Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种假肢体。其目的是提供一种能有效防止旋转和下沉的骑跨式带锁型人工假体。本实用新型由髋臼帽、股骨头股骨假体***柄构成，其特征在于：所述假体***柄中间设有凸台，该凸台的一侧设有外侧柄，所述股骨假体***柄和外侧柄相应位置至少设有2只螺孔，其优点是能有效地防止下沉和旋转。

骑跨式带锁型人工假体
本实用新型涉及一种假肢体。
现有的人工假体在临床上的应用，主要适用于：当股骨中上段的骨肿瘤切除后，造成的股骨中上段股骨头缺损。现有的假体如图1所示，其由髋臼帽、股骨头、股骨假体***柄构成，这种假体临床上使用时，由股骨假体***柄***股骨髓腔内。如大量骨组织缺损时，由于人体重力的作用和人体的运动，可能会产生假体下沉和假体***柄旋转。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能有效防止旋转和下沉的骑跨式带锁型人工假体。
本实用新型是这样实现的，在现有假体的基础上，其股骨假体***柄的中段设置一个凸台，该凸台的一侧设有带螺孔的外侧柄，所述股骨假体***柄和外侧柄相应位置至少各设有2只螺孔。
本实用新型的优点是：在临床使用时，股骨假体***柄***骨髓腔后，其凸台正好复盖在股骨断口之上，可有效地防上假体下沉，同时用螺杆将股骨侧壁固定在假体***柄和外侧柄之间，又可有效地防止假体旋转。
现结合附图和实施例说明如下：

本实用新型由髋臼帽1、股骨头2、股骨假体***柄3、外侧柄4、凸台5和螺杆6构成。所述股骨假体***柄3的中间设有一个凸台5，该凸台5的一侧设有外侧柄4。所述股骨假体***柄4和外侧柄4相应位置至少各设有2只螺孔。
临床上应用时，将股骨假体***柄3***股骨骨髓腔内，通过凸台5和外侧柄4骑跨于股骨的一侧壁，并用螺杆6将其锁定。

1.骑跨式带锁型人工假体，包括髋臼帽(1)、股骨头(2)、股骨假体***柄(3)，其特征在于：所述假体***柄(3)上设有凸台(5)，该凸台(5)的一侧设有外侧柄(4)；所述股骨假体***柄(3)和外侧柄(4)相应位置至少各设有2只螺孔(6)。
