Abstract
本发明提供一种无柄人工髋关节装置,包括:一用于支撑股骨的加强骨板,该加强骨板上设有一个以上的穿孔,该多个穿孔上分别穿套有一可将加强骨板固定在股骨干表面的固定件;一穿套在加强骨板上并穿套在股骨中的加强骨钉;一与加强骨钉互相螺合的中心骨钉,该中心骨钉的另一端则凸露在股骨颈上;一用来保护股骨颈的股骨颈保护装置,该股骨颈保护装置与中心骨钉未与楞强骨钉螺合在一起的另一端穿套固定在一起。这样凭借中心骨钉的固定,使该保护装置可紧密贴合在股骨表面上,进而可完全保护已切除了股骨头病变后,或已受损部分的股骨头,且可使骨质不佳的股骨头在加强骨板支撑下,增加本身的强度及稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将因病受损或断裂的股骨头接合的装置,尤其涉及一种无柄人工髋关节装置。
背景技术
对于断裂股骨颈的接合方式,现有技术一般是将断裂处复位,然后再以一板状钢材覆盖,再以二钉体打入股骨内并使之固定,但这种传统结构除了具有固定包覆上不稳定的缺点外,更有无法令新长出的血管与骨痂有效地将钢材包覆,因此造成板状钢材无法完全与股骨结合成一体并受到保护,进而造成该断裂之股骨与包覆之钢材承受力量有限且有容易分离的缺点,在实用性上大打折扣,增加患者的痛苦,这种种缺点,长久以来,一直困扰着医疗业者及患者。
而另一种股骨颈保护装置,虽是在股骨颈上套合一中空筒体,以保护股骨颈,但该中空简体仅凭借一由中心穿套而过的螺杆固定在股骨颈上,这样,针对年青骨质较佳者,冶疗效果颇佳,然而针对年长及骨质疏松症患者,该中心螺杆偶尔会发生松动的现象。同时,这种股骨颈保护装置并无任何保护股骨干的装置,如股骨的骨质不佳或犯有骨质疏松症,则会使复原的速度减缓。
发明内容
本实有新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无柄人工髋关节装置,该装置可加强固定股骨颈保护装置,以及增加股骨颈本身强度,且可与股骨结合成一体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种无柄人工髋关节装置,该装置上设有一加强骨板,该加强骨板穿套有一加强骨钉,该加强骨钉与中心骨钉互相锁合,且该中心骨钉还与一股骨颈保护装置相连接在一起,使用时,可先将股骨颈保护装置套合在已切除了股骨头病变部分或已受伤毁损部分的股骨颈上,同时将加强骨板固定在股骨干上,再将加强骨钉深入股骨中,而与一中心骨钉锁合在一起,该中心骨钉另一端则穿套在一股骨颈保护装置上。
这样凭借中心骨钉的固定,使该保护装置可紧密贴合在股骨表面上,进而可完全保护已切除了股骨头病变后,或已受损部分的股骨头,且可使骨质不佳的股骨颈在加强骨板支撑下,增加本身的强度及稳定性。
本发明还提供一种无柄人工髋关节装置,该股骨颈保护装置上设有一内呈中空状的套筒,该套筒一端周缘设有一向外延伸的凸缘,另一端则设有一凸伸的颈部,该颈部中设有贯穿套筒的螺栓,且该套筒及凸缘上设有至少一孔洞,使用时,可先将已受伤毁损的股骨头或股骨颈借由手术刀切削成恰可套合在该套筒内的形状,使套筒恰可套合在该经切削后的股骨颈上,并使该套筒凸缘可紧密贴合在股骨表面上,再借由在顶部的螺栓将套筒锁合在与受伤骨头连接的股骨颈上。
这样可保护该股骨颈不致再受到伤害,且可使股骨及股骨颈新长出之血管及痂疤可穿过孔洞,而覆盖在本体上,进而使本体可与股骨结合成一体。

为使能对本发明的形状构造装置特征及其功效,作更进一步的认识与了解,下面结合附图举一具体实施例详细说明如下:
