Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于将展览器具零部件连接在一起的展览架组件连接锁，由锁壳、锁片和偏心轮组成，偏心轮由轮轴、偏心盘和轮帽组成，偏心盘设在轮轴上，轮帽设在偏心盘上，锁片设在锁壳内，在锁片的头部设有两片钩爪，在锁片的后部设有偏心盘配合孔，钩爪自封闭型壳体内部伸出，在封闭型壳体的后部设有轮轴孔，在封闭型壳体壁上设有偏心轮安装槽，在封闭型壳体的后端部设有敞开式内置组件装卸窗；本发明具有强度提高，可靠性增加，简化模具，提高产品合格率，增加凸台强度等优点。

展览架组件连接锁
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于展览器具的连接锁，尤其是一种高强展览架组件连接锁。
背景技术
现有的锁壳为得到所需形状实现锁紧、防止偏心轮下移、防止塌偏心等功能，在锁壳尾部设有多处窗口和凸台。如：为让开簧片尾部弯曲部分设孔，为让开偏心凸轮并有一定防塌偏心作用设置侧孔，为防止簧片下移和塌偏心设置凸台，为工艺需要再设两处工艺孔。由于在锁壳上开设了很多孔洞，使锁壳强度大大降低，在锁紧力矩过大时造成锁壳开裂，在防止塌偏心上也不是十分有效，造成现有锁壳存在着可靠性低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可靠性高并能使制造工艺得以简化的展览架组件连接锁。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种用于将展览器具零部件连接在一起的展览架组件连接锁，由锁壳、锁片和偏心轮组成，偏心轮由轮轴、偏心盘和轮帽组成，偏心盘设在轮轴上，轮帽设在偏心盘上，锁片设在锁壳内，在锁片的头部至少设有两片钩爪，在锁片的后部设有用于与上述偏心盘配合使用的偏心盘配合孔，锁壳为内有空腔的封闭型壳体，在该封闭型壳体前端设有钩爪窗口，钩爪自封闭型壳体内部通过钩爪窗口伸出封闭型壳体，在封闭型壳体的后部设有用于与轮轴转动配合的轮轴孔，在与轮轴孔相对的封闭型壳体壁上设有偏心轮安装槽，在封闭型壳体的后端部设有用于拆卸、安装锁片和偏心轮的敞开式内置组件装卸窗；本发明所述的展览架组件连接锁也可以在位于封闭型壳体内的前部至轮轴孔的与锁片运动方向垂直的轮轴孔中心线之间的封闭型壳体内壁区域设有凸台，且该凸台延伸形成加强块体；加强块体沿轮轴孔的切线方向延伸；锁片的尾部呈向下弯折状；锁片的尾端为斜面；展览架组件连接锁在处于开锁状态下的锁片尾部下方的封闭型壳体壁上设有可供锁片尾部进出的长孔；在偏心盘与轮帽之间设有锁片压盘：在锁片上设有簧片，该簧片的自由端与锁壳内空腔的底面接触。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下优点：
(1)本发明去除了现有技术中的尾部凸台，形成了内置组件装卸窗的“敞开式”，从而避免了必须在锁壳壳体上设置多处工艺孔，使本发明的壳体成为一种只开设少量功能孔和拆卸孔的相对封闭的“封闭型″壳体，而壳体上开孔数量的减少使其强度得以提高，并由此使得本发明的可靠性得以增加。本发明的这种结构在制造时，只需进行两端抽芯，从而减少了抽芯数量，简化了模具，并提高了产品的合格率。
(2)加强块体，尤其是在轮轴孔的切线方向延伸形成的加强块体，改善了凸台的承力状况，克服了现有技术中凸台拐角处受力易损的缺陷，增加了凸台的强度，进一步提高了本发明的可靠性。
(3)半径大于轮帽的锁片压盘一方面抵住锁片，使偏心盘位于锁片的偏心盘配合孔中，形成很好的配合，另一方面受压于封闭型壳体的内壁(偏心轮安装槽两侧的壳体内壁)，这就使锁片在壳体内只能进行有效的开锁和关锁的运动，并能保证连接锁关闭状态的可靠性。

