Abstract

本发明公开了一种树木韧皮纤维及其加工方法,其中纤维是由除桑树、楮树外的其它树木皮经加工而成的天然纺织纤维,纤维长度5mm~65mm,细度0.3~2.5D,强度0.284~0.432N/tex,断裂伸长率3%~7%;加工方法是:剥皮→分选→脱胶→除渣除杂→干燥→养生→鞣制→碎茎→梳理→烘干→分箱分级→打包。本发明为纺织工业提供一种基础纺织纤维,因树木韧皮来源广泛、价格低廉、该纤维具有与麻纤维接近的性能,比棉纤维强度高,而且染色性能优良,具有广泛的应用前景,可以和其它的天然纤维、人造纤维或再生混纺成各种用途的纤维纱线,变废为宝,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Description

树木韧皮纤维及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织用纤维,特别是指一种树木韧皮纤维,本发明还涉及该纤维的加工方法。
背景技术
木材是天然的资源,对人类的生存和发展具有巨大意义,木材具有广泛的应用领域,与人们的生活息息相关,目前,人们对树木的应用,一般是利用树木的木质素部分,对树皮则一般作为废弃物处理,如何才能对其进行有效的利用,提高树木的利用价值,变废为宝。中国专利ZL95117638.2公开了一种桑皮纤维及其制备方法和应用,正如文中所说,桑树在我国种植面积很大,但桑树的种植目的是为养蚕业提供桑叶,而不是提供木材,因而市场不可能提供大量低价的桑皮供生产纤维之用。目前,市场上大量存在的是各种造纸用速生林、修剪树枝、野生灌木等,其树皮均只能作为废弃物处理,本发明的申请人经过多年的研究,开发出利用各种树枝、速生树木的树皮、灌木皮为原料,加工出一种用途广泛的天然纺织用纤维,该纤维具有很好的纺织性能,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的其中一个目的在于提供一种价格低廉、使用面广、原料来源多,具有很大的循环经济效益的一种树木韧皮纤维。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种工艺路线可行、产品质量稳定的树木韧皮纤维的加工方法。
本发明的前一目的是这样实现的:一种树木韧皮纤维,其中:该纤维是由除桑树、楮树外的其它树木皮经加工而成的天然纺织纤维,纤维的长度5mm~65mm,细度0.3~2.5D,强度0.275~0.582N/tex,断裂伸长率3%~7%。
上述的树木韧皮纤维中所述的树木皮是指多年生乔木类树木的树枝、速生树木类树皮和灌木类树皮。
本发明的后一目的是这样实现的:一种树木韧皮纤维的加工方法,包括下述步骤:剥皮、分选、脱胶、除渣除杂、干燥、养生、鞣制、碎茎、梳理、烘干、分箱分级、打包,其中的脱胶采用20~60℃加有表面活性剂的碱性温水浸泡,时间12小时至48小时;鞣制采用含有表面活性剂、植物油、矿物油、水的鞣制剂处理。
本发明为纺织工业提供一种基础纺织纤维,因树木韧皮,特别是树枝、速生树木类树皮和灌木类树皮的来源广泛、价格低廉、该纤维具有与麻纤维接近的性能,比棉纤维强度高,而且染色性能优良,具有广泛的应用前景,可以和其它的天然纤维、人造纤维或再生纤维混纺成各种用途的纤维纱线,变废为宝,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