请参阅图1、2、3所示:本发明提供一种无柄人工髋关节装置,该装置上设有一加强骨板10,该加强骨板10上设有一个以上的穿孔11,该等穿孔11上分别穿套有一固定件12,本实施例中所述固定件为螺钉,且该加强骨板10在一定位置上设有一开孔13,且该开孔13中穿套一加强骨钉20,在本实施例中所述的加强骨钉20为一套筒,该加强骨钉20一端设有面积大于开孔13面积的头部21,以使加强骨钉20穿入开孔13中时,不致没入开孔13中,且该加强骨钉20内设有内螺纹,该内螺纹上可螺合一中心骨钉30,该中心骨钉30周边设有外螺纹31,可使该中心骨钉30另一端与一股骨颈保护装置40相连接在一起,使用时,可先将加强骨板10贴靠在股骨干上,再将固定件12穿套在加强骨板10的穿孔11中,并固定在股骨中,加强骨钉20穿过开孔13深入股骨中,与一中心骨钉30螺合在一起,该中心骨钉30另一端则穿套在一股骨颈保护装置40,这们,可通过中心骨钉30的固定,使该保护装置40可紧密贴合在股骨表面上,进而可完全保护已切除了股骨头病变后的或已受损的股骨颈,且可使骨质不佳的股骨在加强骨板10支撑下,增加本身之强度及稳定性,使该股骨颈保护装置40不致于在运动或负重时产生挤压、及挤压时所产生之压力下发生松动。
另外,该股骨颈保护装置40是一种可使断裂的股骨颈稳固牢靠包覆固定,且可与新长出的血管及骨痂结合成一体的装置,该装置上设有一内呈中空状的套筒41,该套筒41的一端周边设有一向外延伸且略呈弧曲状的凸缘42,在本实施例中该凸缘呈三角状,且该套筒41的另一端凸伸有一向内缩合的颈部43,该颈部43中恰可嵌套中心骨钉30,进一步,该套筒41与凸缘42设有至少一个以上的孔洞44,该孔洞44中可穿套一固定件45,在本实施例中该固定件45为一钢钉(熟悉该项技术者,仍可以其它元件加以取代)。
使用时,请参照图3所示,先用手术刀将受损的股骨头或股骨颈切削处理成与套筒41配合的形状,再将套筒41套合在已经切削过的股骨头上,并使凸缘42紧贴在股骨与股骨头相连接的表面上,如此,不但可使该保护装置40稳固牢靠套合在断裂的股骨颈上,且可凭借套筒41的保护,使该股骨颈免于再次受到伤害,另外,进一步可通过穿过孔洞44而固定在股骨30上的固定件45,使该股骨30在与股骨髋臼(图中未示)相连接时可加强固定。
进一步,该股骨颈保护装置40更可凭借孔洞44的开设,使新长出的血管及骨痂可穿过孔洞44,而覆盖在凸缘42及套筒41上,进而可与股骨颈及股骨结合成一体;此外,该颈部43远离套筒41的一端设有可与中心骨钉30结合的可调关节头50,该可调关节50上包覆有髋臼杯60,该髋臼杯60包括塑料内衬61,该塑料内衬61上套合有形状与之配合的金属制髋臼杯62,这样可使与该股骨相接的髋关节活动自如。
Claims (3)
1.一种无柄人工髋关节装置,其特征在于,包括:
一用于支撑股骨的加强骨板,该加强骨板上设有一个以上的穿孔,该多个穿孔上分别穿套有一可将加强骨板固定在股骨干表面的固定件;
一穿套在加强骨板上并穿套在股骨中的加强骨钉;
一与加强骨钉互相螺合的中心骨钉,该中心骨钉的另一端则凸露在股骨颈上;
一用来保护股骨颈的股骨颈保护装置,该股骨颈保护装置与中心骨钉未与加强骨钉螺合在一起的另一端穿套固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无柄人工髋关节装置,其特征在于,所述的固定件为螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无柄人工髋关节装置,其特征在于,所述的股骨颈保护装置设有一内呈中空状的套筒,该套筒的一端周边设有一向外延伸且略呈弧曲状的凸缘,所述套筒的另一端凸伸有一向内缩合的颈部,该颈部可恰好嵌套中心骨钉,所述的套筒凸缘设有至少一个以上的孔洞。
