Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器。
背景技术
DE19945412A1和DE10257308B3分别公开了一种用于印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器,包括:多个接触部件,接触部件分别具有两个连接面,一个连接面被构成为用于连接导线的绝缘穿刺触头(insulation-piercing contact),而另一个连接面被构成为用于接触印刷电路板上终端区域的分叉触头(bifurcated contact);和一个塑料壳体,其中绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头被布置以使得它们相互转动,并且绝缘穿刺触头的至少一个下边缘被支撑在塑料壳体上,使得当连接力出现在绝缘穿刺触头上时,接触部件被俘获保持在塑料壳体内。塑料壳体在各种情况下形成为两部分,接触部件首先被推入壳体的第一部分,随后壳体的第二部分被固定到壳体的第一部分上。已知的印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器的不足在于它们的生产相对复杂。
发明内容
因此,本发明基于上述技术问题提供了一种用于印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器,其易于生产。
上述技术问题的解决方法由本发明提供,本发明提供一种用于印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器,其包括:多个接触部件,接触部件分别具有两个连接面,一个连接面被构成为用于连接导线的绝缘穿刺触头,而另一个连接面被构成为与印刷电路板上终端区域相接触的分叉触头;和塑料壳体,接触部件的绝缘穿刺触头可被***其中,绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头被布置成使得它们相互转动,接触部件利用塑料壳体上的至少一个边缘支撑其本身,使得当在绝缘穿刺触头上出现连接力时,接触部件被俘获保持在塑料壳体内,其中,塑料壳体形成为一整体,接收分叉触头的部分被形成为至少部分为弹性模式。其他优点如下所述。
基于此目的,塑料壳体被整体形成,接收分叉触头的部分被形成为至少部分地为弹性模式。这获得的效果为,当塑料壳体与接触部件配合时,其可以被弯到一侧以引入接触部件,并随后弹性地再次移回来,从而使接触部件被固定。由于当前只需要一个***模型,塑料壳体的整体形成起到简化***连接器的生产的作用。进一步,没有其他塑料壳体需要被安装。
在一个优选实施例中,在绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头之间的过渡区域内,接触部件被形成为具有两个卡锁部件,它们被卡锁入塑料壳体的卡锁插口(latching receptacle)内。在这种情况下,卡锁插口进一步优选形成为相应壳体壁内的孔。
在另一个优选实施例中,分叉触头在纵向上被壳体完全容纳。在这种情况下,进一步地,在壳体壁的内侧优选地形成槽或导向件,至少分叉触头在所述槽或导向件中被引导。在这种情况下分叉触头的实际接触区域伸出到槽或导向件之外。
在另一个优选实施例中,塑料壳体被形成以使得其在侧壁上至少部分地开槽。一方面,这使其具有期望的弹性。另一方面,凹槽形式允许嵌入式连接器也可以被配合到更宽的印刷电路板上。
在另一个优选实施例中,绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头被布置以使得它们在45度区域内相互转动。约45度角绝缘穿刺触头的接触部件的布置对于连接操作具有优势,当接触部件被形成为一整块作为冲压或弯曲部分时,不可避免地形成用于支撑的边缘。
在另一个优选实施例中,绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头位于一个共同的中心轴上。此实施例的优点在于产生在绝缘穿刺触头上的连接力致使在分叉触头上没有弯曲力矩,或者只有很小的弯曲力矩。此外,嵌入式连接器对于相同数量的接触部件可以变窄。
在另一个优选实施例中,嵌入式连接器通过卡锁弹簧被卡锁在前架上,使得嵌入式连接器利用卡锁弹簧被从前面板的前侧释放成为可能。这种卡锁弹簧的一种可能构造在DE10141449A1中公开,其用于光纤嵌入式连接器的接收器的情况,此处特别参考相关卡锁弹簧的描述。

具体实施方式
图1中,嵌入式连接器1被以侧视图示出。嵌入式连接器1包括一体的塑料壳体2。在上部区域,塑料壳体2被形成为具有箝位肋3,其间布置有接触部件10的绝缘穿刺触头11(图4示出)。导线导向件5被布置在壳体壁上的箝位肋3下方。接触部件10的分叉触头12被布置在塑料壳体2的下部区域内,壳体具有形成为矩形孔的卡锁插口6。在各对卡锁插口6之间,壳体壁4具有槽状凹陷7。此外,壳体壁4在两侧面具有用于锁定机械(未示出)的两个插口8,通过它们嵌入式连接器1可以被紧固到例如金属前架上。壳体壁4在内侧形成有槽9,其中分叉触头12利用它们的侧表面13被引导,在这种情况下,分叉触头12的实际接触区域14向内弯曲并伸出到槽9之外。在分叉触头12和绝缘穿刺触头11之间的过渡区域内,如图3或4所示,接触部件10具有两个棘爪15,它们被卡锁在卡锁插口6内。图3中还可以看到绝缘穿刺触头11和分叉触头12位于一个共同的中心轴线16上。此外,图3中可以看到棘爪15如何在向下方向上被支撑在塑料壳体2内的轴承表面20上。这些轴承表面20吸收绝缘穿刺触头11布线期间产生的连接力。此外,塑料壳体具有止动面21和22,接触部件10的边缘17和18抵靠止动面。塑料壳体2的侧壁23也分别在分叉触头12区域内具有槽24。由于槽24,两个壳体壁4可以被相对于彼此弹性弯曲打开,以使得接触部件10可以和棘爪15一起从下面被推入塑料壳体2,直到棘爪15卡锁到卡锁插口6内。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于印刷电路板的嵌入式连接器,包括:多个接触部件,接触部件分别具有两个连接面,一个连接面被构成为用于连接导线的绝缘穿刺触头,而另一个连接面被构成为与印刷电路板上终端区域相接触的分叉触头;和塑料壳体,接触部件的绝缘穿刺触头可被***其中,绝缘穿刺触头和分叉触头被布置成使得它们相互转动,接触部件利用塑料壳体上的至少一个边缘支撑其本身,使得当在绝缘穿刺触头上出现连接力时,接触部件被俘获保持在塑料壳体内,其中,塑料壳体(2)形成为一整体,接收分叉触头(12)的部分被形成为至少部分为弹性模式。
