Abstract
本发明涉及一种凉茶,其特征在于组份和各组份干料质量百分比为:岗梅根10-40%、栀子10-50%、鲜白茅根10-50%、凉茶苗10-40%、六月雪5-30%,所述的凉茶苗为茜草科植物毛玉叶金花的根。具有疏风解表,清热利湿,舒筋活络,消暑生津、凉血活血作用的凉茶。本品口味独特、质量稳定、功效明确、安全方便能同时适应不同地方和年龄的人群需要,突破了季节的限制,四季都能防治上呼吸道和消化道疾病如感冒、中暑,发热,头痛眩晕,热病燥渴,治热病虚烦不眠,咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,暑湿泄泻,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,急、慢性肝炎等症。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津作用的凉茶。
二、背景技术
凉茶,是指将药性寒凉功用利湿和能消解内热的中草药煎水作饮料喝,以消除夏季人体内的暑气、湿气,或冬日干燥引起的疮痈肿毒等疾患。
凉茶起源于广西、广东,每到夏天,凉茶是两广人必不可少的饮料。因为两广地区属于典型的亚热带气候,夏季炎热,多雨潮湿,水质偏于燥热,而且夏季的炎热时间比较长,再加上两广人喜欢食煎炒燥热之品(一把荔枝三把火,温补良品桂圆),并习惯迟睡,很容易生“热气”,即北方人所说的“上火”,先民们为了除湿去热,便将一些清热消暑、去湿解毒的中草药配成各式各样的凉茶,开设销售凉茶的摊挡、作坊、药店,随着社会的需要,经营者出现凉茶的连锁店,凉茶的种类和功效不断得到完善和发展。
目前市场上的液体饮料有许多种类,常见的有果汁、纯净水、矿泉水、碳酸饮料、乳酸饮料,还有近年来人们开发了的瓶装液体茶水饮料等,固体饮料也有许多种,如糖与果汁及某些中草药提取物混合干燥得到的蔗果晶、菊花晶、人参茶晶等,人们还开发出了一些传统的凉茶、滋补茶,满足了人们的各种需求。在最近的科技期刊和出版物中,也报道了一些疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津,如中国专利93119412.1,“中华凉茶”采用鲜芦根等六种天然中药与绿茶配制成中华凉茶,具有具有清热、解暑、凉血、解毒等功效;中国专利95100761.0,“一种含六月雪的保健饮料及生产方法”,主要含有六月雪、菊花、乌梅、甘草、改性聚葡萄糖、阿力甜和冰糖组成,具有具有生津止渴、清热解暑及抗菌消炎的作用;中国专利03145597.2,“一种保健凉茶及其制作方法”,以夏枯草、金银花、茵陈蒿、木棉花为原料,制成凉茶,具有清热解毒、去湿除痰、清肝火、散郁结的功效。从上述公开的专利文献中可以了解到,有许多中草药可做成疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津的凉茶,为人们的生活增添了方便,但存在的不足之处是有的成份较复杂,有的口感不够好,有的只适合一些症状的人服用,未能成为大众皆宜的普通凉茶。
三、发明内容
本发明目的在于开发出了一种具有口味独特、质量稳定、功效明确、安全方便能同时适应不同地方和年龄的人群需要,具有疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津作用的强寿凉茶,该凉茶不受季节的限制,四季都能用于防治上呼吸道和消化道疾病如风热感冒、中暑,发热,头痛眩晕,肺热咳嗽、痰稠,胃热痛、呕吐、口臭,鼻血、燥渴,虚烦不眠,咽喉肿痛,暑湿泄泻,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,急、慢性肝炎等症的。
本发明的凉茶的药材组分和各组分干料质量百分比为:岗梅根10-40%、栀子10-50%、鲜白茅根10-50%、凉茶苗10-40%、六月雪5-30%。
以上所述的岗梅根为冬青科植物梅叶冬青的根;栀子为茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis的干燥成熟果实;白茅根为禾本科植物白茅Imperata cylindrica Beauv var.major(Nees)c.e.hubb的干燥根茎;凉茶苗为茜草科植物毛玉叶金花的根;六月雪为茜草科六月雪属植物六月雪Serissaserissoides(DC.)Druce,以全株入药。
根据中药药典和文献记载:
岗梅根为冬青科植物梅叶冬青的根。味苦甘,性寒。功能:清热、生津、活血、解毒。治感冒,头痛眩晕,热病燥渴,痧气,热泻,肺痈,咳血,喉痛,痔血,淋病,痈毒,跌打损伤。
栀子为茜草科植物栀子Gardenia jasminoides Ellis的干燥成熟果实。味苦,性寒。归心、肺、三焦经。成分:含黄酮类栀子素(Gardenin)、果胶、鞣质、藏红花素“(Crocin)[1-4]藏红花酸(Crocetin)[[3,5]、D-甘露醇、廿九烷、β-谷甾醇[5]。另含多种具环臭蚁醛结构的甙:栀子甙(Gardenoside)[6,7]、去羟栀子甙(Genlposide,即格尼泊素-1-葡萄糖甙(Genipin-1-gluoside)[6]格尼泊素-1-β-D-龙胆二糖甙(6enipin-1-β-D-Gentiobioside)[8]及小量的山栀甙(Shanzhiside)[9]。药理:1、利胆作用 栀子水提取液及醇提取液给予家兔口服,对输胆管导出的胆汁量及固形成分无影响[1-3],但有人用同样制液注射于家兔,15-30分钟胆汁分泌开始增加,持续1小时以上[5-6]。2、镇静、降压作用。3、抗微生物作用。功能主治:清热,泻火,凉血。治热病虚烦不眠,黄疸,淋病,消渴,目赤,咽痛,吐血,衄血,血痢,尿血,热毒疮疡,扭伤肿痛。
