Abstract

本发明提供了一种房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,篷布的基材是由经过单向拉伸的塑料扁丝经平纹织法或斜纹织法编织而成的布,在编织布的过程中在基材中织入增加篷布基材表面凹凸不平粗糙程度能起到防滑作用的纤维止滑材料,篷布的一面复合有防漏层。该篷布重量轻,强度高,经久耐用,搬运方便快捷,提高了建筑效率,防滑效果显著,在热老化抵抗方面性能也是相当优异。

技术领域:
本发明与房屋建筑顶层篷布有关,特别涉及的是一种在编织布的过程中在基材中经向或纬向或同时在经纬向织入止滑材料形成的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布。
背景技术:
在寒冷地区建筑木屋或砖混结构的建筑物,为了施工方便和建成后的建筑增加防漏能力和保温能力,一般在屋顶抹水泥层顶层之前或装钉水泥瓦、合成材料瓦之前,需预先在结构完成的屋顶上铺盖一层建筑顶层篷布(屋顶布)。过去这层屋顶布有使用塑料薄膜层和编织布双面复膜的篷布,由于该两种膜的面层都为塑料层,且多为聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP),过于光滑,不利于施工人员在膜面上行走,由于打滑行走很危险,且因为在光滑膜面上不方便再抹水泥灰及装钉屋顶水泥瓦或合成材料瓦。
发明内容:
鉴于以上原因,本发明的目的是为了提供一种防水、防渗漏且双向抗拉强度高,抗撕裂能力强,人在篷布面上行走方便、安全,防滑效果显著的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:
本发明房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,篷布的基材是由经过单向拉伸的塑料扁丝经平纹织法或斜纹织法编织而成的布,在编织布的过程中在基材中织入增加篷布基材表面凹凸不平粗糙程度能起到防滑作用的纤维止滑材料,篷布的一面复合有防漏层。经纺织织机(平织机或圆织机)用斜纹或平纹方式编织后形成的聚丙烯(PP)编织布层构成房屋建筑顶层篷布的基材编织布,间隔性织入表面被拉毛的纤维或线或扁条丝构成的止滑材料(或叫空变纱),止滑材料是通过跳跃式的织布方式排列均匀织入基布并浮于基材编织布的表面上,止滑材料的特性本生具有柔软、吸水、表面粗糙不规则从而增加了与接触物之间表面摩檫的系数,防止施工人员在基材编织布的上表面行走时在倾斜的屋顶表面上打滑,另外更有利于抹水泥灰,增加水泥与篷布之间的结合强度。篷布基材另一面复合有防漏层,能使篷布贴于清洁的屋顶斜坡面上不滑动,有利于篷布在房屋建筑顶层面上固定,同时起到防漏作用。
上述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,在编织布的过程中在基材中经向和/或纬向织入纤维止滑材料。止滑材料可在基材中的经向(或纬向)一个方向织入,在基材表面形成线段状的凹凸不平排列均匀的止滑层,也可同时在基材的经向和纬向织入止滑材料,在基材表面形成线段状的凹凸不平排列均匀的网纹状止滑层,增加止滑效果。
上述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,止滑材料是用表面被拉毛的纤维或线或扁条丝构成的。止滑材料可以是棉线、丙纶线或其它柔软、吸水、表面粗糙的纤维线。
上述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,复合的防漏层是橡胶热塑性弹性体或塑料材料制成。将质软而又能回弹的橡胶(TPE材料)或其它塑料材料(如塑料薄膜)复合(或涂)于篷布基材底面,能使篷布贴于清洁的屋顶斜坡面上不滑动,有利于篷布在房屋建筑顶层面上固定,同时起到防漏作用。
上述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,在篷布的防漏层面上复合或印刷有呈凹凸不平点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层。点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体能使篷布贴于清洁的屋顶斜坡面上不滑动,增加止滑效果。
本发明房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布防水、防渗漏且双向抗拉强度高、抗撕裂能力强、人在篷布膜面上行走方便安全防滑效果显著。热老化抵抗方面性能也是相当优异的。重量轻,搬运方便快捷,提高了建筑效率。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
图1、图2给出了本发明实施例1图。本实施例房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布基材1是为拉伸聚合物窄条2和3经编织后形成的编织布,即纺织织机经平纹织法或斜纹织法编织的聚丙烯(PP)编织布层,在编织布的过程中在基材1中经向间隔性织入增加篷布基材表面粗糙程度能起到防滑作用的用表面被拉毛的丙纶纱线构成的止滑材料4(或类似能起到防滑作用的纤维、线或扁条丝的止滑材料)。止滑材料4(或类似能起到防滑作用的纤维、线或扁条丝的止滑材料)是通过跳跃式的织布方式排列均一地织入基布浮于基材编织布1的上表面,止滑材料4的特性本生具有柔软、吸水、表面粗糙不规则从而增加了与接触物之间表面摩檫的系数,防止施工人员在基材编织布1的上表面行走时在倾斜的屋顶表面上打滑,另外更有利于抹水泥灰,增加水泥与篷布之间的结合强度。篷布基材1另一面复合的一层防漏层5是橡胶热塑性弹性体(TPE),将质软而又能回弹的橡胶涂于篷布基材1另一表面(底面),能使篷布贴于清洁的屋顶斜坡面上不滑动,有利于篷布在房屋建筑顶层面上固定和防雨水。
实施例2:
图3给出了本发明实施例2图。本实施例基本和实施例1同。不同处是在编织布的过程中在基材1中纬向间隔性织入止滑材料4。
实施例3:
图4给出了本发明实施例3图。本实施例基本和实施例1同。不同处是在编织布的过程中在基材1中同时在经纬向间隔性织入止滑材料4。
实施例4:
图5、图6给出了本发明实施例4图。本实施例基本和实施例1同。不同处是在篷布的防漏层5面上复合有呈凹凸不平半圆形圆点点状6的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层7,防滑层7是在防漏层5表面上通过挤出粘结层8复合上去的,它由质软而又能回弹的橡胶塑料弹性体(如聚酯(PET)或聚氯乙烯(PVC)等聚烯径橡胶塑料弹性体)形成的6均匀排列而成。

Claims (9)

1、房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于篷布的基材是由经过单向拉伸的塑料扁丝经平纹织法或斜纹织法编织而成的布,在编织布的过程中在基材中织入增加篷布基材表面凹凸不平粗糙程度能起到防滑作用的纤维止滑材料,篷布的一面复合有防漏层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于在编织布的过程中在基材中经向和/或纬向织入纤维止滑材料。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于止滑材料是用表面被拉毛的纤维或线或扁条丝构成的。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于复合的防漏层是橡胶热塑性弹性体或塑料材料制成。
5、根据权利要求3所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于复合的防漏层是橡胶热塑性弹性体或塑料材料制成。
6、根据权利要求1或2所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于在篷布的防漏层面上复合或印刷有呈凹凸不平点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层。
7、根据权利要求3所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于在篷布的防漏层面上复合或印刷有呈凹凸不平点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层。
8、根据权利要求4所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于在篷布的防漏层面上复合或印刷有呈凹凸不平点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层。
9、根据权利要求5所述的房屋建筑顶层防漏止滑篷布,其特征在于在篷布的防漏层面上复合或印刷有呈凹凸不平点状的橡胶热塑性弹性体防滑层。
