Abstract

食糖脱色颗粒活性炭的制备方法,是将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干2~4小时;烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料∶木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~160℃下烘干8~10小时;将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;将活化物料用盐酸酸洗再水洗至pH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。本发明制作的活性炭孔径分布主要以中孔、过度孔为主,吸附能力强、颗粒强度高,过滤脱色效果好,适于制糖脱色专用。

食糖脱色颗粒活性炭的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食糖脱色颗粒活性炭的制备方法。
发明背景
目前国内制糖企业多数采用硫磺薰蒸脱色,致使食糖含硫量高,长期食用影响健康,甚至致癌。近年有使用活性炭进行脱色,该活性炭为粉状,其工艺过程主要是将木质原料经干馏炭化,再破碎成粗颗粒,加入磷酸浸泡,烘干的浸泡料再入流化床进行活化,最后水洗、烘干、粉碎即可。该工艺生产的粉状活性炭在实际脱色过滤中由于缝隙小,易于阻塞;而现有颗粒状活性炭比表面积和强度均达不到食糖脱色炭的技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用废弃植物为原料,制作食糖脱色颗粒活性炭的方法,该方法应用原料来源广泛,除木屑等木质原料外,还可应用农作物秸杆作原料。利用该工艺方法制备的活性炭为颗粒状,强度高、比表面积、吸附和脱色能力均达到或超过现有粉状活性炭的技术指标。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:是以废弃植物为原料,经烘干、活化、酸洗、水洗烘干处理制成,其特征是:
a)将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干2~4小时;
b)烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;
c)将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料∶木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;
d)将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~160℃下烘干8~10小时;
e)将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;
f)将活化物料先用盐酸酸洗,再水洗至PH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。
本发明所用的废弃物为农林业植物,如树枝、木屑、庄稼秸杆、杏核壳、桃核壳,植物无论是木本还是草本枝、皮、杆都可以利用。
经实验本发明的活化温度适宜于400~500℃,时间2~3小时。使用盐酸浓度为30~36%,盐酸∶活化物料重量比=6~10∶100。
本发明制作的活性炭孔径分布主要以中孔、过度孔为主,吸附能力强、颗粒强度高,适于制糖脱色专用。特别是能源是人类当前面临的重要问题之一,煤与石油资源正在不可逆地消耗减少。有资料报导每年全世界通过植物光合作用而固定的炭约为1400亿吨,超过每年开采石油和煤的总和四倍。本发明的重要特点是之一就是利用废弃植物这一可再生资源开发能源,在农村和边远地区,其资源极为丰富。本发明既合理利用了资源,又保护环境,创造了经济效益。
本发明制备的颗粒炭按以下检测质量指标表检测均符合食糖脱色要求。

Claims (4)

1.食糖脱色颗粒活性炭的制备方法,是以废弃植物为原料,经烘干、活化、酸洗、水洗烘干处理制成,其特征是:
a)将废弃植物于100~200℃温度下烘干2~4小时;
b)烘干料破碎至40~60目颗粒,加30~36%H3PO4于120~150℃温度下浸泡5~8小时;
c)将浸泡料加入木焦油,浸泡料∶木焦油按重量比=3~4∶0.8~1.2;
d)将焦油浸泡料加入高压定型设备中压制成柱状,于100~160℃下烘干8~10小时;
e)将烘干柱状物料加入到转式活化炉中于400~700℃活化处理2~3小时;
f)将活化物料用盐酸酸洗,再水洗至PH6~7,然后破碎、筛分至需要颗粒度。
2.按照权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述的废弃植物为农林业植物,如树枝、木屑、庄稼秸杆、杏核壳、桃核壳。
3.按照权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所述的活化温度选择为400~500℃。
4.按照权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征是所用的盐酸浓度为30~36%,盐酸∶活化物料重量比=6~10∶100。
