Abstract
本发明涉及用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机更确切地说涉及压缩机杆,与曲轴相连的部分上的孔的孔壁具有整体的径向凸起,该凸起带有纵向槽,而与活塞相连的部分上的孔的孔壁有一延长的径向凸起,限定了连杆的杆体,通过紧固上述径向凸起上的槽可保持两个孔几何轴线的共平面配置,从而防止上述两个连杆部分相互脱离,本发明可消除不希望有的横向偏差,并可在较小的装配空间的条件下进行装配。
Description
本发明涉及用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,更确切地说涉及在该压缩机上用的连杆的一种新结构。
现有技术的这种类型的压缩机具有一个带第一和第二孔的连杆,第一孔用一个活塞销和往复活塞连接,第二孔与位于曲轴一端的曲柄销联接。这个曲轴垂直于活塞冲程方向,其另一端支承电动机的转子。电动机的定子由曲轴箱支承,曲轴箱包括一个曲轴轴承部件,一个缸,一吸气和一排气***。曲轴箱通过螺旋弹簧被安装在一外壳之内,外壳由一顶部所封闭,形成密封的机组。
因为零件尺寸小和减少安装活塞、连杆和曲柄销组件的空间,有若干结构上的措施来安装这个组件。
专利说明书№4832/73/BR公开一种结构方案,其中一衬套被压合在连杆的第二个孔和曲柄销之间。为了能安装,连杆第二孔具有一个大于曲轴销的内径,它们之间的间隙被衬套所填满。除了使安装稍为困难外,这种措施还需附加零件。
专利说明书PI8103673/BR和EP00046142公开了穿通缸筒壁延伸槽的措施以便连杆和活塞销在装配时能嵌入活塞中。
这种在缸筒壁上的槽带来降低刚度,在缸筒加工中引起尺寸变化的缺点。
另一种可能的措施在专利说明书PI8204474/BR中说明,其中曲轴与曲柄销被做成在组装时联在一起的两分离件,组装变得困难。这种措施需要提供附加零件以保证曲柄销在曲轴上的装配。
还有一种结构上的措施是,把曲轴箱与曲轴支承部件安排成两分离零件在活塞、曲柄销和连杆组件处于其合适位置后,当连杆被嵌上曲柄销的同时进行装配。这种措施带来如前所述的同样的缺点。
专利说明书DE3123708AI提供带有通过专门设计的紧固件连接的由两部分构成的头部的连杆。
这种结构除了在运动中带有过多增加的质量外还带来对于原理上简单的部件有多数量构件的缺点。
最后,专利说明书PI8006896/BR和PI8201683/BR提供有两段杆的连杆,因此这两件可以用联接件联接在一起,通常采用销。如前所述的措施一样,这种方案同样需要提供附加零件,增加了产品的成本,使它的装配困难并且增加了往复运动的质量。
本发明的目的在于公开一种两件的连杆的新结构,一种以更特殊的方式由两段杆组成的新连杆方案,它可以很容易地安装活塞、连杆和曲柄销组件而不需要提供附加的联接件,此联接件增加产品的成本、增加其质量并使其装配困难。
本发明的目的可以通过提供前述类型的压缩机而实现,在该机中连杆在它的第二孔上包含一个带
一纵向槽的径向凸起,这槽至少取径向凸起的部分厚度,提供至少两个内端面和两相对的侧面,它的第一孔带有确定连杆的杆的加长径向凸起,此加长径向凸起有它的至少带两个端面和两相对侧面的端部,上述端部配入第二孔的凸起的槽中,第一孔与第二孔中心之间的轴向距离通过使它们互相接近,至少杆的端部的两个面和第二个孔的径向凸起的两个面之间接触而被限位,并且通过在槽和连杆的杆的对应的相邻侧面之间的固定来制止相互脱离,用上述固定来保证连杆两孔的几何轴线之间的共面位置。
根据该本发明的一个实施例,使两件于槽和杆的端面之间直接接触并保持所需要的相对位置后,槽和杆的相邻侧面之间的固定可用焊接或粘结实现。焊接可以通过铜焊或最好用高频钎焊工艺进行,加热时间很短并防止变形。也可以通过涂布合适的粘结剂来进行固定。
如前所述,本发明的基本实施例有利地保证得到连杆的两件的刚性连接,不用附加零件并保证了***的整体性。质量减少有利于降低机组的振动水平并且可能的安装程序可使安装工程自动化。
该发明的另一个目的是提供前述类型的压缩机的连杆的一个新的装配程序。
下面对照附图说明该发明:
图1所示为符合本发明的往复活塞式密封压缩机的局部剖视图;
图2所示为图1的局部放大图,表明在未装入压缩机缸筒之前尚未安装的连杆和活塞。
图3所示为符合最佳实施例的连杆两段的分解顶视图,该实施例中上述固定靠焊接或粘接实现。
图4所示为图3所示的连杆两段的配合点的放大顶视图。
参看图1,电动机-压缩机机组用螺旋弹簧(2)(仅画出一个)悬吊在壳体(3)内。曲柄箱(4)作为支承用来安装电动机的定子(5)并包含一个轴承部分(6)用来支撑曲轴(7),在(7)的下部装有电动机的转子(8)。上述曲轴箱(4)还包含一个缸筒,活塞(10)在其内作往复运动。在曲轴(7)的上端有一曲轴销(11),其上端(12)空着。