具体实施方式
一种用于将展览器具零部件连接在一起的展览架组件连接锁，由锁壳1、锁片2和偏心轮3组成，偏心轮3由轮轴31、偏心盘32和轮帽33组成，偏心盘32设在轮轴31上，轮帽33设在偏心盘32上，锁片2设在锁壳1内，在锁片2的头部至少设有两片钩爪21，在锁片2的后部设有用于与上述偏心盘32配合使用的偏心盘配合孔24，锁壳1为内有空腔的封闭型壳体，在该封闭型壳体前端设有钩爪窗口16，钩爪21自封闭型壳体内部通过钩爪窗口16伸出封闭型壳体，在封闭型壳体的后部设有用于与轮轴31转动配合的轮轴孔13，在与轮轴孔13相对的封闭型壳体壁上设有偏心轮安装槽14，在封闭型壳体的后端部设有用于拆卸、安装锁片2和偏心轮3的敞开式内置组件装卸窗15，在位于封闭型壳体内的前部至轮轴孔13的与锁片2运动方向垂直的轮轴孔13中心线之间的封闭型壳体内壁区域设有凸台12，且该凸台12延伸形成加强块体121，在本实施例中，加强块体121沿轮轴孔13的切线方向延伸，上述锁片2的尾部22呈向下弯折状，且锁片2的尾端为斜面221，在处于开锁状态下的锁片2尾部下方的封闭型壳体壁上设有可供锁片2尾部进出的长孔11，从某种程度上说，长孔11因连接锁在使用过程中的需要而用于容纳锁片2尾部，该长孔可以是通孔，也可以是闭孔，在偏心盘32与轮帽33之间设有锁片压盘34，锁片2上设有簧片23，该簧片23的自由端与锁壳1内空腔的底面接触，偏心轮的偏心盘在簧片与锁片压盘的共同作用下，能与锁片实现更好地配合。

Claims (5)

1. 一种用于将展览器具零部件连接在一起的展览架组件连接锁，由锁壳(1)、锁片(2)和偏心轮(3)组成，偏心轮(3)由轮轴(31)、偏心盘(32)和轮帽(33)组成，偏心盘(32)设在轮轴(31)上，轮帽(33)设在偏心盘(32)上，锁片(2)设在锁壳(1)内，在锁片(2)的头部至少设有两片钩爪(21)，在锁片(2)的后部设有用于与上述偏心盘(32)配合使用的偏心盘配合孔(23)，锁壳(1)为内有空腔的封闭型壳体，在该封闭型壳体前端设有钩爪窗口(16)，钩爪(21)自封闭型壳体内部通过钩爪窗口(16)伸出封闭型壳体，在封闭型壳体的后部设有用于与轮轴(31)转动配合的轮轴孔(13)，在与轮轴孔(13)相对的封闭型壳体壁上设有偏心轮安装槽(14)，在封闭型壳体的后端部设有用于拆卸、安装锁片(2)和偏心轮(3)的敞开式内置组件装卸窗(15)，其特征在于在位于封闭型壳体内的前部至轮轴孔(13)的与锁片(2)运动方向垂直的轮轴孔(13)中心线之间的封闭型壳体内壁区域设有凸台(12)，且该凸台(12)延伸形成加强块体(121)，所述的加强块体(121)沿轮轴孔(13)的切线方向延伸，所述的锁片(2)的尾部呈向下弯折状。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的展览架组件连接锁，其特征在于锁片(2)的尾端为斜面。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的展览架组件连接锁，其特征在于在处于开锁状态下的锁片(2)尾部下方的封闭型壳体壁上设有可供锁片(2)尾部进出的长孔(11)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的展览架组件连接锁，其特征在于在偏心盘(32)与轮帽(33)之间设有锁片压盘(34)。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的展览架组件连接锁，其特征在于在锁片(2)上设有簧片(23)，该簧片(23)的自由端与锁壳(1)内空腔的底面接触。
