接头部分的内花键的孔的另一盖。传动轴管本身连接到恒速万向接头的外接头部分。
本发明的连接组件具有以下优点:
-恒速万向接头、密封装置和轴向安装装置形成一个单元;
-该组件可以无损方式释放,并可反复地关闭;它最多在损坏和更换固定环的情况下可释放和重新关闭;
-恒速万向接头和轴向保持装置可以填充润滑油脂、密封单元的形式设置,不必提供任何附加的运输密封装置;

本发明通过花键实现内接头部分和轴颈之间的连接包括仅一个单一公差的连接。传动轴的转动轴线的位置可更精确地固定。可避免任何因安装接头偏心引起的不平衡。

具体实施方式

6.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,螺纹套筒(41)的螺纹(42)是一内螺纹,而轴颈(11)处的配对螺纹(36)是一外螺纹。
7.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,轴颈(11)处的配对螺纹(36)携带一螺母(17),使螺纹套筒(41)邻接抵靠在该螺母上,在所述螺纹套筒(41)停止地抵靠在所述螺母(17)上之后,所述螺纹套筒(41)相对所述螺母(17)固定而不转动。
8.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,一密封件(33)借助于其外周至少间接地密封地连接到恒速万向接头(12)的外接头部分(22)上并固定在其上且与其一起转动,该密封件(33)借助于其内周密封地定位在所述螺纹套筒(41)上。
9.如权利要求1所述的组件,其特征在于,对于螺纹套筒(41)相对于内接头部分(24)的可自由转动且轴向固定,设置一与螺纹套筒(41)上和内接头部分(24)上的对应环形槽(46、47)啮合的固定环(45)。
10.一介于一轴颈(11)和一恒速万向接头(12)之间的连接组件,轴颈(11)是沿轴向固定的,而恒速万向接头(12)的内接头部分(24)与轴颈(11)通过花键连接的以与所述轴颈(11)一起转动,其特征在于,一螺纹套筒(51)相对于轴颈(11)沿轴向固定且相对于所述内接头部分可自由地转动,该螺纹套筒(51)包括一螺纹(52),藉由一配对的螺纹(62),所述螺纹套筒的螺纹(52)至少间接地旋入到内接头部分(24);其中,该螺纹套筒(51)连接到一被旋入在轴颈(11)上的配对螺纹(36)上的螺母(17),并且该螺纹套筒(51)相对所述螺母(17)轴向固定且可转动。
11.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,该螺纹套筒(51)啮合螺母(17)内的一凹陷(54)。
12.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,所述螺纹套筒的螺纹(52)是一外螺纹,而内接头部分(24)处的所述配对的螺纹(62)是一内螺纹,该内螺纹设置在一突出套筒(61)内,而突出套筒(61)焊接到内接头部分(24)。
13.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,在所述螺纹套筒(51)停止地抵靠在所述内接头部分(24)上之后,所述螺纹套筒(51)相对所述内接头部分固定而不转动。
14.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,一密封件(33)借助于其外周至少间接地密封地连接到恒速万向接头(12)的外接头部分(22)上并固定在其上且与其一起转动,该密封件(33)借助于其内周密封地定位在突出套筒(61)上。
15.如权利要求10所述的组件,其特征在于,对于螺纹套筒(51)相对于螺母(17)的可自由转动且轴向固定,设置一与该螺纹套筒(51)上和所述螺母(17)的凹陷(54)上的对应环形槽(56、57)啮合的固定环(55)。
