通常,在比如机加工金属或其它工件之类的操作中非常重要的是,切割工具的刀刃的位置被准确地控制和能够被准确地控制。提供复杂的机械以通过准确地控制切割工具相对于工件的位置来在工件上执行铣、钻、镗或其它成形操作。切割工具通常包括可更换的嵌件或切割头,它们附接至持久的工具支架,比如相对于工件可动的柄部。
切割嵌件或切割头相对于工具支架的安装准确性是将在工件上执行的操作准确性的一个因素。在例如旋转工具的情况下,相对于其所附接的旋转柄部轴向移动的嵌件或工具头或顶尖会损伤工件并且可能会导致昂贵的零件报废。因此希望将工具顶尖的工作部分相对于柄部准确地定位,并且将工具顶尖牢固地保持相对于柄部到位。

发明内容

可压缩套筒部分147可以是任何适合的可压缩材料。可压缩材料可以包括弹性材料。可压缩材料可以是袋子,其包括非粘性材料(比如TEFLON)并且袋内布置有多个可压缩或不可压缩材料做的球或丸。

应当说明的是,在所有描述的根据本发明的实施例中,顶尖能够替代性地由比如扳手之类的工具夹紧,以通过相对旋转来将顶尖紧固至顶尖支架。
虽然已经依照优选实施例示出和描述了本发明,但是应当认识到,在不偏离如权利要求所述的本发明之下可作出多种变型和变化。

Claims (11)

1.一种工具,包括:
顶尖(23,123,223),其包括工作端(25,125,225)、连接端(27,127,227)以及径向延伸的抵靠表面(31,131,231);顶尖支架(33,133,233),其包括用于与连接端(27,127,227)相配合的配合端(35,135,235)以及用于抵靠所述抵靠表面(31,131,231)以使顶尖(23,123,223)相对于顶尖支架的轴向运动停止的径向延伸的支撑表面(37,137,237);其特征在于,该连接端(27,127,227)为非圆形,并且包括槽(29,129,229),且所述工具包括组件,该组件包括所述顶尖(23,123,223)和所述顶尖支架(33,133,233),它们被布置成使得,在顶尖和顶尖支架于连接方向上相对旋转时,有轴向力施加于槽(29,129,229)上,并且使得抵靠表面(31,131,231)朝着支撑表面(37,137,237)运动。
2.一种工具,包括:

4.如权利要求2或3所述的工具,其特征在于,套筒设备(41)包括具有第二轴向延伸的内开口(53)的外套筒部分(51)以及至少部分地布置在轴向延伸的第二内开口(53)内且具有至少一个径向延伸的开口(59)的内套筒部分(57),所述轴向延伸的第二内开口(53)具有内表面(55),所述内槽(47)设置于所述内表面(55)中,而所述力传递元件(49)延伸穿过所述径向延伸的开口(59)。
5.如权利要求2或4所述的工具,其特征在于,外螺纹元件(45)不可旋转地固定至外套筒部分(51)。
6.如权利要求2、4或5所述的工具,其特征在于,外螺纹元件(45)包括非圆形内开口(61)。
7.如权利要求2所述的工具,其特征在于,套筒设备(141)包括布置在轴向延伸的内开口(135)的内表面(143)和外槽(129)之间的可压缩套筒部分(147)。