白茅根为禾本科植物白茅Imperata cylindrica Beauvvar.major(Nees)c.e.hubb的干燥根茎。味甘,性寒。归肺、胃、膀胱经。成分:含多量蔗糖、葡萄糖,少量果糖、木糖及柠檬酸、草酸、苹果酸等,又含21%的淀粉[1]。Imperata cylindrica根茎含甘露醇、葡萄糖,果糖、蔗糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、薏苡素(Coixol)及芦竹素(Arundion0.1%)印白茅素(Cylindrin0.001%)等。药理:1、利尿作用正常兔口服煎剂有利尿作用,在服药5-10天时最明显,20天左右即不明显[1]。2、抗菌作用 煎剂在试管内对宋内氏痢疾杆菌有明显的抑菌作用,但对志贺氏及舒氏痢疾杆菌却无作用。功能主治:凉血,止血、清热,利尿。治热病烦渴,吐血,衄血,肺热喘急,胃热哕逆,淋病,小便不利,水肿,黄疸。
凉茶苗为茜草科植物毛玉叶金花的根。味甘,性平,无毒。成分:叶含酚类、氨基酸、醣类、有机酸、豆甾醇、β-豆甾醇及高级脂族醇。茎含豆甾醇、β-豆甾醇和三萜化合物阿江榄仁酸。功能:解表,消暑,利湿,解毒,活血。治感冒,中暑,发热,咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,暑湿泄泻,痢疾,疮疡脓肿,跌打,蛇伤。
六月雪为茜草科六月雪属植物六月雪Serissa serissoides(DC.)Druce,以全株入药。味淡、微辛,性凉。功能:疏风解表,清热利湿,舒筋活络。用于感冒,咳嗽,牙痛,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,急、慢性肝炎,肠炎,痢疾,小儿疳积,高血压头痛,偏头痛,风湿性关节痛,白带;茎烧灰点眼治眼翳。
与已有凉茶相比,本发明的凉茶的优点是:
从上述文献报道可了解到,由岗梅根、栀子、鲜白茅根、凉茶苗、六月雪为原料组合而成的强寿凉茶组方合理,配伍精当,符合中医基础和药食同补理论,每一种药物发挥其独特的效用,诸药合用,充分发挥强寿凉茶的疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津作用,突破了季节的限制,四季都能防治上呼吸道和消化道疾病如风热感冒、中暑,发热,头痛眩晕,肺热咳嗽、痰稠,胃热痛、呕吐、口臭,鼻血、燥渴,虚烦不眠,咽喉肿痛,暑湿泄泻,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,急、慢性肝炎等证皆可应用,特别是加入岗梅根、凉茶苗,使本凉茶具清热,解表,消暑,利湿,解毒的作用,使中暑,热病燥渴,热病虚烦不眠的人更适宜喝用本凉茶。
此外,本发明的饮品不仅适合普通健康人或者容易上火的人饮用,也适合老年、妇女、儿童饮用,无不良影响和副作用。
四、具体实施方式
以下将举例说明是本发明凉茶配方和制备方法:
本发明凉茶可以采用常规方法制备成任何常规内服制剂,例如可以将这些原药材水煎,浓缩水煎液得干膏经粉碎制成颗粒剂服用;可以将这些原药材水煎,然后浓缩水煎液按汤剂服用;在生产过程中还可以探索其它的合适剂型:
实施方案1、选用岗梅根10kg、栀子10kg、鲜白茅根10kg、凉茶苗10kg、六月雪5kg的干料,用水浸泡1至2小时,加原料8倍量水,煎煮两次,第一次煎煮30分钟至1小时,第二次煎煮30分钟,合并两次溶液过滤,滤液浓缩,过滤,滤液在4-10℃的温度下冷藏6-24小时,取上清液体积加30-100倍的纯净水稀释,过滤,再煮沸灭菌,加入适量食用防腐剂和香精,灌装,制成汤剂凉茶产品。
实施方案2、选用岗梅根40kg、栀子50kg、鲜白茅根50kg、凉茶苗40kg、六月雪30kg的干料,用水浸泡1至2小时,加原料8倍量水,煎煮两次,第一次煎煮30分钟至1小时,第二次煎煮30分钟,合并两次溶液过滤,滤液浓缩,减压干燥,得干膏,加入适量食用防腐剂和香精,制粒,干燥,整粒,分装,灭菌,制成固体颗粒剂凉茶。
实施方案3、选用岗梅根10kg、栀子20kg、鲜白茅根40kg、凉茶苗30kg、六月雪20kg的干料,粉碎,制粒,干燥,整粒,分装,灭菌,制成固体袋装凉茶产品。
本发明凉茶的组方配比,既符合中医基础和药食同补理论,每一种药物发挥其独特的效用,诸药合用,充分发挥强寿凉茶的疏风解表,清热利湿,凉血解毒、消暑生津作用,又突破了季节的限制,四季都能防治上呼吸道和消化道疾病如风热感冒、中暑,发热,头痛眩晕,肺热咳嗽、痰稠,胃热痛、呕吐、口臭,鼻血、燥渴,虚烦不眠,咽喉肿痛,暑湿泄泻,急性扁桃体炎,咽喉炎,急、慢性肝炎等证皆可应用,特别是加入岗梅根、凉茶苗,使本凉茶具清热,解表,消暑,利湿,解毒的作用,使中暑,热病燥渴,热病虚烦不眠的人更适宜喝用本凉茶。