图1是本发明的工艺流程示意图。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明的树木韧皮纤维的加工方法,其工艺流程是:剥皮→分选→脱胶→脱除渣除杂→干燥→养生→鞣制→碎茎→梳理→烘干→分箱分级→打包;现对各工序详述如下:
(1)剥皮:对多年生长的树木,可采用机械方法将树皮表面的老皮去掉,然后再采用手工或剥皮机将韧皮层与树杆上分离;而树枝或一年内生长的灌木等,可以直接用手工或剥皮机将树皮剥下备用。
(2)分选:根据树木皮的大小、类别进行分类堆放。
(3)脱胶:脱胶采用20~60℃加有表面活性剂的碱性温水浸泡,时间12小时至48小时;目的是将束状长纤维中的果胶成份脱出,碱可以采用氢氧化钠,浓度为3~12g/L,表面活性剂可采用常用的各种阴离子、阳离子或非离子表面活性剂。
(4)除渣除杂:将树木韧皮的杂质清除干净。
(5)干燥:采用烘干机烘干或自然阴干。
(6)养生:采用乳化液加湿养生的方法,以提高纤维的回潮率,增加纤维的强度和柔软度。
(7)鞣制:鞣制采用含有表面活性剂、植物油、矿物油、水的鞣制剂进行处理,表面活性剂可采用常用的各种阴离子、阳离子或非离子表面活性剂,最好采用多种不同类型的表面活性剂,以增强鞣制效果。
(8)碎茎:采用机械方法将树木韧皮进行切断或破碎,使纤维束开松。
(9)梳理:利用梳理机对开松后的束状纤维经过多次梳理后分离成适合纺纱的树木韧皮纤维。
(10)烘干:将树木韧皮纤维烘干。
(11)分箱分级:通过气流分级箱将树木韧皮纤维分成不同等级。
(12)打包:将纤维按不同规格打成定重的纤维包。
实施例1
取刚砍伐的榆树木,用手工将树木表面的老皮去掉,然后将韧皮层与树杆分离,应尽量避免将树杆内的硬质木质纤维层带入,根据树木韧皮的大小分类,将大小基本相同的树木韧皮放入氢氧化钠浓度为12g/L、加有0.5%重量份的洗衣粉,温度为60℃的水池中,浸泡12个小时后捞出后晾干,放入加湿仓内均匀喷洒乳化液后用凡布覆盖养生18小时;将养生处理后的放入含有雷米帮A1.5%、JFC0.5%、棕榈油1%、机油1%和水1∶20的鞣制剂进行鞣制,鞣制后的韧皮纤维切成70mm左右,用开棉机进行开松打纤,放入梳棉机内进行梳理3~5次,收集梳理后的纤维并放入烘箱内烘干后通过气流分级箱分离成不同规格的韧皮纤维,纤维性能见表1。
实施例2
取刚砍伐的柳树树枝,用手工将树枝皮与树枝杆分离,放入氢氧化钠浓度为3g/L、加有1%重量份的洗衣粉,温度为20℃的水池中,浸泡48个小时后捞出后晾干,放入加湿仓内均匀喷洒乳化液后用凡布覆盖养生24小时;将养生处理后的韧皮纤维放入含有下述重量百分比:2%渗透剂M、1%JFC、1%花生油、1%机油的常温水中浸泡鞣制,鞣制后的韧皮纤维切成70mm左右,用开棉机进行开松打纤,放入梳棉机内进行梳理3~5次,收集梳理后的纤维并放入烘箱内烘干后通过气流分级箱分离成不同规格的韧皮纤维,纤维性能见表1。
实施例3
取刚砍伐的夹竹桃,用手工将树皮与树杆分离,将树皮放入氢氧化钠浓度为8g/L、加有1%重量份的洗衣粉,温度为50℃的水池中,浸泡24个小时后捞出后晾干,放入加湿仓内均匀喷洒乳化液后用凡布覆盖养生24小时;将养生处理后的韧皮纤维放入含有下述重量百分比:1%雷米帮A、1%平平加、1%JFC、1%菜油、1%机油的40℃水中浸泡鞣制,鞣制后的韧皮纤维切成70mm左右,用开棉机进行开松打纤,放入梳棉机内进行梳理3~5次,收集梳理后的纤维并放入烘箱内烘干后通过气流分级箱分离成不同规格的韧皮纤维,纤维性能见表1。

Claims (3)

1. 一种树木韧皮纤维加工方法,其特征是包括下述步骤:
(1)剥皮:对多年生长的树木,采用机械方法将树皮表面的老皮去掉,然后再采用手工或剥皮机将韧皮层与树杆分离;而树枝或一年内生长的灌木,直接用手工或剥皮机将树皮剥下备用;
(2)分选:根据树木皮的大小、类别进行分类堆放;
(3)脱胶:脱胶采用20~60℃加有表面活性剂的碱性温水浸泡,时间12小时至48小时;目的是将束状长纤维中的果胶成份脱出,碱采用氢氧化钠,浓度为3~12g/L,表面活性剂采用常用的各种阴离子、阳离子或非离子表面活性剂;
(4)除渣除杂:将树木韧皮的杂质清除干净;
(5)干燥:采用烘干机烘干或自然阴干;
(6)养生:采用乳化液加湿养生的方法,以提高纤维的回潮率,增加纤维的强度和柔软度;
(7)鞣制:鞣制采用含有表面活性剂、植物油、矿物油、水的鞣制剂进行处理,表面活性剂采用常用的各种阴离子、阳离子或非离子表面活性剂,采用多种不同类型的表面活性剂,以增强鞣制效果;
(8)碎茎:采用机械方法将树木韧皮进行切断或破碎,使纤维束开松;
(9)梳理:利用梳理机对开松后的束状纤维经过多次梳理后分离成适合纺纱的树木韧皮纤维;
(10)烘干:将树木韧皮纤维烘干;

2. 根据权利要求1所述的树木韧皮纤维加工方法,其特征是:该纤维是由除桑树、楮树外的其它树木皮经加工而成的天然纺织纤维,纤维的长度5mm~65mm,细度0.3~2.5D,强度0.275~0.582N/tex,断裂伸长率3%~7%。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的树木韧皮纤维加工方法,其特征是:所述的树木皮是指多年生乔木类树木的树枝、速生树木类树皮和灌木类树皮。
