Abstract

技术领域
本发明大体上涉及外科手术***,并且尤其涉及控制气动装置的外科手术***。
背景技术
许多微外科手术需要精确地切割和/或切除各类身体组织。例如,某些眼外科手术需要精确地切割和/或切除玻璃体液,即一种充满眼球后部的透明胶状物质。玻璃体液或玻璃体由许多通常附在视网膜上的微小纤维组成。因此,切割和切除玻璃体必须非常小心谨慎,以避免牵引视网膜、将视网膜从脉络膜上分离开、视网膜裂孔,或者在更坏的情况下,切割和切除了视网膜本身。
普通的玻璃体切除术探针一般包括中空的外部切割元件、在中空的外部切割元件内可移动并与中空的外部切割元件同轴的中空内部切割元件和在外部切割元件的末端附近径向通过外部切割元件的端口。玻璃体液被抽吸进敞开的端口中,然后起动内部元件,关闭端口。在关闭端口时,外部和内部切割元件上的切割面两者共同合作以切割玻璃体,然后被切割的玻璃体通过内部切割元件被吸走。这种切割动作可以使用电动切割机进行,但在相对高的压力下运用气动探针更为普遍。
另外,在一般的眼科手术中,气体可以被导入后面的腔体中。该气体必须具有相对低的压力。
传统的眼外科仪器***使用真空来抽吸外科手术部位,并利用正向压力来吹洗该部位。一般来说,在用于产生压力的装置和外科手术仪器之间串连有盒。与外科仪器一起使用盒以帮助控制外科手术部位的抽吸和吹洗流量是公知的。抽吸流体的流速、真空水平、吹洗流体压力、吹洗流体流速都是在眼科手术中需要精确控制的参数。对于抽吸仪器,空气压力低于大气压,流体从外科手术部位除去。对于吹洗仪器,空气压力高于大气压,流体将从吹洗流体储液池流向外科手术部位。
现有的外科手术***使用由位于外科操纵台内的电磁螺线管或气缸操纵的盒中的塞状节流阀来控制吹洗和抽吸流体的流量。例如,美国专利No.4758238(Sundblom等人的)公开了一种具有多个形成于其内的流体通道的一次性盒。流过这些不同流体通道的流量通过一系列阀杆执行器51(如见图9和11)来控制,当阀杆执行器51由外部安装的活塞驱动时,阀杆执行器51阻挡住相关流体通道内的流量。尽管这些***在现有技术中为众所周知的且工作得很好,但是电磁螺线管由于其尺寸和能量需求大成为难以解决的问题。当这种电磁螺线管被结合到相对紧凑的外科手术操纵台中,并且这些电磁螺线管消耗的电能要求有较大的电源以及相应地需要驱散由较大电源产生的额外噪音和热量时,其尺寸是相当重要的。此外,电磁螺线管在螺线管活塞的整个运动长度上不能施加恒定的力,这样导致无法预料流体通道的密封性。现有技术中的气缸必须提供有加压空气才能工作,并且现有技术气缸使用的相关空气供给管道要求在控制台内有额外的空间,同时增加了***的复杂性,这样导致生产和维修费用增加。此外,空气供给管道长时间使用会产生泄漏,这样也增加了维修费用。
因此,一直存在对一种具有简化的节流阀致动机构的外科手术***的需求。
发明内容
本发明对现有技术的改进在于提供了一种外科手术***,其具有整体安装在共用歧管上的所有不同种类的气动控制子***。各种所需的控制机构例如阀类似地整体安装在共用岐管上。用于阀致动的气缸直接安装在岐管内,气缸的加压空气通过岐管提供给气缸。这种结构消除了使用外部空气管道给气缸提供加压空气的需要,因此改进了可靠性并简化了结构。
本发明的目的是提供具有整体气动子***的外科手术***。
本发明的另一目的是提供具有安装在共用岐管上的气动子***的外科手术***。
还有,本发明的再一目的是提供用于控制气动外科装置的外科手术***。
还有,本发明的再一目的是提供用于控制气动外科装置的外科手术***,其具有直接安装在空气岐管内用于阀致动的气缸。
还有,本发明的再一目的是提供用于控制气动外科装置的外科手术***,其具有直接安装在空气岐管内用于阀致动的气缸,并且气缸的加压空气通过岐管提供给气缸。

具体实施方式
最好参见图1、2和3,可以和本发明一起使用的盒10大体上包括阀板12,盒体14和盖子16。阀板12,盒体14和盖子16都可被形成为合适的、相对钢性的和热塑性的。阀板12包括够个开口18和泵通道20,开口18和泵通道20被弹性体22和24密封成流体不能透过,由此形成多个流体通道。当盒10安装于操纵台100的盒接受部位110时,端口26为盒10和外科操纵台100之间提供连接,以便盒10实现不同的注入和抽吸(气动的)功能。
最好参见图4,射流岐管200包括安装在共用主岐管210上的多个子组件或岐管。例如,射流岐管200可另外包括吸气岐管220和/或注入/灌入岐管230和/或阀或钳岐管(pincher manifold)240。最好见图5,例如,岐管210、220、230、240(岐管240用作说明性例子)中的每一个都是独立的,并可以包括有必要的阀、调整器、传感器或所需要的其他工作且嵌入的机械、电子或电子机械装置,以实现各个岐管的主要功能,举例来说,如气缸245。岐管220和230通过主岐管210与盒10气动和流体连接。主岐管210可安装在操纵台100的盒接受部位110中,因此盒10可流体连接于主岐管210。主岐管210可另外包括泵和流体液位和/或流体流量传感器(未示出)。

最好参见图5、6a和6b,例如,本发明中的气缸245可伸缩地由主岐管210的孔256接纳,并由O型圈330密封。气缸245的露出端340包括活塞或柱塞350,当需要时,该柱塞350可通过加压气缸245伸出或缩回,以往复运动通过盒10中的开口18,从而操纵阀或其他机械装置(未示出)。加压空气通过岐管210被输送至气缸245并从其排放出,例如,通过气缸245上与活塞350相对的端口360排放出。这种结构消除了单独空气供给管道延伸到气缸245的需要,大大简化了操纵台100的结构,并减少了岐管210、220、230和240的总体尺寸。另外,当岐管210、220、230和240被精确地机加工时,气缸245也能非常精确地安装。

Claims (1)
1.一种眼外科手术***,包括:
外科操纵台,该操纵台具有盒接纳部位;
至少一个气动岐管,其被设置成接近盒接纳部位,该岐管具有至少一个孔;
可伸缩地接纳于孔内的气缸,该气缸具有能伸出或缩回的活塞,该气缸进一步具有使气缸和岐管气动连接的端口;
容纳在盒接纳部位的盒,该盒包括有开口,活塞能通过该开口往复运动;
其中活塞可通过加压空气伸出或缩回,该加压空气通过岐管供给气缸,并经该端口进入气缸。