从图1和2可以看出,在缸筒(9)的与曲轴反方向的端部装有可用一般方法制造的阀板(17)和缸头(18)。在图3和4中所示的连杆包括两个零件(20)和(30),并且如图1中所示,把活塞(10)与曲轴(7)的曲柄销(11)相连。
连杆的第一个零件(20)包括第一孔(21),由此延伸一个加长的径向凸起(22),此凸起确定连杆的杆,这第一孔(21)通过活塞销(15)与活塞相连。
连杆的第二个零件(30)包括第二孔(31),包含带有一纵向槽(33)的短径向凸起(32),这第二孔(31)套装在曲轴(7)的曲轴销(11)上。
在图3和4所示的方案中,第二孔(31)的槽(33)取小凸起(32)的整个厚度,给出两个相对的平行侧面(34)和顶部带有纵向沟槽(36)的“V”形两内端面。这是为了避免形成槽(33)的表面在连杆的两零件(20)和(30)配合中有任何干涉。在这种方案中,与第一孔(21)相连的杆(22)的端部(27)提供顶部带有圆角的“V”形的两个面(25),这些面被制成可以和槽(33)的相应内端壁(35)完全接触。
这种“V”形配合消除了这类零件中不希望有的横向偏差,实现自位配合,它除了在固定工序(下面说明)中保持它的几何轴线的共面度外还保持第一和第二孔之间的正确轴向距离,而不需要附加的外部装置在装配中控制连杆的两段之间的相对位置。
在这种方案中杆(22)的端部的宽度A1略小于槽(33)的宽度A2,以便在槽(33)的侧壁(34)与杆(22)的端部(27)的相邻侧壁(24)之间提供一个小间隙。由于端壁的“V”型配合,这个小间隙不会有损于这两个零件之间的相对位置,但它保证了两端之间的相对轴向固定,用铜焊或钎焊施行焊接工序,或者填充它们之间的空隙而把两段的相邻侧壁粘接起来。
接下去说明用于在图3和4中所确定的结构措施装配程序,为了更好地理解,请看图2。
曲轴(7)从曲柄(4)的上方放入轴承部分(6),然后连杆的第二孔(31)套上曲柄销(11)。在去掉阀板(17)和缸头(18)情况下,由连杆的第一孔(21)、活塞(10)和已经装好的活塞销(15)组成的组件,从缸筒(9)的自由端(19)放入。然后这个组件被移向连杆的另一部分同时它可在缸筒中转动以得到连杆的两件(20)和(30)的完全连接。一个冲头(未画出)也由自由端(19)伸进缸筒(9),轻轻地把活塞头(10)压向处于对应着下死点位置的曲柄销(11)。这样,杆(22)的端部准确地保持配合在槽(33)内,同时进行零件的焊接或粘接。
这里所示的配合形式允许通过连杆完全传递力,可靠度高,并可在减小空间的条件下进行安装。
Claims (5)
1、用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,包括一个连杆,以它小的第一孔通过活塞销与压缩机的活塞相连接并以它大的第二孔与一曲轴的曲柄销相连接,其特征在于:连杆分为两部分,其中一部分包括上述第二孔,该孔壁有整体径向凸起,该凸起带有的纵向槽至少为径向凸起厚度的部分并呈现出至少两个内端面和两个相对的侧面,连杆的另一部分包括上述第一小孔,该孔壁有一延长的径向凸起,限定连杆的杆体,而且端部至少有两个端面和两个相对的侧面,并且适合第二个大孔的槽相配,使两个孔之间的轴距受到限制,通过至少连杆端部的两个面和第二孔径向凸起的两个相应的面的接触,通过紧固第二孔径向凸起的槽的相关邻近侧面和杆体,上述紧固保持两个孔几何轴线的共平面配置以防上述两个连接杆部分相互脱离。
2、如权利要求1的用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,其特征在于第一孔和第二孔间的距离通过槽和杆的端面在相互接触时受到限定。
3、如权利要求2的用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,其特征在于:杆体上述端面与槽的相应端面接触导致孔的几何轴线的共平面配置。
4、如权利要求3所述的用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,其特征在于:第二孔(32)的径向凸起的槽(33)的端面由两“V”形面限定,杆(22)的端面(25)也由两“V”形面限定,它们和槽(33)的两端面(35)接触。
5、如权利要求2所述的用于小型冷冻机的往复活塞式压缩机,其特征在于:杆(22)的端部(27)的宽度A1略小于槽(33)的宽度A2,以便在杆(22)和槽(33)的侧壁之间确定一个间隙,通过用固接材料至少部分填充上述间隙使杆(22)的端部(27)和槽(33)的相邻侧面之间固定。
